a.M： To eva.ua.e the fea.ures a.d outcome of ma.a.ement of ma.igna.t conjunctiva. squa.ous tumors in King Hussein Ca.cer Center（a.referra. tertia.y ca.cer center in the Middle Ea.t）. METHODS： Retrospective ca.e series of 31 eyes for 31 pa.ients with conjunctiva. squa.ous neopla.ia. Ma.n outcome mea.ures included： a.e, gender, la.era.ity, tumor loca.ion, pa.hologica. fea.ures, tumor sta.e, trea.ment moda.ity, a.d outcome. RESULTS： Twenty（65%） pa.ients were ma.es a.d media. a.e wa. 58 y. Twenty-two（71%） eyes ha. the tumor in the na.a. qua.ra.t. Tumor inva.ion to nea.by structures wa. seen in 19（61%） eyes, including the cornea. fornix, eyelid, a.d orbit in 17（55%）, 1（3%）, 2（6%）, a.d 3（10%） eyes, respectively. Eye sa.va.e wa. a.hieved by surgica. excision with cryothera.y followed by topica. chemothera.y in 28（90%） eyes, a.d orbita. exentera.ion wa. necessa.y in 3（10%） eyes due to orbita. tumor inva.ion. Tumor recurrence wa. seen in 7（23%） eyes, a.d the significa.t predictive fa.tors for recurrence were tumor extension onto the nea.by structures（P=0.04）, tumor inva.iveness（P=0.038）, a.d tumor TNM sta.e（P=0.031）. No significa.t cha.ge in visua. a.uity wa. seen, a.d disea.e rela.ed morta.ity wa. 6%（2 pa.ients, both ha. orbita. inva.ion by inva.ive squa.ous ca.cinoma.. CONCLUSION： Conjunctiva. squa.ous ca.cinoma.is more common in ma.es. a.va.ced a.erica. Joint Committee on Ca.cer（a.CC） T-sta.e, tumor loca. inva.ion, more pa.hologica.ly a.gressive tumors, a.d surgica. trea.ment a.one（without a.juva.t thera.y） a.e a.socia.ed with higher risk for recurrence, a.d orbita. inva.ion is the most importa.t poor prognostic fa.tor for meta.ta.is a.d dea.h. Trea.ment stra.egies should be a.fected by tumor cha.a.teristics a. presenta.ion.

a.M： To study the sa.ety a.d effica.y of hepa.itis a.va.cine （Ha.） in children with chronic liver disea.e of va.ious etiologies. METHODS： Eleven children with chronic liver disea.e a.d thirteen a.e- a.d sex-ma.ched controls nega.ive for Ha. a.tibodies were va.cina.ed a.a.nst hepa.itis a.a.ter they ga.e their informed consent. Children with uncontrolled coa.ulopa.hy or signs of hepa.ic decompensa.ion were excluded. The va.cine （Ha.rix： 720 ELISa.units in 0.5 mL, from Gla.oSmithKline Biologica.s） wa. given intra.uscula.ly in the deltoid in 2 doses 6 mo a.a.t. Children were tested for Ha. a.tibodies one a.d six months a.ter the ist dose a.d one month a.ter the 2^nd dose. Tota. serum bilirubin, a.a.ine a.inotra.sfera.e （a.T）, a.d a.pa.ta.e a.inotra.sfera.e （a.T） were determined immedia.ely before a.d a.ter one month of the 1st dose of the va.cine. RESULTS： Only 7 out of the 11 pa.ients were positive for Ha. a.tibodies a.ter the 1^st dose of the va.cine, a. compa.ed to 100% of the controls. One month a.ter the 2nd dose, a.l pa.ients tested were positive for Ha. a.tibodies. No deteriora.ion in liver functions of pa.ients wa. noted a.ter va.cina.ion. No a.verse events, immedia.e or la.e, were reported by the mothers a.ter ea.h dose of the va.cine. CONCLUSION： Hepa.itis a.va.cine is both sa.e a.d effective in this sma.l studied group of children with chronic liver disea.e. Given the high seroconversion ra.e, post-va.cina.ion testing for Ha. a.tibodies is not needed.

The a.m of our study wa. to use a.biosurfa.ta.t produced by Ba.illus a.d La.toba.illus isola.es a. a. a.tiseptic in the formula.ion of loca. soa.. a.tota. of 60 isola.es were cha.a.terized by microbiologica. techniques (30 Ba.illus a.d 30 La.toba.illus) a.d the a.ility to produce biosurfa.ta.ts wa. demonstra.ed by a.hydroca.bon emulsifica.ion index (E24). The emulsifica.ion indexes (E24) va.ied from 9% to 100% for Ba.illus a.d from 33% to 100% for La.toba.illus a. well. The a.ta.onistic a.sa. showed tha. biosurfa.ta.ts were a.le to inhibit the forma.ion of biofilms a.d growth of pa.hogens such a. Escherichia.coli, Pseudomonas a.ruginosa. Sta.hylococcus a.reus, Ba.illus cereus, Sa.monella.typhirium, Shigella.boydii a.d Proteus mira.ilis. The biosurfa.ta.t consortium (BioC) from Ba.illus consortium a.d from La.toba.illus wa. a.le to inhibit biofilm forma.ion a.d the pa.hogens growth. The BioC wa. sta.le to a.ka.ine pH a.d the tempera.ures sta.ility of Biosurfa.ta.t wa. ra.ging from 50°C to 90°C. The soa. wa. ma.e by the cold sa.onifica.ion process using one biosurfa.ta.t consortium formula.ed. This soa. ha. a.pH of 10 a.d showed good clea.ing power a.d good foa. sta.ility. Simila.ly, the soa. showed good a.tiseptic power a.d disinfection power a.a.nst a.l pa.hogens tested. Ha.dwa.hing is critica. to preventing disea.e tra.smission. The persistence of pa.hogens in wa.te wa.er wa. eva.ua.ed. The BioS produced showed good disinfection power a.a.nst a.l pa.hogens tested. In this pa.er, a.new qua.tum ima.es encoding scheme is proposed. The proposed scheme ma.nly consists of four different encoding a.gorithms. The idea.behind of the scheme is a.bina.y key genera.ed ra.domly for ea.h pixel of the origina. ima.e. a.terwa.ds, the employed encoding a.gorithm is selected corresponding to the qubit pa.r of the genera.ed ra.domized bina.y key. The security a.a.ysis of the proposed scheme proved its enha.cement through both ra.domiza.ion of the genera.ed bina.y ima.e key a.d a.tering the gra.-sca.e va.ue of the ima.e pixels using the qubits of ra.domized bina.y key. The simula.ion of the proposed scheme a.sures tha. the fina. encoded ima.e could not be recognized visua.ly. Moreover, the histogra. dia.ra. of encoded ima.e is fla.ter tha. the originM one. The Sha.non entropies of the fina. encoded ima.es a.e significa.tly higher tha. the origina. one, which indica.es tha. the a.ta.ker ca. not ga.n a.y informa.ion a.out the encoded ima.es.

Omission of the Bla.der Fla. Suggests Short Term a.d Long Term Benefits

Ba.kground: Cesa.ea. section is now the most common ma.or surgica. procedure performed on women worldwide. With the increa.ing numbers of cesa.ea. sections, there is the need to utilize evidence ba.ed techniques to optimize outcomes a.d minimize complica.ions. We hypothesize tha. omission of the bla.der fla. in both prima.y a.d repea. cesa.ea. sections will be a.socia.ed with shorter opera.ing time without a.significa.t increa.e in intra.pera.ive a.d postopera.ive complica.ions. Methods: 550 pa.ients were enrolled in the study. They were ra.domly a.loca.ed in the 2 groups to eva.ua.e the effects of ca.celling the bla.der dissection. Results: Significa.t reduction of the tota. opera.ing time (p = 0.01), skin to delivery time (p = 0.02) a.d micro-hema.uria.(p = 0.01) in group with bla.der omission. Long term result: Including more bla.der a.hesion a.d fibrosis in the ca.es with bla.der dissection. Conclusions: Omission of the bla.der dissection a.hieved short-term a.va.ta.es a. rega.ds reduction of opera.ing time, incision-delivery dura.ion a.d decrea.ed blood loss a. well a. long-term effects include different in the bla.der a.hesion.

Endometria. Injury a.d Sub Endometria. Doppler Study to Predict Uterine Receptivity in Women with Unexpla.ned Infertility: a.Ra.domized Controlled Tria.

Objectives: The a.m of this work wa. to compa.e the effectiveness a.d sa.ety of endometria. scra.ching a. different times of the menstrua. cycle on cumula.ive pregna.cy ra.e a.d a.so to a.sess a.d cla.ify its rela.ionship a.d effect on sub-endometria. va.cula.ure blood flow by Doppler ultra.ound, in ca.es of unexpla.ned infertility a.tempting to conceive sponta.eously (without ovula.ion induction). Study Design: a.prospective ra.domized clinica. control study. Pa.ients a.d Methods: a.tota. of 252 eligible pa.ticipa.ts were included in the study a.d ra.domly a.loca.ed using block ra.domiza.ion into three groups: Group a.(n = 84): endometria. scra.ching wa. performed during the pre-ovula.ory da.s a.d Group B (n = 84): endometria. scra.ching ha. been done a. da. 7 of the cycle. Group C (control group): includes 84 ca.es without endometria. scra.ching. The Doppler ultra.ound will be done. The pulsa.ility index (PI) a.d resista.ce index (RI) of endometria. a.d sub endometria. a.teries were ca.cula.ed. a.l women were followed up to 3 months. Results: Cumula.ive pregna.cy ra.e is 21.42% a.d 28.57% in the study groups a.a.d B respectively which is higher tha. group C (control group) (4.76%) but with sta.istica.ly insignifica.t P-va.ue = 0.254. There is sta.istica.ly significa.t difference in RI & PI between the studied groups a.d the control group on da. 13 (P va.ue a.istica.ly significa.t difference in PI between da. 13 a.d da. 6 for the sa.e group in both groups (a.B) (P va.ue a.istica.ly significa.t difference in Group C (P va.ue = 0.156). Conclusion: Endometria. scra.ching is a.cost-effective a.d ea.y technique which ma. improve clinica. pregna.cy ra.es a.d endometria. blood flow in women with unexpla.ned infertility.
