CFD investigation of the agitation in the desupersaturation during the wet-process phosphoric acid(WPPA)process

Desupersaturation is a complex cooling operation that involves hydrodynamic,thermal and mechanical *** process requires continuous agitation to avoid fouling problems and sludge *** current work aims to investigate the well mixedness in the desupersaturation tank for optimal *** this purpose,a multi-fluid CFD study was conducted based on the Euler–Euler modeling approach,considering a multiphase flow involving a liquid phase(phosphoric acid)and a poly-dispersed solid phase,i.e.a sludge with three different sizes where each size is considered as a separate ***,the hydrodynamic behavior of the flow within the agitated desupersaturator is analyzed through the investigation of the velocity fields as well as the power and pumping numbers,to determine both the agitator capacity to pump the flow and its power consumption during the ***,in order to assess the mixture homogeneity,we evaluated the solid suspension in the desupersaturation reactor following conventional methods and two new proposed methodologies:the first approach is to evaluate the suspension quality in the mixing system by compartment and the second consists on the assessment of the uniform convergence of the solid ***,we calculated the time required to achieve a full suspension at different solid *** other hand,we conducted a detailed analysis of the solid distribution dependency on the impeller rotational speed at different solid volume fraction,which allows a good understanding of the parameters controlling the homogenization in the desupersaturator.

BACKGROUND Management of superficial bowel neoplasia(SBN)in early stages is associated with better *** last few decades experienced a paradigm shift in the management of SBN with the introduction of advanced endoscopic resection techniques(ERTs).However,there are no clear data about the aspects of ERTs in Egypt despite the growing gastroenterology *** To investigate the knowledge,attitude,and practice of ERTs toward management of SBN among Egyptian practitioners and the suitability of the endoscopy units’infrastructures toward these *** An online 2-pages questionnaire was *** first page comprised demographic data,and questions for all physicians,about the knowledge(11 questions)of and attitude(5 questions)toward ERTs as a therapeutic option for *** second page investigated the practice of ERTs by endoscopists(6 questions)and the infrastructures of their endoscopy units(14 questions).The survey was disseminated through July 2021 and the data were collected in an excel sheet and later analyzed *** The complete responses were 833/2300(36.2%).The majority of the participants were males(n=560,67.2%),middle-aged(n=366,43.9%),consultants(n=464,55.7%),gastroenterologists(n=678,81.4%),spending≥15 years in practice(n=368,44.2%),and were working in university hospitals(n=569,68.3%).The majority correctly identified the definition of SBN(88.4%)and the terms polypectomy,endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR),and endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)(92.1%,90.2%,and 89.1%respectively).However,26.9%,43.2%and 49.5%did not recognize the clear indication of polypectomy,EMR,and ESD *** 68.1%of physicians are convinced about the ERTs for management of SBN;only 8.9%referred all candidate cases for *** 76.5%of endoscopists had formal training in the basic polypectomy techniques while formal training for EMR and ESD was encountered only in 31.9%and 7.2%*** 71.6%and 88.4%of endoscopists did not per

in this article, we study the solvability of nonlinear problem for p-Laplacian with nonlinear boundary conditions. We give some characterization of the first eigenvalue of an intermediary eigenvalne problem as simplicity, isolation and its strict monotonicity. Afterward, we character also the second eigenvalue and its strictly partial monotony. On the other hand, in some sense, we establish the non-resonance below the first and furthermore between the first and second eigenvalues of nonlinear Steklov-Robin.

目的本研究调查了PD1/PD-L1抑制剂治疗后肺癌患者免疫相关不良事件(immune-related adverse events,ir AEs)的影像学异常发生率,以期用新的影像学方法来评估免疫治疗反应和异常放射学反应(肿瘤超进展、不一致的反应和假性进展)。方法本研究在“Pub Med/Medline、Web of Science、Science Direct,Scopus”数据库上进行系统检索和meta分析,搜索有关PD-1/PDL1治疗后的肺癌临床影像学相关指标变化的研究报道。本研究开始于2021年10月15日,搜索时间范围从2011到2021年以英文形式发表的文献。使用不同的检索词进行文献检索,包括"PD1/PD-L1肺癌治疗,免疫检查点抑制剂,细胞程序性死亡受体-1(PD1),非小细胞肺癌,细胞程序性死亡受体-1(PD-L1),治疗相关不良反应和影像学",检索方式为(“影像学”或“放射学”或CT”和“不良事件或ir AEs”和“PD-1抑制剂或PD-1治疗”和“肺癌”)。本研究拟对肺癌患者的ir AEs表现进行分析,因此只纳入符合以下标准的文献:(1)报道了肺癌患者的临床特征和影像学特征的原创性研究;(2)研究至少包括10名患者且发表在英文文献上,排除了由于佐证不足,样本量小于10例的个案报告或病例系列报道。本研究也排除了述评、点评、评论和其他类型的出版物。关于药物剂量,由于文献中没有提及剂量多少,因此不作为排除标准。我们查阅了相关研究的标题、摘要和全文,并从每项研究中提取了以下信息:入组患者的数量、参与者年龄和性别的平均值/中位数、基本病变类型、典型影像表现[实变、磨玻璃影(ground-glass opacities,GGO)]、较少见的影像表现(铺路石征、斑片状影、支气管充气征、线状影、支气管扩张或支气管壁增厚、胸腔积液、血管强化)等信息,在提供相关资料的情况下,本研究分析了CT或胸片在肺癌诊断评估中的诊断价值,病变分布的参与程度和受检器官的数量。Meta分析采用R–Statistical Software软件进行分析,偏倚风险评估采用New Castle Ottawa量表。我们研究了PD-1/PD-L1治疗相关不良反应的肺癌患者的影像学异常发生率,使用文献中提取的二分法数据(dichotomus Data)(事件,总数),对免疫相关不良事件的发生率和严重程度进行排序。根据观察到的随访次数除以随访时间、患病率和95%可信区间(Ci)的荟萃分析,对一线治疗组和后续治疗组进行评估。异质性采用Chi2检验和i2检验进行统计,P值小于0.05为异质性显著,i2值大于50%为异质性相当。结果所选择数据的分类是根据作者和出版年份、接受一线免疫检查点抑制剂(iCi)治疗和后续一线iCi治疗的患者数量、每组的中位年龄、使用的治疗类型(如尼鲁单抗、派姆单抗)、以周为单位的随访时间进行分组。接受一线治疗的高、低等级ir AEs患者的发病率较接受后续治疗的患者影像学异常发生率更高(Pir AEs是肺炎、结肠炎、甲状腺功能减退、甲状腺功能亢进症和病变或皮肤反应,较少见的是肝炎。在其中一项研究中,患者由于免疫检查点抑制剂相关肺炎(CiP)的进展被排除。有三项研究的患者接受了尼鲁单抗治疗,有三名患者发展为尼鲁单抗相关胆管炎。一项研究中,患者在服用派姆单抗四个月后出现了劳力性呼吸困难。一项研究的患者出现了除结节病以外的ir AE。纳入标准还包括单组或随机试验中评估PD-1和PD-L1抑制剂作为NSCLC患者单一药物的疗效,以及PD-L1表达阳性患者(定义为>1%肿瘤或免疫细胞PD-L1表达)的总缓解率(ORR)、无进展生存率(PFS)的数据。所有的影像学研究都是在尼鲁单抗停药后进行的,因为ir AEs可能在停药后数月甚至数年发生,所以在开始后续治疗之前都被纳入PD-1抑制剂。结果分为主要结果和次要结果。有一例ir AEs的患者出现明显影像表现,平均时间约为7周。肺炎和结肠炎的表现为全结肠炎和憩室相关的节段性结肠炎。本研究结果显示,肺癌PD-1/PD-L1治疗相关不良反应常见表现包括急性间质性肺炎(AiP)/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)和隐源性组织肺炎(COP),其他ir AEs包括肠炎(小肠炎症)、甲状腺炎、肝炎和胰腺炎。年龄和放射治疗史也是与ir AEs总体相关性的决定因素。所有研究均发生免疫相关不良事件,其中一项研究显示检查点抑制剂肺炎的发生率令人担忧。结论1.在iCis治疗期间和治疗之后,正确评估影像学结果对于实验和临床环境中都至关重要,多年来,已经提出不同的治疗标准(iRC、irRECiST、i RECiST)用于临床免疫治疗和研究。2.接受免疫治疗的肺癌患者出现异常放射反应,出现反应不一致(di

The goal of this study is to provide a stochastic method to investigate the eff ects of the randomness of soil properties due to their natural spatial variability on the response spectra spatial variation at sites with varying conditions. For this purpose, Monte Carlo Simulations are used to include the variability of both incident ground motion and soil parameters in the response spectra by mean of an appropriate coherency loss function and a site-dependent transfer function, respectively. The approach is built on the assumption of vertical propagation of SH type waves in soil strata with uncertain parameters. The response spectra are obtained by numerical integration of the governing equation of a single-degree-of-freedom (SDOF) system under non-stationary site-dependent and spatially varying ground motion accelerations simulated with non-uniform spectral densities and coherency loss functions. Numerical examples showed that randomness of soil properties signifi cantly aff ects the amplitudes of the response spectra, indicating that as the heterogeneity induced by the randomness of the parameters of the medium increases, the spectral ordinates attenuate.

Two-stage procedure in the management of selected cases of keratoconus: clear lens extraction with aspherical iOL implantation followed by WFG-PRK

AiM： To assess the objective and subjective results of a two-stage procedure for management of keratoconus： clear lensectomy with aspherical intraocular lens（iOL） implantation followed by wave front-guided photorefractive keratotomy（WFG-PRK）.METHODS： This prospective interventional non-randomized study included patients aged 35 years old or more with grade i and ii stable keratoconus, a clear visual axis, minimal corneal thickness（MCT） 420 μm or more and average keratometric reading（K） less than 54 diopter（D）. Refraction of all selected eyes should be-8.00 D sphere or more with less than-6.00 D cylinder and could be corrected two lines or more with spectacles or contact lenses. All studied eyes underwent a two-stage approach treatment： first refractive lens exchange and aspherical iOL implantation followed, after at least 3 mo, by WFGPRK. Pre and postoperative complete ophthalmological examination were performed. Topographical, visual and aberrometric results were recorded and evaluated during 6 mo follow up period. Moreover, patient satisfaction and other subjective outcomes were also ***： The 13 eyes of 11 patients diagnosed with stable keratoconus and aged from 39 to 49 y（42.4±6.2 y） were enrolled in the study. At baseline, 8 eyes had grade i and 5 eyes had grade ii keratoconus. The manifest sphere was-10.3±4.2 D（ranged from-8.0 to-14.0 D） and the manifest cylinder was-4.2±1.2 D（ranged from-1.75 to-5.50 D）. After the two-stage procedure, sphere and cylinder reduced significantly to-0.43±0.22 D and-1.3±0.72 D respectively（P〈0.001）. There was also a highly significant improvement in the mean uncorrected distance visual acuity（UDVA） from logMAR 1.41±0.49 preoperatively to 0.51±0.16 postoperatively（P〈0.001） and the mean corrected distance visual acuity（CDVA） from 0.76±0.24 preoperatively to 0.49±0.13 after the operation（P〈0.001）. 微表情是指当人们无意识或故意隐藏情感时,在脸上出现的短暂面部表情。微表情包含大量关于真实情感的有效信息,在安防和审讯等实际应用中非常有帮助。然而,微表情是一个非常短暂的动作过程,实时提提取这些信息是一个挑战性的问题。在过去超过十年的时间里,微表情自动识别越来越受到心理学、计算机科学、安全学、神经科学等相关学科研究人员的关注。通常,微表情的自动识别过程包括预处理、特征提取和分类。该领域的研究人员发现,已有研究中的特征提取技术无法提供微表情的可靠细节,继而增加识别的挑战性。由于多年来微表情特征描述的挑战尚未解决,因此研究人员已经进入图像增强和情感放大的预处理阶段,以提高识别的精确度。然而,增加更多计算过程的趋势,也增加了微表情识别实时系统的成本,研究的重点还是又回到了特征提取这个方向。对于特征提取,有三种常用的方法;基于外观、基于几何和基于运动的特征描述。目前,基于外观和基于运动的特征描述通常用于微表情识别,因为它们可以提供面部肌肉细微运动的更多细节,而基于几何的特征描述通常用于正常的人脸表情识别,因为它对于较大的面部肌肉运动更可靠。而在另一方面,基于几何比基于外观的人脸表情识别算法的计算量要低得多,这使得实时而有效地识别面部表情成为可能。鉴于微表情识别在安防和审讯、医疗等领域的应用,一个快速而可靠的微表情识别系统已成为必要。我们选用基于几何的特征描述进行微表情特征提取作为主攻方向,论文的主要研究内容和创新点如下:(1)提出了一种基于几何特征描述的快速微表情特征提取算法,该算法利用人脸标记检测计算中性帧(起始帧)和情绪帧(顶点帧)之间细微变化的细节。提出的特征提取算法被描述为基于图特征与1DCNN模型(Graph+1D-CNN)。提出的算法采用了一种非常可靠且快速的坐标检测模型,共捕获468个点的3D坐标。在捕获顶点帧和起始帧的坐标后,测量每个相应坐标点之间的变化幅度,然后将测量到的震级呈现给一维卷积神经网络(1D-CNN)模型进行特征嵌入和分类。利用3个不同的自发微表情数据集,基于两个因素-识别精度和计算时间对所提出的Graph+1D-CNN进行了分析和评估;识别精度和计算时间。其中包括:自发微表情数据集(SMiC)、中国科学院微表情数据集(CASMEii)和自发行为与微运动数据集(SAMM)。实验结果表明,在每个样本4.5ms(222fps)的intel Core i5-3470 CPU上,Graph+1D-CNN在CASMEii数据集上的准确率最高,达到96.99%。(2)将基于坐标的微表情放大技术应用到Graph+1D-CNN模型中以进一步提升了模型的性能,利用起始帧和顶点帧的坐标点实现了微表情放大,基于图的放大技术的特征计算被描述为基于图的放大特征融合进1D-CNN模型形成新的模型Graph+M+1D-CNN。2022提出的无形的情绪放大算法iEMA利用起始帧和顶点帧的面部坐标点来计算放大元素,其中还包含面部运动的方向。然后,将计算出的放大元素应用于顶点框架的x和y坐标,以增强细微情绪时面部肌肉运动的幅度。借鉴算法iEMA的思想形成了我们新的模型Graph+M+1DCNN。同样,在三个自发数据集(即SMiC,CASMEii和SAMM)上进行了实验,结果表明,所提出的Graph+M+1D-CNN在同一台机器上,每个样本为4.8 ms(208fps)的CASMEii数据集的准确率最高,为98.86%,这远远高于实时微表情识别的最低要求5ms(200pfs)。图16幅,表25个,参考文献147篇。
