the global obesity pandemic has resulted in a rise in the prevalence of male obesity-related secondary hypogonadism(MOSH)with emerging evidence on the role of testosterone *** aim to provide an updated and practical approach towards its *** did a comprehensive literature search across MEDLINE(via PubMed),Scopus,and Google Scholar databases using the keywords“MOSH”OR“Obesity-related hypogonadism”OR“testosterone replacement therapy”OR“Selective estrogen receptor modulator”OR“SERM”OR“Guidelines on male hypogonadism”as well as a manual search of references within the articles.A narrative review based on available evidence,recommendations and their practical implications was *** weight loss is the ideal therapeutic strategy for patients with MOSH,achievement of significant weight reduction is usually difficult with lifestyle changes alone in real-world ***,androgen administration is often necessary in the management of hypogonadism in patients with MOSH which also improves many other comorbidities related to ***,there is conflicting evidence for the appropriate use of testosterone replacement therapy(tRt),and it can also be associated with *** evidence-based review updates the available evidence including the very recently published results of the tRAVERSE trial and provides comprehensive clinical practice pearls for the management of patients with *** starting testosterone replacement in functional hypogonadism of obesity,it would be desirable to initiate lifestyle modification to ensure weight *** should be coupled with the management of other comorbidities related to obesity in MOSH *** the risks and benefits of tRt should be considered in every patient before and during longterm management.

Compositionally graded high-voltage P2-type cathode with superior structural stability and redox kinetics for advanced Na-ion batteries

Layered P2-type cathodes with high voltage,large capacity,and easy synthesis show great potential for developing sodium(Na)-ion batteries(NIBs).However,the P2–O2 phase transition makes their structural degradation and the Na^(+)/vacancy ordering lowers their redox ***,we rationally propose a compositionally graded P2-type cathode,where nickel(Ni)and manganese(Mn)fractions decrease gradually,and cobalt(Co)content increases contiguously from the inside to the outside of a secondary *** these particles,the Ni/Mn-based compound delivers high capacity and high *** the surface of particles,the Co/Mn-based solid solution offers a stable buffer *** from these synergistic effects,this graded P2-type cathode shows the elimination of P2–O2 transformation even when charged to 4.4 V,which enables good structural stability,maintaining capacity retention reaching~80%within 300 ***,the Na^(+)/vacancy ordering superstructure is further suppressed,and the Na^(+)diffusion kinetics is significantly *** proposed graded structure with optimized chemical composition offers a new perspective for eliminating the unwanted phase transition and thus enhancing the electrochemistry of high-voltage layered cathodes for advanced NIBs.

Let Z_(4) be the ring of integers modulo *** study the Λ-constacyclic and(θ,Λ)-cyclic codes over the non-chain ring R=Z_(4)[u,v]/for a unit Λ=1+2u+2v in *** define several Gray maps and find that the respective Gray images of a quasi-cyclic code over Z_(4) are cyclic,quasi-cyclic or permutation equivalent to this *** an odd positive integer n,we determine the generator polynomials of cyclic and Λ-constacyclic codes of length n over ***,we prove that a(θ,Λ)-cyclic code of length n is a Λ-constacyclic code if n is odd,and a Λ-quasi-twisted code if n is even.A few examples are also incorporated,in which two parameters are new and one is best known to date.

目的：探讨内质网跨膜蛋白IRE1（由Ern1编码）对肿瘤细胞免疫原性和成瘤性的影响与机制。方法：挖掘肿瘤公共数据库中ERN1表达水平和患者生存的关联性。利用CRISPR-Cas9技术敲除小鼠肿瘤细胞系MCA205和tC-1的Ern1基因，借助CCK-8、流式细胞术、ELISA、荧光素酶报告系统、皮下植瘤、预免疫-再刺激等实验分析Ern1对肿瘤细胞体外增殖和体内成瘤能力、浸润肿瘤的免疫细胞比例、衣霉素诱导免疫原性细胞死亡和抗肿瘤效应t细胞活化的影响，比较Ern1-/-肿瘤在正常小鼠和Ifnar-/-小鼠体内生长速度的差异。结果：对多个癌种而言，肿瘤组织ERN1的表达水平与患者总生存时间呈负相关。虽然敲除Ern1不影响肿瘤细胞的体外增殖能力，但其在正常小鼠皮下的成瘤能力大幅降低，甚至会自发消退。与野生型相比，Ern1-/-肿瘤内中性粒细胞显著增多，CD4+t细胞浸润减少。衣霉素诱导内质网应激后，Ern1-/-细胞死亡更多，虽然其HMGB1释放和钙网蛋白暴露有所减少，但IFN-α/β分泌增多，能更强地激活效应t细胞分泌IFN-γ。与正常小鼠相比，Ifnar-/-免疫缺陷小鼠体内Ern1-/-肿瘤生长速度显著加快。结论：Ern1缺失可促进内质网应激肿瘤细胞的Ⅰ型干扰素应答，增强其免疫原性，促进抗肿瘤t细胞分泌IFN-γ，阻碍肿瘤生长。

Wound healing activity of Abroma augusta in Wistar rats

Objective:the study was undertaken to evaluate the wound healing profile of alcoholic extract of Abroma augusta and its effect on dexamethasone suppressed wound healing in Wistar ***:An alcoholic extract of Abroma augusta was *** models were used - incision,excision and dead space wound models. 受电弓接触网系统为高速列车提供电能,正确评估受电弓与接触网之间的接触力(CF)对于稳定供电至关重要.CF的大小和变化范围决定了列车受流质量和安全运行.因此,快速、准确地预测CF具有重要意义.然而,通过实验收集CF数据具有挑战性,并且通过数值模拟获得及时结果并不总是可行的.在本研究中,我们提出了一种结合元启发式优化和高斯过程回归的高效的代理模型方法,来预测受电弓接触网系统接触力统计量。首先,使用有限元法(FEM)建立并验证受电弓接触网模型,用于生成训练和测试数据集.其次,利用高斯过程回归(GPR)进行对接触力的预测.将一种新开发的元启发式优化,即二元饥饿游戏搜索(HGS),应用于特征选择.为了增强BHGS的性能,嵌入了混沌机制,产生了ChaOs-HGSGPR(CHGS-GPR).最后,对CHGS-GPR的预测结果进行了评估.结果发现,所提出的CHGS-GPR对CF的平均值提供了相当准确的预测,并且可以扩展到铁路线路的初步设计、列车运行的实时评估和控制.
