In current study,the influence of magnetic field(MHD)on heat transfer of natural convection boundary layer flow in Casson ternary hybrid nanofluid past a stretching sheet is studied using numerical *** Newtonian heating boundary conditions that depend on the temperature and velocity terms are taken into this *** particular dimensional governing equations,for the studied problem,are converted to the system of partial differential equations utilizing adequate similarity ***,the system of equations is numerically solved using well-known Kellar box numerical *** obtained numerical results are in excellent approval with previous literature *** existence of types for composite ternary nanoparticles,which as alumina Al2O3,copper oxide CuO,and silver Ag or copper Cu,as well as water H2O which is considered an essential fluid,are *** physical features,such as temperature,velocity,local skin friction coefficient,and local Nusselt number are explored with the variation of MHD Casson ternary hybrid nanofluids parameters and displayed graphically and tabularly in the present *** numerical outcomes exhibit that when the conjugate parameter values rise,the temperature and local Nusselt number increase,however they decrease as the Casson parameter is reduced.

This article aims to assess health habits,safety behaviors,and anxiety factors in the community during the novel coronavirus disease(COVID-19)pandemic in Saudi Arabia based on primary data collected through a questionnaire with 320 *** other words,this paper aims to provide empirical insights into the correlation and the correspondence between sociodemographic factors(gender,nationality,age,citizenship factors,income,and education),and psycho-behavioral effects on individuals in response to the emergence of this new *** focus on the interaction between these variables and their effects,we suggest different methods of analysis,comprising regression trees and support vector machine regression(SVMR)*** to the regression tree results,the age variable plays a predominant role in health habits,safety behaviors,and *** health habit index,which focuses on the extent of behavioral change toward the commitment to use the health and protection methods,is highly affected by gender and age *** average monthly income is also a relevant factor but has contrasting effects during the COVID-19 pandemic *** results of the SVMR model reveal a strong positive effect of income,with R^(2) values of 99.59%,99.93%and 99.88%corresponding to health habits,safety behaviors,and anxiety.

Investigating the influence of gamma ray energies and steel fiber on attenuation properties of reactive powder concrete

The effect of gamma ray energies and volume ratio of micro steel fiber(1 and 1.5%) on attenuation properties of reactive powder concrete(70 MPa compressive strength) was investigated. Different characteristics have been considered such as linear attenuation coefficient,mass attenuation coefficient, and half-value *** iodide crystal with a gamma ray spectrometer and collimated beam of gamma ray has been implemented to perform the experimental test. Three sources(Cs-137, Co-60, and Bi-207) with energies of(0.662, 1.17 1.33, 0.569,and 1.063) MeV were adopted in the test. The results obtained indicated that mass attenuation coefficient is proportioned inversely with gamma ray energies and directly with a volume ratio of micro steel fiber. The linear attenuation coefficient and half-value thickness of the tested samples have been calculated and discussed. The obtained results showed that increasing the volume ratio of steel fiber has modified the adequacy of the reactive powder concrete as a shielding element since it increases the density and reduces the half-value thickness.

Medical Imaging Segmentation is an essential technique for modern medical *** is the foundation of many aspects of clinical diagnosis,oncology,and computer-integrated surgical *** significant successes have been achieved in the segmentation of medical images,DL(deep learning)*** delineation of OARs(organs at risk)is vastly dominant but it is prone to errors given the complex irregularities in shape,low texture diversity between tissues and adjacent blood area,patientwide location of organisms,and weak soft tissue contrast across adjacent organs in CT *** now several models have been implemented onmulti organs segmentation but not caters to the problemof imbalanced classes some organs have relatively small pixels as compared to *** segment OARs in thoracic CT images,we proposed the model based on the encoder-decoder approach using transfer learning with the efficientnetB7 DL *** have built a fully connected CNN(Convolutional Neural network)having 5 layers of encoding and 5 layers of decoding with efficientnetB7 specifically to tackle imbalance class pixels in an accurate way for the segmentation of *** methodology achieves 0.93405 IOU score,0.95138 F1 score and class-wise dice score for esophagus 0.92466,trachea 0.94257,heart 0.95038,aorta 0.9351 and background *** results showed that our proposed framework can be segmented organs accurately.

Objective:To characterize the bacterial pathogens in patients having gram negative septicaemia. Further,to evaluate the antimicrobial resistance and underlying molecular mechanisms in these ***:A total number of 70 cases of gram negative sepsis were included in this prospective,open labeled,observational *** methods for isolation and identification of bacteria were *** susceptibility and ESBL testing was performed by the standard disc diffusion *** amplification was performed to identify blaCTX-M,blaSHVand blaTEM type *** experiments were performed to show resistant marker transfer. Increasing need for materials with special features have brought various new inventions,one of the most promising hope for new material with special features and functionalities is composites ***,this study report an integration of zinc nanoparticles into kenaf/polyester polymer composite to introduce new behavior to the *** composite behaviors were compared for mechanical,thermal,moisture absorption and biodegradability *** zinc Oxide nanoparticles entrenched in the kenaf/polyestaer composites net structure through chemical bonds between kenaf/znO/polyester resin,existence of znO significantly influence the mechanical and thermals properties of *** analysis based on(TGA)response revealed the integration of znO nanoparticles improved the thermal stability when thermal decomposition temperature beyond 3650 *** thermal cracking decreased with present of znO and increase with kenaf content(layers).The modulus,Tensile strength,break at elongation,flexural modulus,flexural strength and impact strength of the composites with higher content kenaf/znO nanoparticle are 560 MPa,58MPa,1.8%,1300 PMa,68 MPa and 31 MPa,***,addition of kenaf layers and znO results in larger mechanical properties enhancement,the results of the contact angle show improvement in wetting of the fibres with addition of znO nanoparticles.

Diagnosing data or object detection in medical images is one of the important parts of image segmentation especially those data which is less effective to identify inMRI such as low-grade tumors or cerebral spinal fluid(CSF)leaks in the *** aim of the study is to address the problems associated with detecting the low-grade tumor and CSF in brain is difficult in magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)images and another problem also relates to efficiency and less execution time for segmentation of medical *** tumor and CSF segmentation using trained light field database(LFD)datasets of MRI *** research proposed the new framework of the hybrid k-Nearest Neighbors(k-NN)model that is a combination of hybridization of Graph Cut and Support Vector Machine(GCSVM)and Hidden Markov Model of k-Mean Clustering Algorithm(HMMkC).There are four different methods are used in this research namely(1)SVM,(2)GrabCut segmentation,(3)HMM,and(4)k-mean clustering *** this framework,on the one hand,phase one is to perform the classification of SVM and Graph Cut algorithm to create the maximum margin *** research use GrabCut segmentation method which is the application of the graph cut algorithm and extract the data with the help of scaleinvariant features *** the other hand,in phase two,segment the low-grade tumors and CSF using a method adapted for HMkC and extract the information of tumor or CSF fluid by GCHMkC including iterative conditional maximizing mode(ICMM)with identifying the range of *** evaluation is also performing by the comparison of existing techniques in this *** conclusion,our proposed model gives better results than *** proposed model helps to common man and doctor that can identify their condition of brain *** future,this will model will use for other brain related diseases.

Systematic review of anorectal leiomyosarcoma: Current challenges and recent advances

BACKGROUND The anorectal leiomyosarcoma (LMS) is an aggressive malignant neoplasm. Owing to the rarity of LMSs, an optimal treatment modality has yet to be determined. AIM To collect all published data on anorectal LMS characteristics, explore current treatment options, and review recent cases of postradiation LMS. METHODS A literature search of the PubMed electronic database was conducted using the MeSH terms "rectal neoplasms","anus neoplasms" and "gastrointestinal neoplasms" combined with "leiomyosarcoma". The search was limited to English language and human studies. All available case reports and case series of anal or rectal LMSs that were published from the beginning of January 1996 to May 2017 were included if the diagnosis of LMS had been confirmed by histopathologic examination. Data were analyzed using simple statistics (mean, median, and standard deviation). Independent sample t-test was used to compare means for continuous variables. RESULTS A total of 27 articles reporting on 51 cases of anorectal LMS were identified. Among these cases, 11.7% had undergone previous pelvic radiotherapy (developing LMS at 13-35 years afterwards). Anorectal LMS affected the rectum in 92.2% of the cases, and no sex-based predominance was observed. Surgical resection with negative margins remains the mainstay of treatment, which can be accomplished with wide local excision or radical resection. The local recurrence rate was higher among cases who received wide local excision (30%), as compared to radical resection (20%);however, the overall rate of metastasis was 51.61% regardless of the treatment approach. The use of neoadjuvant radiation lowers the risk of local recurrence compared to adjuvant radiotherapy, and facilitates R0 resection of the tumor. Cases treated with adjuvant chemotherapy showed better rates of distant recurrence and overall survival.
