法国一项回顾性和前瞻性多中心研究对肿瘤坏死因子α抑制剂（anti-tumor necrosis factorα,TNFα抑制剂）治疗皮肤结节病的疗效和安全性做出了观察报告。自2004年1月~2016年1月期间,患者来自于多个教学医院、转诊中心、肺科、皮肤科和内科,病理确诊为结节病,并接受抗-TNFα治疗。对治疗反应的评估使用肺外器官严重度评分（ePOST,0为不受影响,6为非常严重）。

计算机、互联网、人工智能等技术的发展推动人类文明的进步,同时也给人类社会带来海量的数据。传统的存储介质如磁带、硬盘等存在存储周期短、存储密度低等问题。寻找新兴的存储介质具有重要价值。基于DNA的数据存储介质存储密度高于传统介质6个数量级以上,存储周期可达千年,是应对未来数据存储挑战的重要战略技术之一,在长期冷数据、国家档案数据、高度加密数据存储领域具有重要意义。本期专题针对目前DNA信息存储的核心进展、存在的问题以及未来技术发展进行了系列讨论。其中,中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院为主科研团队[1]提出了“基于混沌系统和喷泉码的DNA加密编码方法”,在DNA喷泉码编码过程中利用混沌系统加密,一方面保留DNA喷泉码优势,同时保障了喷泉编码的安全.

In this paper we introduce a Petrov-Galerkin approximation model to the solution of linear and semi-linear elliptic boundary value problems in which piecewise quadratic polynomial space and piecewise linear polynomial space are used as the shape function space and the test function space, respectively. We prove that the approximation order of the standard quadratic finite element can be attained in this Petrov-Galerkin model. Based on the so-called 'contractivity' of the interpolation operator, we further prove that the defect iterative sequence of the linear finite element solution converge to the proposed Petrov-Galerkin approximate solution.

In this paper, a novel solid state Michael-type addition reaction of N-heterocyclic compounds containing the active-CH group was investigated. 3-Methyl-1-phenyl-5-pyrazolone (MPP) and indole (In) reacted with 4-arylmethylene-3-methyl-1-phenyl-5-pyrazolone (1) in the solid state at room temperature to give the corresponding adducts, aryl-4,4'-bis(5-hydroxy-3-methyl-1-phenyl-pyrazolyl) methane (2a-n) and 1-aryl-1-(5'-hydroxy-3'-methyl-1'-phenyl-4'-pyrazolyl)-1-(3 ''-indolyl) methane (3a-n), respectively. This is a feasible method for preparing the compound which contains two heterocyclic groups on the same carbon.

THE spatial distribution pattern of an element content is controlled by various geochemical pro-cesses. Studies on the spatial pattern are beneficial to further analysis on the factors. As a re-sult, our knowledge about the geochemical processes is enriched. At the same time, describingthe spatial patterns quantitatively with some indices is one way from qualitative to quantitativeanalysis.

4,5-Diphenyl, 4,5-di(4-methylphenyl), 4,5-di(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-(2,5-dimethylthiophen-3-yl)imidazoles were synthesized. Oxidation of the obtained imidazoles with potassium ferricyanide in water-alcohol solution of alkali gave the corresponding dimers. The structures were characterized by IR, H-1 NMR, mass spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The dimers showed photochromism in solution on irradiation.
