Conventionally,the reliability of a web portal is validated with generalized conventional methods,but they fail to provide the desired ***,we need to include other quality factors that affect reliability such as usability for improving the reliability in addition to the conventional reliability ***,the primary objectives of web portals are to provide interactive integration of multiple functions confirming diverse requirements in an efficient *** this paper,we employ testing profiles tomeasure the reliability through software operational profile,input space profile and usability profile along with qualitative measures of reliability and ***,the case study used for verification is based on aweb application that facilitates information and knowledge sharing among its online *** proposed scheme is compared with the conventional reliability improvement method in terms of failure detection and *** final results unveil that the computation of reliability by using the traditional method(utilizing failure points with the assistance of mean Time Between Failures(mTBF)and mean Time To Failure(mTTF)becomes ineffective under certain *** such situations,the proposed scheme helps to compute the reliability in an effective ***,the outcomes of the study provide insight recommendations about the testing and measurement of reliability for Web based software or applications.

The present work concerns the momentum and heat transmission of the electro-magnetohydrodynamic (E-mHD) boundary layer Darcy-Forchheimer flow of a Sutterby fluid over a linear stretching sheet with slip. The nonlinear equations for the proposed model are analyzed numerically. Suitable techniques are used to transform the coupled nonlinear partial differential equations (PDEs) conforming to the forced balance law, energy, and concentration equations into a nonlinear coupled system of ordinary differential equations (ODEs). Numerical solutions of the transformed nonlinear system are obtained using a shooting method, improved by the Cash and Carp coefficients. The influence of important physical variables on the velocity, the temperature, the heat flux coefficient, and the skin-friction coefficient is verified and analyzed through graphs and tables. From the comprehensive analysis of the present work, it is concluded that by intensifying the magnitude of the Hartmann number, the momentum distribution decays, whereas the thermal profile of fluid increases. Furthermore, it is also shown that by aug- menting the values of the momentum slip parameter, the velocity profile diminishes. It is found that the Sutterby fluid model shows shear thickening and shear thinning behaviors. The momentum profile shows that the magnitude of velocity for the shear thickening case is dominant as compared with the shear thinning case. It is also demonstrated that the Sutterby fluid model reduces to a Newtonian model by fixing the fluid parameter to zero. In view of the limiting case, it is established that the surface drag in the case of the Sutterby model shows a trifling pattern as compared with the classical case.

We investigate the effect of the ballistic mechanism on the phase diagram using a square surface. While using this mechanism whenever an O2 molecule hits a randomly vacant selected site, the molecule breaks up into atomic form and then executes a ballistic flight. The paths of the two oxygen atoms are taken exactly to be opposite to each other, ***-parallel, and the ranges of the atoms are taken to be equal, *** may fly up to 1 or 1.414 or 2 of the atomic spacing from the site of impact. Four cases have been studied on the basis of the range of hot atoms. The range of the hot oxygen atoms executing a ballistic flight might be up to the first nearest neighbourhood (1 atomic spacing from the site of impact), the second nearest neighbourhood (1.414 atomic spacing from the site of impact), the third nearest neighbourhood (2 atomic spacing from the site of impact), known as cases a, b, and c, respectively, while for case d the range of the oxygen atoms executing the ballistic flight might be up to 1 atomic spacing or 1.414 atomic spacing or 2 atomic spacing from the site of impact. The steady reactive window is observed and the continuous transition disappears. As soon as the CO partial pressure departs from zero, the production of CO2 is observed, which clearly verifies the experimental observation.

Biopolymer based hydrogels are highly adaptable, compatible and have shown great potential in biological tissues in biomedical applications. However, the development of bio-based hydrogels with high strength and effective antibacterial activity remains challenging. Herein, a series of vanillin-cross-linked chitosan nanocomposite hydrogel interfacially reinforced by g-C_(3)N_(4)nanosheet carrying starch-caped Ag NPs were prepared for wound healing applications. The study aimed to enhance the strength, sustainability and control release ability of the fabricated membranes. Starch-caped silver nanoparticles were incorporated to enhance the anti-bacterial activities The fabricated membranes were assessed using various characterization techniques such as FT-IR, XRD, SEm, mechanical testing, Gel fraction and porosity alongside traditional biomedical tests i.e., swelling percentage, moisture retention ability, water vapor transmission rate, oxygen permeability, anti-bacterial activity and drug-release of the fabricated membranes. The mechanical strength reached as high as 25.9 ± 0.24 mPa for the best optimized sample. The moisture retention lied between 87%–89%, gel fraction 80%–85%, and water vapor transmission up to 104 ± 1.9g m^(-2)h^(-1)showing great properties of the fabricated membrane. Swelling percentage surged to 225% for blood while porosity fluctuated between 44% ± 2.1% and 52.5% ± 2.3%. Oxygen permeability reached up to 8.02 mg/L showing the breathable nature of fabricated membranes. The nanocomposite membrane shown excellent antibacterial activity for both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria with a maximum zone of inhibition 30 ± 0.25 mm and 36.23 ± 0.23 mm respectively. Current exertion is made to depict and search out the flow features imparted to viscid fluid flow over a rotational disk. Impression of magnetic field with rotating fluid is generated by interacting it in radial *** structured particles with magnetized fluid are also incorporated in the upshot of chemical reaction and absorptive/generative heat induction. Von Kumaran procedure is executed to obtain flow narrating differential *** pattern regarding thermal, momentum profiles are comprehended with the support of shooting method and RungeKutta methods. Furthermore, to get more realistic view of result description computational algorithm is modified by improving Runge-Kutta coefficients with Cash and Carp method. The rare earth element(REE)geochemical composition of sediments from two cores were used to investigate the provenances of the Late Pleistocene to Holocene sediments of Cauvery delta,South *** chondrite-normalized REE patterns and bi-variant plots of Th/Co ***/Sc and La/Th ***/Yb indicated felsic source of ***-normalized plots of REE in both cores are almost parallel and exhibit similar fractionation ratio(Ce/Yb)_N of^***,persistence in REEs patterns implies either uniform source rocks and/or efficient homogenization of sediments during transportation and ***-normalized patterns of the samples show enrichment of light rare earth elements and flat pattern of heavy rare earth elements;such patterns imply dominance of felsic composition rocks in the ***,these samples show quite resemblance with Charnockites and Gneisses of Palani and Kodaikanal hill ***-normalized REE patterns of the Pleistocene sediments of Uttrangudi core show similar abundance,fractionation,and Eu anomaly values as of selected samples from Tertiary rocks near southwest part of the *** attribute the increased input from this region to the upliftment because of tectonic activity and lowering of sea level during the Pleistocene.

Soil pore size distribution(PSD) directly influences soil physical,chemical,and biological properties,and further knowledge of soil PSD is very helpful for understanding soil functions and *** this study,PSD of three clayey soils collected from the topsoil(0-20 cm) of Vertisols in Northern China was analyzed using the N_2 adsorption(NA) and mercury intrusion porosimetry(mIP) *** effect of soil organic matter(SOm) on the PSD of clayey soils was also *** differential curves of pore volume of clayey soils by the NA method exhibited that the pores with diameter m accounted for more than 50%in the pore size range of 0.001 to 0.1 μ*** differential pore curves of clayey soils by the mIP method exhibited three distinct peaks in pore size range of 60 to 100,0.3 to 0.4 and 0.009 to 0.012 μm,*** the three clayey soils,the ultramicropores(5-0.1μm) were determined to be the main pore class(on average 35.5%),followed by macropores(> 75 μm,31.4%),cryptopores(0.1-0.007μm,16.0%),micropores(30-5 μm,9.7%) and mesopores(75-30 μm,7.3%).The SOm greatly affected the pore structure and PSD of aggregates in clayey *** particular,SOm removal reduced the volume and porosity of 5-100 μm pores while increased those of m pores in the 5-2 and 2-0.25 mm aggregates of clayey *** increase in the volume and porosity of m pores may be attributed to the disaggregation and partial emptying of small pores caused by the destruction of SOm.
