Physical Characterization of Ionic Liquid-Modified Polyvinyl Alcohol and Sodium Thiocyanate Polymer Electrolytes for Electrochemical Double-Layer Capacitor Application

Novel gel polymer electrolytes(GPEs)composed of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and sodium thiocyanate were developed via a solution casting *** ionic liquid(IL),1-ethyl-3-methyl-imidazolium tricyanomethanide([EMIM][TCM]),was doped into a polymer–salt complex system(PVA+NaSCN)to further enhance the ***-doped polymer electrolyte(ILDPE)films were characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD),polarized optical microscopy(POM),Fourier-transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy,and conductivity *** was performed to check the degree of crystallinity and amorphicity of the ILDPE films,and the amorphicity of GPEs increased with the increase of the IL *** was employed to evaluate the changes in the surface morphology due to the inclusion of salt and IL in the *** compositional nature of the GPE films was examined via FTIR *** electrical and electrochemical properties were characterized by cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance *** maximum conductivity for the GPE film was estimated to be 1.10×10^(-5) S/cm for 6%(mass fraction)of IL in the polymer–salt *** ionic transference number was approximately *** electrochemical double-layer capacitor(EDLC)was built from optimized GPE films and reduced graphene oxide-based *** specific capacitance calculated from the cyclic voltammograms of the EDLC cells was 3 F/g.

Evolutionary dynamics of solitary wave profiles and abundant analytical solutions to a(3+1)-dimensional burgers system in ocean physics and hydrodynamics

In the fields of oceanography,hydrodynamics,and marine engineering,many mathematicians and physi-cists are interested in Burgers-type equations to show the different dynamics of nonlinear wave phenom-ena,one of which is a(3+1)-dimensional Burgers system that is currently being *** this paper,we apply two different analytical methods,namely the generalized Kudryashov(GK)method,and the generalized exponential rational function method,to derive abundant novel analytic exact solitary wave solutions,including multi-wave solitons,multi-wave peakon solitons,kink-wave profiles,stripe solitons,wave-wave interaction profiles,and periodic oscillating wave profiles for a(3+1)-dimensional Burgers sys-tem with the assistance of symbolic *** employing the generalized Kudryashov method,we obtain some new families of exact solitary wave solutions for the Burgers ***,we applied the generalized exponential rational function method to obtain a large number of soliton solutions in the forms of trigonometric and hyperbolic function solutions,exponential rational function solutions,peri-odic breather-wave soliton solutions,dark and bright solitons,singular periodic oscillating wave soliton solutions,and complex multi-wave solutions under various family *** on soft computing via Wolfram Mathematica,all the newly established solutions are verified by back substituting them into the considered Burgers ***,the dynamical behaviors of some established results are exhibited graphically through three-and two-dimensional wave profiles via numerical simulation.

科技金融、绿色金融是金融强国建设的重要组成部分,也是业界关注的重点。企业ESG(环境、社会和公司治理)行为对推动可持续投资和实现“双碳”目标、促进传统产业转型升级、助力经济高质量发展具有重要意义,其内涵与科技金融、绿色金融的发展要求不谋而合。本文以2010—2021年A股上市公司为研究样本,考察企业ESG表现如何影响绿色金融科技发展。研究结果显示,首先,积极改善企业ESG表现能显著提升绿色金融科技发展水平。其次,信息透明度在ESG改善绿色金融科技的影响中具有“遮掩效应”。最后,企业ESG表现对绿色金融科技发展的影响在产权性质、股权制衡度和信息环境等方面存在异质性。本文拓展了关于企业ESG经济后果的研究范畴,深化了企业ESG表现对金融科技发展影响的理解,为促进绿色金融科技的平稳发展提供了新的思路。

Few-shot object detection via class encoding and multi-target decoding

The task of few‐shot object detection is to classify and locate objects through a few annotated *** many studies have tried to solve this problem,the results are still not *** studies have found that the class margin significantly impacts the classification and representation of the targets to be *** methods use the loss function to balance the class margin,but the results show that the loss‐based methods only have a tiny improvement on the few‐shot object detection *** this study,the authors propose a class encoding method based on the transformer to balance the class margin,which can make the model pay more attention to the essential information of the features,thus increasing the recognition ability of the ***,the authors propose a multi‐target decoding method to aggregate RoI vectors generated from multi‐target images with multiple support vectors,which can significantly improve the detection ability of the detector for multi‐target *** on Pascal visual object classes(VOC)and Microsoft Common Objects in Context datasets show that our proposed Few‐Shot Object Detection via Class Encoding and Multi‐Target Decoding significantly improves upon baseline detectors(average accuracy improvement is up to 10.8%on VOC and 2.1%on COCO),achieving competitive *** general,we propose a new way to regulate the class margin between support set vectors and a way of feature aggregation for images containing multiple objects and achieve remarkable *** method is implemented on mmfewshot,and the code will be available later.

Oxidative post-translational modifications of specific chloroplast proteins contribute to the initiation of retrograde *** Arabidopsis thaliana EXECUTER1(EX1)protein,a chloroplast-localized singlet oxygen(^(1)O_(2))sensor,undergoes tryptophan(Trp)643 oxidation by^(1)O_(2),a chloroplast-derived and light-dependent reactive oxygen *** indole side chain of Trp is vulnerable to^(1)O_(2),leading to the generation of oxidized Trp variants and priming EX1 for degradation by a membrane-bound FtsH *** perception of^(1)O_(2)via Trp643 oxidation and subsequent EX1 proteolysis facilitate chloroplast-to-nucleus retrograde *** this study,we discovered that the EX1-like protein EX2 also undergoes^(1)O_(2)-dependent Trp530 oxidation and FtsH-dependent turnover,which attenuates^(1)O_(2)signaling by decelerating EX1-Trp643 oxidation and subsequent EX1 *** with this finding,the loss of EX2 function reinforces EX1-dependent retrograde signaling by accelerating EX1-Trp643 oxidation and subsequent EX1 proteolysis,whereas overexpression of EX2 produces molecular phenotypes opposite to those observed in the loss-of-function mutants of ***,phylogenetic analysis suggests that EX2 may have emerged evolutionarily to attenuate the sensitivity of EX1 toward^(1)O_(2).Collectively,these results suggest that EX2 functions as a negative regulator of the EX1 signalosome through its own^(1)O_(2)-dependent oxidation,providing a new mechanistic insight into the regulation of EX1-mediated^(1)O_(2)signaling.

Donkey whey proteins ameliorate dextran sulfate sodium-induced ulcerative colitis in mice by downregulating the S100A8-TRAF6-NF-κB axis-mediated inflammatory response

Donkey milk has a variety of physiological functions, including antibacterial and anti-inflammatory. Donkey whey proteins(DWPs), as the main functional component in donkey milk, its inhibitory effect on colitis is still unclear. In this study, the inhibitory effect and potential mechanism of DWPs on dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)-induced colitis were investigated. Firstly, the DWPs and bovine milk whey proteins(BWPs)were characterized using proteomics. Then, we administered DWPs and BWPs to mice with colitis via oral gavage. The results of immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry indicated that DWPs increased T regulatory cell accumulation and increased the abundance of the cluster of differentiation 205+(CD205+)macrophages compared to those with BWPs and in model groups. In addition, DWPs exhibited a more remarkable ability to inhibit pro-inflammatory proteins(S100A8, TRAF6, and NF-κB)expression and inflammatory secretion than BWPs. In addition, DWPs significantly decreased NF-κB and CD86 levels more than BWPs or the negative control in both LPS-stimulated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells or cell lines. These findings indicate that DWPs comprise a promising anti-colitis functional food, and this work has established a foundation for future research on these compounds.

Effect of tuberosity repair on functional outcome of reverse shoulder arthroplasty in proximal humerus fractures

Purpose:Unsatisfactory results of hemiarthroplasty in Neer’’s 3- and 4-part proximal humerus fractures in elderly,have led to the shift towards reverse shoulder arthroplasty (RSA).The objective of our study was to repair the tuberosities that are generally overlooked during RSA and observe its impact on the functional outcome and shoulder ***:We include elderly patients with acutely displaced or dislocated 3- or 4-part proximal humerus fractures from July 2013 to November 2019 who were treated with RSA along with tuberosity repair by non-absorbable sutures and bone grafting harvested from the humeral *** injuries and cases with neuro-muscular involvement of the deltoid muscle were *** to the tuberosity healing on radiographs of the shoulder at 9th postoperative month,the patients were divided into 2 groups,as the group with successful tuberosity repair and the other with failed tuberosity *** analysis of the functional outcome and shoulder scores between the 2 groups were done by independentt-test for normally distributed parameters and Mann-Whitney test for the parameters,where data was not normally ***:Of 41 patients,tuberosity healing was achieved in 28 (68.3%) and failed in 13 (31.7%) *** of the tuberosity occurred in 5 patients,tuberosity displacement in 2,and nonunion in *** age was 70.4 years (range 65 – 79 years) and mean follow-up was 58.7 months (range 18 – 93 months).There were no major *** with successful tuberosity repair showed improvement in mean active range of movements,like anterior elevation (165.1°± 4.9°vs.144.6°± 9.4°,p < 0.000),lateral elevation (158.9°± 7.2°vs.138.4°± 9.6°,p < 0.000),external rotation (30.5°± 6.9°vs.35.0°± 6.3°,p = 0.367),internal rotation (33.7°± 7.5°vs.32.6°± 6.9°,p = 0.671) and in mean shoulder scores including Constant score (70.7 ± 4.1vs.55.5 ± 5.7,p < 0.000),American shoulder and elbow surgeons score (90.3 ± 2.4vs.69.0 ± 5.7,p < 0.0
