生物对流在可持续、环境友好型燃料电池技术中具有重要作用。这种设计的生物数学模型需要不断的改进,以在实验和计算结果中取得强有力的一致性。实际上,微生物在工业产品的制造过程中,特别是在肥料工业中,运输各种成分。通过与物质散热相关的物理现象来测量分子结构的传热特性。受仿生燃料电池近壁流动现象的启发,本文运用数值方法研究了在靠近伸展壁面的流变性Jeffery流体中运动的旋控微生物的横向游动。通过适当的相似度变换,将主导物理模型转化为非线性ODE系统。采用R-K Fehlberg打靶法在数学软件上进行数值模拟,得到所有物理条件对旋控微生物的速度、温度、浓度和体积分数的影响。结果表明,由于布朗运动和热泳参数的影响,表面的热通量和质量通量以及运动微生物的密度均有所下降。与已有文献进行比较,验证对流边界条件下极限情况结果的有效性。

Rhenium separation from molybdenum in molybdenite minerals and waste leachate has become an emerging *** this challenge,we prepared a set of protein-based alkylamine/alkylammonium salts complexes as extractants for selective uptake of rhenium from molybdenum,where the protein component turned into the insoluble amyloid-like structure when its internal disulfide bonds were reduced,namely phase-transition *** them,the phase-transited lysozyme and methyletrioctyleammonium chloride complex(PTL-N263)exhibited the most efficient adsorption at the alkaline condition for the electrostatic interaction between negatively charged metal ions with positively charged center(R_(4)N^(+))in N263,where negatively charged protein residues hindered the ion exchange of Cl^(-)in N263 for larger size Mo species(Mo_(7)O_(24)^(6-))than smaller size Re species(ReO^(4-)).The adsorption follows the Freundlich model and pseudo-second-order kinetics,which exhibits toplevel adsorption performance with a maximum adsorption capacity of 124 mg/g and a separation factor(β_(Re/Mo))of 2.78×10^(3)for *** adsorption capacity per unit area(57.2 mg/(g m^(2)))is 1.6–41 times higher than previously reported adsorbents,and the cost for adsorbing 1 g of Re(VII)is$1.07,indicating its industrial *** adsorption strategy can be applied to separating Re from Mo in binary solutions and industrial wastewater with other competing ions.

面向高性能产品和极端服役条件的新材料研发是目前的研究趋势,但将新材料加工成满足技术要求的零部件是研究和工程技术人员面临的难题。干式加工因具有可持续发展且满足表面完整性而成为一种新切削技术趋势。在加工过程中,采用冷却液是一种常用的冷却方法,除了采用普通的冷却液以外,其它冷却技术如低温冷却、微量润滑(MQL)、高压冷却(HPC)和复合冷却也相继应用于实际加工中。由于微量润滑和低温冷却在实际加工过程中很难进行精确控制。因此,它们在实际切削加工过程中难以得到广泛应用,这驱使研究人员开发继续简便可行的冷却方式。零件加工表面完整性和加工过程中的冷却方式对机械部件的服役寿命起着重要作用。航空航天涡轮发动机材料如镍基高温合金Inconel-718 因其具有较高的耐磨性,良好的高温蠕变强度以及高温耐腐蚀性而得到广泛应用。表面完整性可以通过表面纹理或表面粗糙度、金相层的形成和残余应力等来进行表征。本文首先对高压冷却条件下获得的零件加工表面的表面粗糙度、亚表面损伤及残余应力等研究现状进行综述。。然后,在无切削液和高压冷却条件下分别进行了加工试验,以揭示工艺参数对表面完整性的影响。采用正交车削方式分别在无切削液和高压冷却条件下对难加工材料Inconel 718进行切削加工试验,测试了切削力、显微硬度、加工表面轮廓和表面形貌,阐述了加工参数和冷却条件对表面完整性的影响规律。研究结果表明,在切削速度140m/min和冷却液压力150-200bar的条件下可获得良好的加工表面完整性。切削过程中采用高压冷却时可以减少表面缺陷的形成、改善表面完整性并提高加工效率。在较高的切削速度和最佳的冷却液压力下,切削力降低,表面显微硬度和加工影响区的影响深度减小。考虑冷却液喷射方向(前刀面、后刀面和前后刀面)和冷却压力的表面粗糙度优化试验结果表明:在前、后刀面同时喷射冷却液、冷却液压力为200bar、切削速度为140m/min时可以获得最小加工表面粗糙度。

阐述细胞-配体指数富集系统进化(Cell-SELEX)技术特点,以及通过该技术筛选得到的核酸适配体在肿瘤靶向治疗中的应用进展和挑战,通过查阅近年的相关文献,综述核酸适配体作为药物及药物载体在肿瘤靶向治疗中的应用研究进展。结果表明:基于Cell-SELEX技术筛选得到的核酸适配体在肿瘤靶向治疗中的疗效显著,可开发成为肿瘤靶向治疗的潜力药物及良好的药物载体。

Ground-breaking optical wireless power transfer(OWPT)techniques have gained significant attention from both academia and industry in recent *** remote systems through laser diodes(LDs)to either operate devices or recharge batteries offers several *** LDs can remove the burden of carrying extra batteries and can reduce mission time by removing battery swap-time and *** from its appealing benefits,laser power transfer(LPT)is still a challenging task due to its low transfer *** this paper,we discuss the necessity and feasibility of OWPT and discuss several projects,working principle,system design,and *** addition,we show that OWPT is an essential element to supply power to Internet-of-Things(IoT)*** also highlight the impacts of dynamic *** outline several OWPT techniques including optical beamforming,distributed laser charging(DLC),adaptive-DLC(ADLC),simultaneous lightwave information and power transfer(SLIPT),Thing-to-Thing(T2T)OWPT,and high intensity laser power beaming(HILPB).We also deal with laser selection,hazard analysis,and received photovoltaic(PV)cell selection for OWPT ***,we discuss a range of open challenges and counter *** believe that this review will be helpful in integrating research and eliminating technical uncertainties,thereby promoting progress and innovation in the development of OWPT technologies.

In current study,the numerical computations of Reiner–Rivlin nanofluid flow through a rotational disk under the influence of thermal radiation and Arrhenius activation energy is *** innovative physical situations,the motile microorganisms are incorporated *** multiple slip effects are considered in the boundary *** bioconvection of motile microorganism is utilized alongside nanofluids to provide stability to enhanced thermal *** Bioconvection pattern in various nanoparticles accredits novel applications of biotechnology like the synthesis of biological polymers,biosensors,fuel cells,petroleum engineering,and the natural *** deploying some suitable similarity transformation functions,the governing partial differential equations(PDEs)of the flow problem are rehabilitated into dimensionless *** accomplished ordinary differential equations(ODEs)are solved numerically through the bvp4c scheme via a built-in function in computational MATLAB *** upshots of some prominent physical and bioconvection parameters including wall slip parameters,thermophoresis parameter,Brownian motion parameter,Reiner–Revlin nanofluid parameter,Prandtl number,Peclet number,Lewis number,bioconvection Lewis number,and the mixed convection parameter against velocity,temperature,nanoparticles concentration,and density of motile microorganism profiles are dichotomized and pondered through graphs and *** presented computations show that the velocity profiles are de-escalated by the wall slip parameters while the thermal and solutal fields are upgraded with augmentation in thermophoresis number and wall slip *** presence of thermal radiation enhances the temperature profile of *** concentration profile of nanoparticles is boosted by intensification in activation ***,the increasing values of bioconvection Lewis number and Peclet number decay the motile microorganisms’field.

Currently,nanofluid is a hot area of interest for *** nanofluid with bioconvection phenomenon attracted the researchers owing to its numerous applications in the field of nanotechnology,microbiology,nuclear science,heat storage devices,biosensors,biotechnology,hydrogen bomb,engine of motors,cancer treatment,the atomic reactor,cooling of devices,and in many *** article presents the bioconvection cross-diffusion effects on the magnetohydrodynamic flow of nanofluids on three different geometries(cone,wedge,and plate)with mixed *** temperature-dependent thermal conductivity,thermal diffusivity,and Arrhenius activation energy applications are considered on the fluid flow with melting *** flow is analyzed under thermal and solutal Robin’s *** problem is formulated in the mathematical formulation of partial differential equations(PDEs).The similarity transformations are applied to diminish the governing nonlinear coupled boundary value problems into higher-order non-linear ordinary differential equations(ODEs).The resulting expressions/equation numerically tackled utilizing the famous bvp4c package by MATLAB for various interesting *** results were physically and numerically calculated through graphics and tables for the velocity field,energy distribution,nanoparticles concentration,and microorganisms profile for numerous *** the obtained results,we discern that the transfer of heat and mass coefficient is high over a plate and cone in the flow,*** velocity profile is reduced via a larger magnetic *** thermal conductivity enhances the thermal *** thermophoresis enhanced the concentration of *** microorganisms’Biot number boosts the microorganism’s profile.

The intrinsic viscosity [η], Huggins constant （Ku）, [η]0, α^3 and flow activation energy values of nylon 6 have been measured in wateηm-cresol （0/100-20/80） systems at different temperatures （20-60℃）. It has been found that the intrinsic viscosity, [η]0 and α^3 increase with the increase in water contents in m-cresol up to 15% and then decrease. They increase with the increase in temperature irrespective of solvent composition. It has been noted that the percent increase of α^3 is the highest at 60℃ and the lowest at 20℃ for a particular solvent system. The intrinsic viscosity data obey Arrhenius equation over the considered conditions. The activation energy and the KH values decrease very sharply with the addition of water, giving a minimum value at 15% of water and then increase slowly. The variation of all the parameters has been explained in terms of variation in thermodynamic quality of solvent with the addition of water to m-cresol and change in temperature, resulting in the change of conformational and orientational properties of polymer molecules. This change of solvent quality also results in variation of selective sorption of solvent over the polymer, such as hydrogen bonding, etc.

Chrysopogon serrulatus(false beard-grass)is a dominant component of vegetation in the foothills of the *** study whole plant morphology,individuals of *** were collected from three plots at each of six locations spanning from 400 to 1,400 *** population colonizing the highest elevation modifications in different plant *** showed increased metaxylem number and *** the stem,especially outside of the vascular tissue,there was intensive sclerification indicative of increased xeromorphy as a survival *** the highest elevation,leaves were wider;aerenchyma formation and increased sclerification were noted in the leaf sheath;and a greater proportion of storage parenchyma was observed in the leaf blade,all indicators of *** contrast,leaves at lower elevations had xeric morphological features such as increased epidermal thickness,sclerification and more developed metaxylem *** conclusion,shifting of morphological features in below-and above-ground plant parts of *** were linked to shifts in environmental factors along this elevation gradient,thus enabling the successful distribution of this species along this elevation gradient.
