This hybrid electronic-optica. model, tra.ned using supervised lea.ning, comprises a.convolutiona. neura. network-ba.ed electronic encoder a.d successive pa.sive diffra.tive la.ers tha. a.e jointly optimized. a.ter their joint tra.ning using deep lea.ning,our hybrid model ca. tra.sfer optica. informa.ion through unknown pha.e diffusers, demonstra.ing genera.iza.ion to new ra.dom diffusers never seen before. The a.m of our study wa. to use a.biosurfa.ta.t produced by Ba.illus a.d La.toba.illus isola.es a. a. a.tiseptic in the formula.ion of loca. soa.. a.tota. of 60 isola.es were cha.a.terized by microbiologica. techniques (30 Ba.illus a.d 30 La.toba.illus) a.d the a.ility to produce biosurfa.ta.ts wa. demonstra.ed by a.hydroca.bon emulsifica.ion index (E24). The emulsifica.ion indexes (E24) va.ied from 9% to 100% for Ba.illus a.d from 33% to 100% for La.toba.illus a. well. The a.ta.onistic a.sa. showed tha. biosurfa.ta.ts were a.le to inhibit the forma.ion of biofilms a.d growth of pa.hogens such a. Escherichia.coli, Pseudomonas a.ruginosa. Sta.hylococcus a.reus, Ba.illus cereus, Sa.monella.typhirium, Shigella.boydii a.d Proteus mira.ilis. The biosurfa.ta.t consortium (BioC) from Ba.illus consortium a.d from La.toba.illus wa. a.le to inhibit biofilm forma.ion a.d the pa.hogens growth. The BioC wa. sta.le to a.ka.ine pH a.d the tempera.ures sta.ility of Biosurfa.ta.t wa. ra.ging from 50°C to 90°C. The soa. wa. ma.e by the cold sa.onifica.ion process using one biosurfa.ta.t consortium formula.ed. This soa. ha. a.pH of 10 a.d showed good clea.ing power a.d good foa. sta.ility. Simila.ly, the soa. showed good a.tiseptic power a.d disinfection power a.a.nst a.l pa.hogens tested. Ha.dwa.hing is critica. to preventing disea.e tra.smission. The persistence of pa.hogens in wa.te wa.er wa. eva.ua.ed. The BioS produced showed good disinfection power a.a.nst a.l pa.hogens tested. The va.or of reduction on the ha.ds a.d in the wa.te wa.er wa. significa.tly more tha. compa.ed to the control soa.s used. This soa. could be used in the prevention, fighting, a.d trea.ment of ba.teria. a.d vira. infections.

Introduction: We report a. eight-ca.e series of corona.irus disea.e 2019 (COVID-19)-rela.ed multisystem infla.ma.ory syndrome in children (MIS-C). Methods: Children who tested positive for COVID-19, met the MIS-C criteria.of the World Hea.th Orga.iza.ion (WHO), a.d were a. style="font-fa.ily: ">hospita.ized a. a.tertia.y hospita. in Riya.h from September to December 2021 were identified a.d their clinica. da.a.reviewed. Results: The a.e a. dia.nosis is a. style="font-fa.ily: ">between 4 to 13 yea.s old. Fever, decrea.ed ora. inta.e, ga.troenteritis, a.d a.domina. pa.n were the most common symptoms. a.l ca.es showed hyperinfla.ma.ion with high C-rea.tive protein, erythrocyte sedimenta.ion ra.e, ferritin levels, a.d dera.ged coa.ula.ion profiles. Most of the ca.es ha. eleva.ed B-type na.riuretic peptide (75%) a.d troponin (100%) levels. However, two ca.es ha. ca.diova.cula. involvement. Two pa.ients presented with a.ute respira.ory distress syndrome a.d required mecha.ica. ventila.ion. The mea. hospita. sta. wa. 13.1 da.s, with seven pa.ients initia.ly requiring intensive ca.e ma.a.ement for ionotropic support. Most ca.es required broa.-spectrum a.tibiotics, intra.enous steroids, intra.enous immunoglobulin, a.d a.pirin. a.l pa.ients recovered a.d were discha.ged from the hospita. in good clinica. condition. Conclusion: Children with COVID-19 a.e a. risk of developing MIS-C. Pra.titioners must ha.e a.high index of suspicion for its dia.nosis a.d should sta.t trea.ment a. soon a. possible to prevent unfa.ora.le outcomes.
