A self-adaptive resource provisioning on demand is a critical factor in cloud *** selection of accurate amount of resources at run time is not easy due to dynamic nature of ***,a self-adaptive strategy of resources is required to deal with dynamic nature of requests based on run time change in *** this paper we proposed a Cloud-based Adaptive Resource Scheduling Strategy(CARSS)Framework that formally addresses these issues and is more expressive than traditional *** decision making in CARSS is based on more than one ***-K based framework determines the state of the resources based on their current ***-Arc Petri Net(TAPN)is used to model system formally and behaviour is expressed in TCTL,while TAPAAL model checker verifies the underline properties of the system.

Study on coastal processes in Kapar waters was conducted from *** aim of this study is to identify potential blood cockle(Anadara granosa)induce spawning ground based on physical intermittency.A total of 132 sampling stations were recorded.A thermal power station situated 2 km away is discharging treated warm water(3 m MSL)which prevents cockle farmers from harvesting due to their maximum of 3 m long hand ***,this information could be useful for cockle sustainable management plan in near future.

The high prevalence of gastroesophageal reflux disease （GERD） in Western societies has accelerated the need for new modalities of treatment. Currently, medical and surgical therapies are widely accepted among patients and physicians. New potent antisecretory drugs and the development of minimally invasive surgery for the management of GERD are at present the pivotal and largely accepted approaches to treatment. The minimally invasive treatment revolution, however, has stimulated several new endoscopic techniques for GERD. Up to now, the data is limited and further studies are necessary to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the various endoscopic techniques to medical and laparoscopic management of GERD. New journal articles and abstracts are continuously being published. The Food and Drug Administration has approved 3 modalities, thus gastroenterologists and surgeons are beginning to apply these techniques. Further trials and device refinements will assist clinicians. This article will present an overview of the various techniques that are currently on study. This review will report the efficacy and durability of various endoscopic therapies for gastroesophageal reflux disease （GERD）. The potential for widespread use of these techniques will also be discussed. Articles and abstracts published in English on this topic were retrieved from Pubmed. Due to limited number of studies and remarkable differences between various trials, strict criteria were not used for the pooled data presented, however, an effort was made to avoid bias by including only studies that used off-PPI scoring as baseline and intent to treat.

Zika virus(ZIKV) is rapidly spreading across the America and its devastating outcomes for pregnant women and infants have driven this previously ignored pathogen into the *** manifestations are fever,joint pain or rash and *** of ZIKV started with a first outbrcak in the Pacific arca in 2007.a second large outbreak occurred in the Pacific in 2013/2014 and subsequently the virus spread in other Pacific *** of explosive global pandemic and severe clinical complications linked with the more immediate and recurrent epidemics necessitate the development of an effective *** vaccine platforms such as DNA vaccine,recombinant subunit *** purified inactivated vaccine,and chimeric vaccines have shown potent efficacy in ritro and in rim ***,number of drugs such as ***008 and 7-DMA are ready to enter phase I clinical trial because of proven anti-ZIKV *** based antibodies offer promise as an intervention effective for use in pregnant *** this review,we describe the advances in research on ZIKV such as research strategies for the development of antiviral drugs & vaccines,molecular evolution,epidemiology emergence,neurological complications and other teratogenic outcomes as well as pathogenesis.

Zika virus is a new global threat for 2016 that has been swept to almost all Americas and is now posing serious threats to the entire *** deadly virus is playing havoc to unborn lives because of its reported association with upsurge of fetal deformation called microcephaly and neuropathic disorders including Guillain-Barré*** today,there is no vaccine prospect,antiviral therapy or licensed medical countermeasures to curb the teratogenic outcomes of this destructive viral ***,treatment,chronicity and pathogenesis are still vague and ***,this review article addresses all the aspects related to this disease to mitigate the explosive rise in Zika virus infection.

Objective: To determine the breadth of Zika virus(ZIKV)-associated brain anomalies in neonates and adults. Methods: Systematic review was conducted according to Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses(PRISMA) statement using electronic databases ScienceDirect, Pubmed, Medline, Scopus, and Global Health *** those research articles, case studies, case-control studies, case-cohort studies, crosssectional studies, and organizational survey reports were included in the study that reported any fetal outcomes for pregnant women who had infected with ZIKV during the gestational period and ZIKV-related neurological complications in adults as well. Results: Out of total 72 retrieved articles, 50 met the inclusion criteria. We estimated a significant increase in incidence of neural abnormalities such as Guillain-Barre syndrome and microcephaly in the regions that are experiencing ZIKV outbreaks. Other neurological malformations found in ZIKV patients include hydrancephaly/hydrops fetalis, myasthenia gravis,meningoencephalitis and myelitis. Conclusion: Our systematic analysis provides the broad spectrum of neurological malformations in ZIKV infected patients and these data further support the causal link of ZIKV with neurological disorders.

To adopt sustainable crop practices in changing climate, understandingthe climatic parameters and water requirements with vegetation is crucial on aspatiotemporal scale. The Planetscope (PS) constellation of more than 130 nanosatellites from Planet Labs revolutionize the high-resolution vegetation assessment. PS-derived Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) maps areone of the highest resolution data that can transform agricultural practices andmanagement on a large scale. High-resolution PS nanosatellite data was utilizedin the current study to monitor agriculture’s spatiotemporal assessment for theAl-Qassim region, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The time series of NDVIwas utilized to assess the vegetation pattern change in the study area. The currentstudy area has sparse vegetation, and exposed soil exhibits brightness due to lowsoil moisture, constraining NDVI. Therefore, a machine learning (ML) basedRandom Forest (RF) classification model was used to compare the vegetationextent and computational cost of NDVI. The RF model has been compared withNDVI in the current investigation. It is one of the most precise classificationmethods because it can model the complexity of input variables, handle outliers,treat noise effectively, and avoid overfitting. Multinomial Logistic Regression(MLR) was implemented to compare the performance of both NDVI and RFbased classification. RF model provided good accuracy (98%) for all vegetationclasses based on user accuracy, producer accuracy, and kappa coefficient.

The study was attempted to produce activated carbons from palm oil mill effluent （POME） sludge. The adsorption capacity of the activated carbons produced was evaluated in aqueous solution of phenol. Two types of activation were followed, namely, thermal activation at 300, 500 and 800%, and physical activation at 150% （boiling treatment）. A control （raw POME sludge） was used to compare the adsorption capacity of the activated carbons produced. The results indicated that the activation temperature of 800℃ showed maximum absorption capacity by the activated carbon （POME 800） in aqueous solution of phenol. Batch adsorption studies showed an equilibrium time of 6 h for the activated carbon of POME 800. It was observed that the adsorption capacity was higher at lower values ofpH （2--3） and higher value of initial concentration of phenol （200--300 mg/L）, The equilibrium data were fitted by the Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption isotherms. The adsorption of phenol onto the activated carbon POME 800 was studied in terms of pseudo-first and second order kinetics to predict the rate constant and equilibrium capacity with the effect of initial phenol concentrations. The rate of adsorption was found to be better correlation for the pseudo-second order kinetics compared to the first order kinetics.

Neuron cell are built from a myriad of axon and denddte structures. It transmits electrochemical signals between the brain and the nervous system. Three-dimensional visualization of neuron structure could help to facilitate deeper understanding of neuron and its models. An accurate neuron model could aid understanding of brain＇s functionalities, diagnosis and knowledge of entire nervous system. Existing neuron models have been found to be defective in the aspect of realism. Whereas in the actual biological neuron, there is continuous growth as the soma extending to the axon and the dendrite; but, the current neuron visualization models present it as disjointed segments that has greatly mediated effective realism. In this research, a new reconstruction model comprising of the Bounding Cylinder, Curve Interpolation and Gouraud Shading is proposed to visualize neuron model in order to improve realism. The reconstructed model is used to design algorithms for generating neuron branching from neuron SWC data. The Bounding Cylinder and Curve Interpolation methods are used to improve the connected segments of the neuron model using a series of cascaded cylinders along the neuron＇s connection path. Three control points are proposed between two adjacent neuron segments. Finally, the model is rendered with Gouraud Shading for smoothening of the model surface. This produce a near-perfection model of the natural neurons with attended realism. The model is validated by a group of bioinformatics analysts＇ responses to a predefined survey. The result shows about 82% acceptance and satisfaction rate.
