Prediction of stock market value is highly risky because it is based on the concept of Time series forecasting system that can be used for investments in a safe environment with minimized chances of *** proposed model uses a real time dataset offifteen stocks as input into the system and based on the data,predicts or forecast future stock prices of different companies belonging to different *** dataset includes approximatelyfifteen companies from different sectors and forecasts their results based on which the user can decide whether to invest in the particular company or not;the forecasting is done for the next *** model uses 3 main concepts for forecasting *** one is for stocks that show periodic change throughout the season,the‘Holt-Winters Triple Exponential smoothing’.3 basic things taken into conclusion by this algorithm are Base Level,Trend Level and seasoning *** value of all these are calculated by us and then decomposition of all these factors is done by the Holt-Winters *** second concept is‘Recurrent Neural Network’.The specific model of recurrent neural network that is being used is Long-short Term Memory and it’s the same as the Normal Neural Network,the only difference is that each intermediate cell is a memory cell and retails its value till the next feedback *** third concept is Recommendation system whichfilters and predict the rating based on the different factors.

Voltage Mode Cascadable AllPass sections Using single Active Element and Grounded Passive Components

In this paper, four new first order voltage mode cascadable allpass sections are proposed using single active element and three grounded passive components, ideal for IC implementation. The active element used is a fully differential current conveyor. All the proposed circuit possess high input and low output impedance feature which is a desirable feature for voltagemode circuits. Nonideality aspects and parasitic effects are also given. As an application, a multiphase oscillator is designed. The proposed circuits are verified through PsPICE simulation results using TsMC 0.35 µm CMOs parameters.

We propose an efficient scheme that combines density functional theory(DFT)with deep potentials(DPs),to systematically study convergence issues in the computation of the electronic thermal conductivity of warm dense aluminum(2.7 g/cm^(3)and temperatures ranging from 0.5 eV to 5.0 eV)with respect to the number of k-points,the number of atoms,the broadening parameter,the exchange-correlation functionals,and the ***,we obtain the ionic thermal conductivity using the Green–Kubo method in conjunction with DP molecular dynamics simulations,and we study size effects on the ionic thermal *** work demonstrates that the proposed method is efficient in evaluating both electronic and ionic thermal conductivities of materials.

Establishing the role of detoxifying enzymes in field-evolved resistance to various insecticides in the brown planthopper （Nilaparvata lugens） in south India

The brown planthopper （BPH）, Nilaparvata lugens （stal）, is one of the major pests of rice throughout Asia. Extensive use of insecticides for suppressing N. lugens has resulted in the development of insecticide resistance leading to frequent control failures in the field. The aim of the present study was to evaluate resistance in the field populations of N. lugens from major rice growing states of south India to various insecticides. We also determined the activity of detoxifying enzymes （esterases [EsTs], glutathione s- transferases [GsTs], and mixed-fimction oxidases [MFOs]）. Moderate levels of resistance were detected in the field populations to acephate, thiamethoxam and buprofezin （resistance factors 1.05-20.92 fold, 4.52-14.99 fold, and 1.00-18.09 fold, respectively） as compared with susceptible strain while there were low levels of resistance to imidacloprid （resistance factor 1.23-6.70 fold） and complete sensitivity to etofenoprox （resistance factor 1.05- 1.66 fold）. EsT activities in the field populations were 1.06 to 3.09 times higher than the susceptible strain while for GsT and MFO the ratios varied from 1.29 to 3.41 and 1.03 to 1.76, respectively. The EsT activity was found to be correlated to acephate resistance （r = 0.999, P ≥ 0.001）. The high selection pressure of organophosphate, neonicotinoid, and insect growth regulator （IGR） in the field is likely to be contributing for resistance in BPH to multiple insecticides, leading to control failures. The results obtained will be beneficial to IPM recommendations for the use of effective insecticides against BPH.

Many techniques have been used in the courts to demonstrate the criticalities of a delay event on the project schedule. At this time, there is no standard method to analyze a delay claim. This paper first introduced a fictional case study that has most types of delay and acceleration events that might be faced on a real project. The case study is applied to all current techniques of delay claims that have been identified from previous studies. The comparison uses the delay claim issues as criteria to evaluate all the delay claim techniques from the case study results. The case study result and discussion demonstrate that the Day-by-Day technique satisfies all the desired criteria while other techniques lack some.

A study on p53 gene alterations in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and their correlation to common dietary risk factors among population of the Kashmir valley

AIM： To systematically examine the extent of correlation of risk factors, such as age, consumed dietary habit and familial predisposition with somatic Tp53 molecular lesion causal to elevate carcinogenesis severity of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma （EsCC） among the Kashmiri population of Northern India. METHODs： All cases （n = 51） and controls （n = 150） were permanent residents of the Kashmir valley. Genetic alterations were determined in exons 5-8 of Tp53 tumor suppressor gene among 45 EsCC cases histologically confirmed by PCR-ssCP analysis. Data for individual cancer cases （n = 45） and inpatient controls （n = 150） with non-cancer disease included information on family history of cancer, thirty prevailing common dietary risk factors along with patient＇s age group. Correlation of genetic lesion in p53 exons to animistic data from these parameters was generated by Chi-square test to all 45 histologically confirmed EsCC cases along with healthy controls.REsULTs： Thirty-five of 45 （77.8%） histologically characterized tumor samples had analogous somatic mutation as opposed to 1 of 45 normal sample obtained from adjacent region from the same patient showed gerrnline mutation. The ssCP analysis demonstrated that most common p53 gene alterations were found in exon 6 （77.7%）, that did not correlate with the age of the individual and clinicopathological parameters but showed significant concordance （P 〈 0.05） with familial history of cancer （CD = 58）, suggesting germline predisposition at an unknown locus, and dietary habit of consuming locally grown Brassica vegetable ＂Hakh＂（CD = 19.5）, red chillies （CD = 20.2）, hot salty soda tea （CD = 2.37） and local baked bread （CD = 1.1）. CONCLUsION： Our study suggests that somatic chromosomal mutations, especially in exon 6 of Tp53 gene, among esophageal cancer patients of an ethnically homogenous population of Kashmir valley are closely related to continued exposure to various common dietary risk factors, especially hot sa
