Identifying rare patterns for medical diagnosis is a challenging task due to heterogeneity and the volume of *** summarization can create a concise version of the original data that can be used for effective *** this paper,we propose an ensemble summarization method that combines clustering and sampling to create a summary of the original data to ensure the inclusion of rare *** the best of our knowledge,there has been no such technique available to augment the performance of anomaly detection techniques and simultaneously increase the efficiency of medical *** performance of popular anomaly detection algorithms increases significantly in terms of accuracy and computational complexity when the summaries are ***,the medical diagnosis becomes more effective,and our experimental results reflect that the combination of the proposed summarization scheme and all underlying algorithms used in this paper outperforms the most popular anomaly detection techniques.

Quantum-dot cellular automaton (QCA) is a novel nanotechnology that provides a very different computation platform than traditional CMOS, in which polarization of electrons indicates the digital information. This paper demonstrates designing combinational circuits based on quantum-dot cellular automata (QCA) nanotechnology, which offers a way to implement logic and all interconnections with only one homogeneous layer of cells. In this paper, the authors have proposed a novel design of XOR gate. This model proves designing capabilities of combinational circuits that are compatible with QCA gates within nano-scale. Novel adder circuits such as half adders, full adders, which avoid the fore, mentioned noise paths, crossovers by careful clocking organization, have been proposed. Experiment results show that the performance of proposed designs is more efficient than conventional designs. The modular layouts are verified with the freely available QCA Designer tool.

In the data communication system,the real-time information interaction of communication device increases the risk of privacy sensitive data being tam-pered ***,maintaining data security is one of the most important issues in network data *** the timestamp is the most impor-tant way to authenticate data in information interaction,it is very necessary to pro-vide timestamp service in the data communication ***,the existing centralized timestamp mechanism is difﬁcult to provide credible timestamp ser-vice,and users can conspire with timestamping servers to forge ***,this paper designs a distributed timestamp mechanism based on contin-uous veriﬁable delay *** utilizes multiple independent timestamp servers to provide timestamp services in a distributed model and appends the timestamp to the data once the data is ***,it can prove that the data already exists at a certain time and ensure the accuracy of the ***,a digital blind signature based on elliptic curve cryptography is utilized to solve the problem of timestamp forgery in timestamp ***,the security ana-lysis of the scheme ensures the data security of data communication system and the concurrency rate of *** experimental results also show that the scheme greatly improves the efﬁciency of digital signatures.

Due to the extensive use of various intelligent terminals and the popularity of network social tools,a large amount of data in the field of medical *** to manage these massive data safely and reliably has become an important challenge for the medical network *** paper proposes a data management framework of medical network community based on Consortium Blockchain(CB)and Federated learning(FL),which realizes the data security sharing between medical institutions and research *** this framework,the data security sharing mechanism of medical network community based on smart contract and the data privacy protection mechanism based on FL and alliance chain are designed to ensure the security of data and the privacy of important data in medical network community,*** intelligent contract system based on Keyed-Homomorphic Public Key(KH-PKE)Encryption scheme is designed,so that medical data can be saved in the CB in the form of ciphertext,and the automatic sharing of data is *** knowledge mechanism is used to ensure the correctness of shared ***,the zero-knowledge mechanism introduces the dynamic group signature mechanism of chosen ciphertext attack(CCA)anonymity,which makes the scheme more efficient in computing and communication *** the end of this paper,the performance of the scheme is analyzed fromboth asymptotic and practical *** experimental comparative analysis,the scheme proposed in this paper is more effective and feasible.

Advancement in multimedia technology has resulted in protection against distortion,modification,and *** implementing such protection,we have an existing technique called watermarking but obtaining desired distortion level with sufficient robustness is a challenging task for watermarking in multimedia *** the paper,we proposed a smart technique for video watermarking associating meta-heuristic algorithms along with an embedding method to gain an optimized *** main aim of the optimization algorithm is to obtain solutions with maximum robustness,and which should not exceed the set threshold of *** represent the accuracy of the proposed scheme,we employ a popular video watermarking technique(DCT domain)having frame selection and embedding method for watermarking.A squirrel search algorithm is chosen as a meta-heuristic algorithm that utilizes the stated fitness *** results indicate that quality constraint is fulfilled,and the proposed technique gives improved robustness against different attacks with several quality *** proposed technique could be practically implemented in several multimedia applications such as the films industry,medical imagery,OOT platforms,etc.

Aggregation of graphene oxide and its environmental implications in the aquatic environment

Graphene oxide(GO) with unique characteristics grasps striking potentials in both academic and industrial applications. After being released into natural waters, the dispersity and stability of GO might be altered by the chemical conditions in the receiving water bodies. In this review, we summarized that the aggregation of GO in aquatic environments is mostly dependent on properties of nanoparticles(size,structure, and functional groups) and complex water chemistry(p H, temperature, light, ionic strength,and dissolved organic matter). The knowledge about the aggregation/stability of GO is still insufficient due to the variations in GO properties and complex system of natural waters. Although studies about environmental transformation of graphene-related materials can be accessed but a systematic study taking into consideration the various factors of GO and aquatic systems responsible for aggregation of GO is still lacking. Therefore, we summarized that GO homoaggregation or heteroaggregation with other solid particles can affect the distribution in different depths of rivers and toxicity toward plankton or benthic organisms. More studies are needed to investigate the stability of GO in the long term, the effect of other nanomaterial on GO aggregation, the alteration of water constituents at different regions/time and its effect on GO aggregation, to understand the transportation and impact of GO in the environment.

In this study we investigated the rooting ability and the growth performance of juvenile single-node leafy stem cuttings of Litsea monopetala （Roxb） Pers. collected from two mature mother trees preserved in the hill forest of Chittagong district, Bangladesh. The rooting ability of cuttings was studied under 0%, 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.4% indole-3-butyric acid （IBA） treatments. Significantly better rooting response （p ≤ 0.05） was observed with 0.1% IBA compared to control （0% IBA）. The mean number of roots and the length of the longest root of cuttings in different treatments showed no significant difference （p≤0.05）. After transfer into polythene bags from non-mist propagator, rooted cuttings treated with 0%, 0.1% and 0.2% IBA demonstrated the highest （100 ± 0.00%） survival capacity. The mean number of shoots developed in cuttings in the polythene bags in first three weeks varied significantly （p≤0.05） among the treatments. Effects of three fertilizer treatments, viz. T0 （no fertilizer）, T1 （10g Urea, 20g TSP, 10g MOP dissolved in 1 L water） and T2 （10g Urea, 20g TSP, 10g MOP dissolved in 2 L water） on initial growth ofstecklings were also measured over a 90-days period. The increment of leaf area of stecklings was significantly higher （p≤0.05） under T0 compared with that under T1 and T2 while the increment of stem length, collar diameter and root biomass varied insignificantly among different fertilizer treatments. The results suggest that rooting juvenile single-node leafy stem cuttings could be an effective mean of regenerating L. monopetala. The application of 0.1% IBA concentration is recommended for rooting of juvenile leafy stem cuttings and application of fertilizer appeared unnecessary for the subsequent growth of stecklings in polythene bags.

A female infant, named Anum 1.8 kg was born on 9th August 2007 at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) with a big head, Occipitofrontal Circumference (OFC) 36 cm. She was admitted on 29th August 2007 and was discharged on 5th September 2007 from Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre after the management of moderate birth asphyxia. Cranial ultrasound revealed moderate Hydrocephalus (symmetrical) with prominent third ventricle. Treatment and its effectiveness have been discussed.

The question of religious authority strikes at the heart of the relationship between religion and politics in *** may legally claim religious authority has the power to shape religion in a politicised and objectified *** is why,apart from Islamists,conservative initiatives to establish religious influence over public affairs are also advocated by other actors,such as state institutions who are generally more cautious about politicising *** paper focuses on the relationship between state and religious authority institutions in *** aims to show how the state-cooption of religious institutions like Al-Azhar has been useful for the purposes of political *** paper discusses how the various tactics adopted by al-Sisi’s government to quell Islamist groups as well as the reforms of the Al-Azhar curriculum have strengthened the path of dependence in which Al-Azhar has been locked since *** reforms have not only put the authenticity of Al-Azhar’s scholarly tradition into question but also tarnished the image of Al-Azhar as the leading centre of Islamic learning in the Muslim *** is thus very important for Al-Azhar to maintain a balance in order to win a degree of legitimacy in the eyes of its supporters as well as critics.
