This paper presents the studying results of the sodium ion sensor device based on the SnO_2/ITO glass structure in the detection of rinsing solution for contact *** selective membrane contains poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC),bis (2-ethylhexyl) sebacate (DOS),(12-crown-4) methylmalonate (B12C4),and sodium tetrakis (4-fluoropbenyl) borate dehydrate (NaTFBD). The final weight ratios are PVC:DOS:B12C4:NaTFBD=33:66:2:*** this condition,the sensor has performances with linear sensitivity,short response time,good repeatability and *** sensor was used to measure the rinsing solution for the contact *** the experimental results show close to the accurate value for four commercial products,this sensor can preliminary be used in detecting the rinsing solution for the contact *** this structure and sodium-sensing membrane to construct the sodium sensor is proven successfully in this application.

Predicting Bitcoin price trends is necessary because they represent the overall trend of the cryptocurrency *** the history of the Bitcoin market is short and price volatility is high,studies have been conducted on the factors affecting changes in Bitcoin *** have been conducted to predict Bitcoin prices using Twitter ***,the amount of data was limited,and prices were predicted for only a short period(less than two years).In this study,data from Reddit and LexisNexis,covering a period of more than four years,were *** data were utilized to estimate and compare the performance of the six machine learning techniques by adding technical and sentiment indicators to the price data along with the volume of *** accuracy of 90.57%and an area under the receiver operating characteristic curve value(AUC)of 97.48%were obtained using the extreme gradient boosting(XGBoost).It was shown that the use of both sentiment index using valence aware dictionary and sentiment reasoner(VADER)and 11 technical indicators utilizing moving average,relative strength index(RSI),stochastic oscillators in predicting Bitcoin price trends can produce significant ***,the input features used in the paper can be applied on Bitcoin price ***,this approach allows investors to make better decisions regarding Bitcoin-related investments.

Background:Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a major contributor to liver diseases globally,yet there are limited studies investigating the impact of diet and lifestyle factors on its *** study aimed to examine the association between the prevalence of NAFLD and predicted pro-inflammatory high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)***:We included 1,076 Korean adults who underwent a medical examination at the Seoul National University Hospital Gangnam Healthcare Center in Korea between May and December 2011 and updated in *** predicted pro-inflammatory hs-CRP score was derived from pro-inflammatory demographic,lifestyle,dietary,and anthropometric factors,and NAFLD was diagnosed using liver ***-adjusted odds ratios(ORs)and 95%confidence intervals(CIs)of NAFLD odds according to predicted pro-inflammatory hs-CRP score were estimated using logistic regression at a two-sided P<***:Among the 1,076 participants,320 had *** multivariable-adjusted ORs and 95%CIs for NAFLD by tertiles of predicted pro-inflammatory hs-CRP score were 1.00,3.30(2.06,5.30),18.25(10.47,31.81;P<0.0001)in men and women combined,1.00,1.77(1.10,2.84),and 3.26(2.02,5.28;P<0.0001)among men only,and 1.00,3.03(1.39,6.62),and 16.71(7.05,39.63;P<0.0001)among women ***:Predicted pro-inflammatory hs-CRP score was associated with higher odds of *** dietary and lifestyle changes related to lower inflammation might be a valuable strategy for preventing NAFLD.

Genevestigator analysis has indicated heat shock induction of transcripts for NADPH-thioredoxin reduc-tase, type C （NTRC） in the light. Here we show overexpression of NTRC in Arabidopsis （NTRC°E） resulting in enhanced tolerance to heat shock, whereas NTRC knockout mutant plants （ntrcl） exhibit a temperature sensitive phenotype. To investigate the underlying mechanism of this phenotype, we analyzed the protein＇s biochemical properties and protein structure. NTRC assembles into homopolymeric structures of varying complexity with functions as a disulfide reductase, a foldase chaperone, and as a holdase chaperone. The multiple functions of NTRC are closely correlated with protein structure.. Complexes of higher molecular weight （HMW） showed stronger activity as a holdase chaperone, while low molecular weight （LMW） species exhibited weaker holdase chaperone activity but stronger disulfide reductase and fol-dase chaperone activities. Heat shock converted LMW proteins into HMW complexes. Mutations of the two active site Cys residues of NTRC into Ser （C217/454S-NTRC） led to a complete inactivation of its disulfide reductase and foldase chaperone functions, but conferred only a slight decrease in its holdase chaperone function. The overexpression of the mutated C217/454S-NTRC provided Arabidopsis with a similar degree of thermotolerance compared with that of NTRC°E plants. However, after prolonged incubation under heat shock, NTRC°E plants tolerated the stress to a higher degree than C217/454S-NTRC°E plants. The results suggest that the heat shock-mediated holdase chaperone function of NTRC is responsible for the increased thermotolerance of Arabidopsis and the activity is significantly supported by NADPH.

Embryonic stem cells （ESCs） maintain their cellular identity through the systematic regulation of master transcription factors and chromatin remodeling complexes. Recent work has shown that the unusually large-scale enhancers-namely super-enhancers （SEs）, on which BRD4, a member of the bromodomain and extraterminal domain （BET） family is highly enriched-could regulate pluripotency-related transcrip- tion factors. Moreover, inhibition of BRD4 binding on SEs has been shown to induce the differentiation of ESCs. However, the underlying mechanism of BRD4 inhibition-mediated stern cell differentiation remains elusive. Here we show that both mouse and human ESCs lose their capacity for self-renewal upon treat- ment with JQ1, a selective inhibitor of BET family including BRD4, with rapid suppression of pluripotency-associated genes. Notably, a high concentration of JQI could selectively eliminate ESCs via apoptosis, without affecting the functionality of differentiated somatic cells from ESCs, suggesting that inhibition of BET may have a beneficial effect on the development of pluripotent stem cell-based cell therapy.

Coaxial fiber-shaped supercapacitors are a promising class of energy storage devices requiring high performance for flexible and miniature electronic ***,they are still struggling from inferior energy density,which comes from the limited choices in materials and structure ***,Zn-doped CuO nanowires were designed as 3D framework for aligned distributing high mass loading of MnO2 *** could be introduced into the CuO crystal lattice to tune the covalency character and thus improve charge *** Zn–CuO@MnO2 as positive electrode obtained superior performance without sacrificing its areal and gravimetric capacitances with the increasing of mass loading of MnO2 due to 3D Zn–CuO framework enabling efficient electron transport.A novel category of free-standing asymmetric coaxial fiber-shaped supercapacitor based on Zn0.11CuO@MnO2 core electrode possesses superior specific capacitance and enhanced cell potential *** asymmetric coaxial structure provides superior performance including higher capacity and better stability under deformation because of sufficient contact between the electrodes and *** on these advantages,the as-prepared asymmetric coaxial fiber-shaped supercapacitor exhibits a high specific capacitance of 296.6 mF cm^−2 and energy density of 133.47μWh cm^−*** addition,its capacitance retention reaches 76.57%after bending 10,000 times,which demonstrates as-prepared device’s excellent flexibility and long-term cycling stability.

Acute mediastinitis is a fatal disease that usually originates from esophageal perforation and surgical *** cases of descending necrotizing mediastinitis can occur following oral cavity and pharynx infection or can be a complication of *** most common thoracic complications of pancreatic disease are reactive pleural effusion and pneumonia,while rare complications include thoracic conditions,such as pancreaticopleural fistula with massive pleural effusion or hemothorax and extension of pseudocyst into the *** have been no reports of acute mediastinitis originating from pancreatitis in South *** this report,we present the case of a 50-year-old female suffering from acute mediastinitis with pleural effusion arising from recurrent pancreatitis that improved after surgical intervention.

OBJECTIVE: To show whether Danggui Sini plus Wuzhuyu Shengjiang Tang(DSWST) has any transient effect on erythrocyte deformability in normal ***: A total of 25 subjects [mean age(27.8± 1.8) years] was enrolled in this study. The study was designed as a cross-over trial in which the subjects took part for 2 d. On the first day, blood samples were collected at baseline and 1-2 h after administration of water, whereas, on the second day, instead of water, the subjects were administered DSWST after the baseline blood sampling. The blood samples collected at baseline and after the administration water or DSWST, were examined for erythrocyte ***: The elongation index increased significantly after 2 h(P = 0.009) compared to the baseline after DSWST intake. However, after water intake, there was no significant differenceobserved. When comparing the percent change of erythrocyte deformability between DSWST and water, we found that after 2 h of administration,DSWST improved erythrocyte deformability significantly compared to water(P < 0.001).CONCLUSION: DSWST has a transient effect on erythrocyte deformability in normal subjects.
