Avatars, as promising digital representations and service assistants of users in Metaverses, can enable drivers and passengers to immerse themselves in 3D virtual services and spaces of UAV-assisted vehicular Metaverses. However, avatar tasks include a multitude of human-to-avatar and avatar-to-avatar interactive applications, e.g., augmented reality navigation,which consumes intensive computing resources. It is inefficient and impractical for vehicles to process avatar tasks locally. Fortunately, migrating avatar tasks to the nearest roadside units(RSU)or unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV) for execution is a promising solution to decrease computation overhead and reduce task processing latency, while the high mobility of vehicles brings challenges for vehicles to independently perform avatar migration decisions depending on current and future vehicle status. To address these challenges, in this paper, we propose a novel avatar task migration system based on multi-agent deep reinforcement learning(MADRL) to execute immersive vehicular avatar tasks dynamically. Specifically, we first formulate the problem of avatar task migration from vehicles to RSUs/UAVs as a partially observable Markov decision process that can be solved by MADRL algorithms. We then design the multi-agent proximal policy optimization(MAPPO) approach as the MADRL algorithm for the avatar task migration problem. To overcome slow convergence resulting from the curse of dimensionality and non-stationary issues caused by shared parameters in MAPPO, we further propose a transformer-based MAPPO approach via sequential decision-making models for the efficient representation of relationships among agents. Finally, to motivate terrestrial or non-terrestrial edge servers(e.g., RSUs or UAVs) to share computation resources and ensure traceability of the sharing records, we apply smart contracts and blockchain technologies to achieve secure sharing management. The inherent catalytic anisotropy of two-dimensional(2D) materials has limited the enhancement of LiO_(2) batteries(LOBs) performance due to the significantly different adsorption energies on 2D and edge *** the adsorption strength in 2D materials to the reaction intermediates is essential for achieving high-performance ***,a MnS/MoS_(2) heterostructure is designed as a cathode catalyst by adjusting the adsorption behavior at the *** from the toroidal-like discharge products on the MoS_(2) cathode,the MnS/MoS_(2) surface displays an improved adsorption energy to reaction species,thereby promoting the growth of the film-like discharge *** can disturb the layer growth of MoS_(2),in which the stack edge plane features a strong interaction with the intermediates and limits the growth of the discharge *** and theoretical results confirm that the MnS/MoS_(2) heterostructure possesses improved electron transfer kinetics at the interface and plays an important role in the adsorption process for reaction species,which finally affects the morphology of Li_2O_(2),In consequence,the MnS/MoS_(2) heterostructure exhibits a high specific capacity of 11696.0 mA h g^(-1) and good cycle stability over 1800 h with a fixed specific capacity of 600 mA h g^(-1) at current density of100 mA g^(-1) This work provides a novel interfacial engineering strategy to enhance the performance of LOBs by tuning the adsorption properties of 2D materials.

By using the numerical renormalization group(NRG)method,we construct a large dataset with about one million spectral functions of the Anderson quantum impurity *** dataset contains the density of states(DOS)of the host material,the strength of Coulomb interaction between on-site electrons(U),and the hybridization between the host material and the impurity site(Γ).The continued DOS and spectral functions are stored with Chebyshev coefficients and wavelet functions,*** this dataset,we build seven different machine learning networks to predict the spectral function from the input data,DOS,U,andΓ.Three different evaluation indexes,mean absolute error(MAE),relative error(RE)and root mean square error(RMSE),are used to analyze the prediction abilities of different network *** analysis shows that,for the two kinds of widely used recurrent neural networks(RNNs),gate recurrent unit(GRU)has better performance than the long short term memory(LSTM)network.A combination of bidirectional GRU(BiGRU)and GRU has the best performance among GRU,BiGRU,LSTM,and *** MAE peak of BiGRU+GRU reaches *** have also tested a one-dimensional convolutional neural network(1DCNN)with 20 hidden layers and a residual neural network(ResNet),we find that the 1DCNN has almost the same performance of the BiGRU+GRU network for the original dataset,while the robustness testing seems to be a little weak than BiGRU+GRU when we test all these models on two other independent *** ResNet has the worst performance among all the seven network *** datasets presented in this paper,including the large data set of the spectral function of Anderson quantum impurity model,are openly available at https://***/10.57760/sciencedb.j00113.00192.

An effort to obtain superior impact properties for Al-7Si-0.35 Mg alloy is presented,where modification with 0.02 wt% Sr and 0.1 wt% La as well as solution treatment was jointly *** samples were solution treated at 535℃ for 15 min to 12 *** microstructure,fracture mechanism,and their correlation with the impact properties of the alloy were studied in detail mainly through optical microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and oscillography impact *** results show that the addition of Sr and La refined the eutectic Si particles significantly from~ 2.05 μm(modified with Sr alone) to~ 0.75 μm in as-cast microstructure,leading to a very homogeneous distribution of spheroidized Si particles in the alloy solution treated at 535℃ for 8 *** alloy exhibits excellent impact toughness up to 75 j·cm^(-2),which is much higher than the maximum impact toughness of the alloys modified by Sr alone(~ 46 j·cm^(-2)).The major reason for this remarkable increase in the impact property is the dramatic increase in crack initiation *** dispersoid-free zones(DFZs)near the eutectic regions mainly consist of the ductile Al-matrix,which exhibits excellent *** ductile Al-matrix of the DFZs hinders the crack propagation,resulting in a significant increase in crack propagation energy.

Individuals may gather information about environmental conditions when deciding where to breed in order to maximize their lifetime *** can obtain social information by observing conspecifics and heterospecifics with similar ecological *** studies have shown that birds can rely on social information to select their nest *** location of active nests and the reproductive success of conspecifics and heterospecifics can provide accurate predictions about the quality of the breeding *** short-lived species can facultatively reproduce two and/or more times within a breeding ***,few studies have focused on how multiplebrooding individuals select nest sites for their second breeding *** this study,we use long-term data to test whether the japanese Tit(Parus minor)can use social information from conspecifics and/or heterospecifics(the Eurasian Nuthatch Sitta europaea,the Daurian Redstart Phoenicurus auroreus and the Yellow-rumped Flycatcher Ficedula zanthopygia)to select a nest site for the second breeding *** results showed that the nest boxes occupied by tits on their second breeding attempt tended to be surrounded by more breeding conspecific nests,successful first nests of conspecifics,and fewer failed first nests of conspecifics than the nest boxes that remained unoccupied(the control group).However,the numbers of breeding heterospecific nests,successful heterospecific nests,and failed heterospecific nests did not differ between the nest boxes occupied by tits on their second breeding attempt and the unoccupied nest ***,the tits with local successful breeding experience tended to choose areas with more successful first nests of conspecifics than those without successful breeding ***,we suggest that conspecifics'but not heterospecifics'social information within the same breeding season is the major factor influencing the nest site selection of japanese Tits during second breeding attempts.
