In this study,na.ocrysta.line celluloses were used to enha.ce physica.,mecha.ica. a.d wa.er va.or ba.rier properties of chitosa. films for potentia. food pa.ka.ing *** different minera. a.ids(sulfuric a.d phosphoric)were used to extra.t na.ocrysta.line cellulose from da.e pa.m shea.h *** influence of cellulose I a.d cellulose II on the properties of the isola.ed na.ocrysta.line celluloses(e.g.,yield,energy a.d length of intra.a.d intermolecula. hydrogen bonds,a.d degree of substitution)were studied *** cha.a.teristics of chitosa. biocomposite film with phosphoryla.ed na.ocrysta.line cellulose were compa.ed to those with sulfa.ed na.ocrysta.line *** showed tha. besides cellulose polymorphism,the ionic ester groups on the surfa.e of na.ocrysta.line cellulose is one of the fa.tors influencing the physica.,chemica.,mecha.ica.,a.d wa.er va.or ba.rier properties in chitosa./na.ocrysta.line cellulose biocomposites.

White blood cells (WBC) or leukocytes a.e a.vita. component ofthe blood which forms the immune system, which is a.counta.le to fightforeign elements. The WBC ima.es ca. be exposed to different da.a.a.a.ysisa.proa.hes which ca.egorize different kinds of WBC. Conventiona.ly, la.ora.orytests a.e ca.ried out to determine the kind of WBC which is erroneousa.d time consuming. Recently, deep lea.ning (DL) models ca. be employedfor a.toma.ed investiga.ion of WBC ima.es in short dura.ion. Therefore,this pa.er introduces a. a.uila.Optimizer with Tra.sfer Lea.ning ba.eda.toma.ed White Blood Cells Cla.sifica.ion (a.TL-WBCC) technique. Thepresented a.TL-WBCC model executes da.a.norma.iza.ion a.d da.a.a.gmenta.ionprocess (rota.ion a.d zooming) a. the initia. sta.e. In a.dition,the residua. network (ResNet) a.proa.h wa. used for fea.ure extra.tion inwhich the initia. hyperpa.a.eter va.ues of the ResNet model a.e tuned by theuse of a. a.gorithm. Fina.ly, Ba.esia. neura. network (BNN) cla.sifica.iontechnique ha. been implied for the identifica.ion of WBC ima.es into distinctcla.ses. The experimenta. va.ida.ion of the a.TL-WBCC methodology isperformed with the help of Ka.gle da.a.et. The experimenta. results foundtha. the a.TL-WBCC model ha. outperformed other techniques which a.eba.ed on ima.e processing a.d ma.ua. fea.ure engineering a.proa.hes underdifferent dimensions.

To our knowledge,this is the first study to conduct a. objective a.sessment of the routine deconta.ina.ion pra.tices a. a.medica. microbiology resea.ch la.ora.ory(MRL)a.yea. a.ter a.biosa.ety tra.ning wa. provided to a.l la.ora.ory *** Ma.ch 28th a.d June 28th,2021,unobtrusive observa.ions were ca.ried out to identify-three high-touch surfa.es a. the MRL during different working *** wa. used to eva.ua.e the effectiveness of the disinfecta.t used in the *** three high-touch surfa.es were sa.pled before a.d a.ter deconta.ina.ion with 200 ppm of 5%sodium hypochlorite(household blea.h)to qua.tify the microbia. loa. a.d identify the types of orga.isms residing on the la.ora.ory surfa.es.a.higher concentra.ion(500 ppm)of 5%sodium hypochlorite wa. employed a.ter refresher tra.ning wa. provided to housekeeping sta.f,a.d resa.pling of the three surfa.es wa. ca.ried out during a.4-week follow-up period using the sa.e *** three high-touch surfa.es identified were the two sides of the workbench(22%–24%)a.d the front surfa.e of one incuba.or(14%).a.thra.oid ba.illi a.d Sta.hylococcus a.reus were the most commonly found orga.isms on la.ora.ory surfa.es preintervention(100%a.d 89%,respectively)a.d post-intervention(56%a.d 44%,respectively).Other microorga.isms detected included Sa.monella.spp.(27.7%),Proteus spp.(5.6%),Escherichia.coli(5.6%),a.d Klebsiella.spp.(33.3%).Employing a.higher concentra.ion(500 ppm)of sodium hypochlorite significa.tly(pa. a.robic colony count from a. a.era.e of 15–250 cfu/cm2 to 10–60 cfu/cm^(2).This study demonstra.ed suboptima. deconta.ina.ion pra.tices a. the MRL a.d the need to a.ply a.higher concentra.ion(500 ppm)of sodium hypochlorite to reduce the overa.l microbia. *** a.so demonstra.ed the importa.ce of qua.tita.ive a.sessment to monitor deconta.ina.ion pra.tices a.d ensure sta.f *** studies a.e needed to identify ba.teria. communities within the la.ora.ory,which will
