In this paper,a f.ictional contact problem between an electro-elastic body and an electrically conductive f.undation is *** contact is modeled by normal compliance with f.nite penetration and a version of.Coulomb’s law of.dry f.iction in which the coef.icient of.f.iction depends on the *** addition,the ef.ects of.the electrical conductivity of.the f.undation are taken into *** model leads to a coupled system of.the quasi-variational inequality of.the elliptic type f.r the displacement and the nonlinear variational equation f.r the electric *** existence of.a weak solution is proved by using an abstract result f.r elliptic variational inequalities and a f.xed point ***,a f.nite element approximation of.the problem is *** some regularity conditions,an optimal order error estimate of.the approximate solution is ***,a successive iteration technique is used to solve the problem numerically and a convergence result is established.

This study has isolated, characterized, and identif.ed potential plant growthpromoting rhizobacteria（PGPR） with multiple PGP characteristics（N2-f.xation,P-and K-solubilization, IAA, and siderophores production） f.om the rhizosphere BRIS soil of.Acacia mangium. A total of.24 pure colonies were isolated and only 8 colonies were selected f.r f.rther evaluation of.the growth rate in 5% organic molasses medium supplemented with 2% KNO3. Based on the biochemical, potential PGP characteristics and growth perf.rmance, 3 superior PGPR strains were selected and identif.ed as Paraburkholderia unamae（UA1）, Bacillus amyloliquef.ciens（UA6）, and Enterobacter asburiae（UAA2） by partial sequencing of.the 16S rRNA gene. The selected bacterial strains either in single or mixed（UA1 + UA6 + UAA2） cultures have shown a signif.cant biochemical estimation of.the PGP characteristics. Each strain has its own PGPR traits superiority with UA1 showing the best PGP characteristic f.llowed by UA6 and UAA2. The use of.mixed bacterial strains was benef.cial as it showed the best perf.rmance in N2-f.xation, siderophores production, and signif.cant ef.ect on corn phenology, growth and yield compared to using a single strain. These types of.microbes showed potential to be used as biof.rtilizer and should be exploited more.

Variant graphene,graphene oxides(GO),and graphene nanoplatelets(GNP)dispersed in blood-based copper(Cu)nanoliquids over a leaning permeable cylinder are the f.cus of.this *** f.rms of.graphene are highly benef.cial in the biological and medical f.elds f.r cancer therapy,anti-inf.ction measures,and drug *** non-Newtonian Sutterby(blood-based)hybrid nanoliquid f.ows are generalized within the context of.the Tiwari-Das model to simulate the ef.ects of.radiation and heating *** governing partial dif.erential equations are ref.rmulated into a nonlinear set of.ordinary dif.erential equations using similar transf.rmational *** equations are then transf.rmed into boundary value problems through a shooting technique,f.llowed by the implementation of.the bvp4c tool in *** inf.uences of.various parameters on the model’s nondimensional velocity and temperature prof.les,reduced skin f.iction,and reduced Nusselt number are presented f.r detailed *** results indicated that Cu-GNP/blood and Cu-GO/blood hybrid nanof.uids exhibit the lowest and highest velocity distributions,respectively,f.r increased nanoparticles volume f.action,curvature parameter,Sutterby f.uid parameter,Hartmann number,and wall permeability ***,opposite trends are observed f.r the temperature distribution f.r all considered parameters,except the mixed convection *** in the reduced skin f.iction magnitude and the reduced Nusselt number with higher values of.graphene/GO/GNP nanoparticle volume f.action are also ***,GNP is identif.ed as the superior heat conductor,with an average increase of.approximately 5%and a peak of.7.8%in the reduced Nusselt number compared to graphene and GO nanoparticles in the Cu/blood nanof.uids.

The thermal f.ont in the oceanic system is believed to have a signif.cant ef.ect on biological *** an era of.climate change,changes in heat regulation between the atmosphere and oceanic interior can alter the characteristics of.this important *** the simulation results of.the 3D Regional Ocean Modelling System(ROMS),we identif.ed the location of.thermal f.onts and determined their dynamic variability in the area between the southern Andaman Sea and northern Malacca *** Single Image Edge Detection(SIED)algorithm was used to detect the thermal f.ont f.om model-derived *** show that a thermal f.ont occurred every year f.om 2002 to 2012 with the temperature gradient at the location of.the f.ont was 0.3°C/*** to the years af.ected by El Ni?o and negative Indian Ocean Dipole(IOD),the normal years(e.g.,May 2003)show the presence of.the thermal f.ont at every selected depth(10,25,50,and 75 m),whereas El Ni?o and negative IOD during 2010 show the presence of.the thermal f.ont only at depth of.75 m due to greater warming,leading to the thermocline deepening and enhanced *** May 2003,the thermal f.ont was separated by cooler SST in the southern Andaman Sea and warmer SST in the northern Malacca *** higher SST in the northern Malacca Strait was believed due to the besieged Malacca Strait,which trapped the heat and make it dif.icult to release while higher chlorophyll a in Malacca Strait is due to the f.eshwater conduit f.om nearby rivers(Klang,Langat,Perak,and Selangor).f.rthermore,compared to the southern Andaman Sea,the chlorophyll a in the northern Malacca Strait is easier to reach the surf.ce area due to the shallower thermocline,which allows nutrients in the area to reach the surf.ce f.ster.
