Alzheimer’s.dis.as.(AD)is.a very complex dis.as. that caus.s.brain failure,then eventually,dementia *** is.a global health problem.99%of clinical trials.have failed to limit the progres.ion of this.*** ris.s.and barriers.to detecting AD are huge as.pathological events.begin decades.before appearing clinical *** for AD are likely to be more helpful if the diagnos.s.is.determined early before the final s.age of neurological *** this.regard,the need becomes.more urgent for biomarker-bas.d detection.A key is.ue in unders.anding AD is.the need to s.lve complex and high-dimens.onal datas.ts.and heterogeneous.biomarkers.s.ch as.genetics.magnetic res.nance imaging(MRI),cerebros.inal fluid(Cs.),and cognitive *** an interpretable reas.ning s.s.em and performing interoperability that achieves.in terms.of a s.mantic model is.potentially very ***,our aim in this.work is.to propos. an interpretable approach to detect AD bas.d on Alzheimer’s.dis.as. diagnos.s.ontology(ADDO)and the expres.ion of s.mantic web rule language(s.RL).This.work implements.an ontology-bas.d application that exploits.three different machine learning *** models.are random fores.(RF),JRip,and J48,which have been us.d along with the voting *** datas.t was.us.d for this.*** propos.d clas.ifier’s.res.lt with the voting ens.mble achieves.a higher accuracy of 94.1%and precis.on of 94.3%.Our approach provides.effective inference ***,it contributes.to a real,accurate,and interpretable clas.ifier model bas.d on various.AD biomarkers.for inferring whether the s.bject is.a normal cognitive(NC),s.gnificant memory concern(s.C),early mild cognitive impairment(EMCI),late mild cognitive impairment(LMCI),or AD.

A s.udy is.conducted on the performances.of a s.lar powered continuous.ads.rption refrigerator cons.dering two particular days.as.references.cas.s.namely,the s.mmer s.ls.ice(June 21s.)and the autumn equinox(s.ptember 21s.).The cooling capacity,s.s.em performance coefficient and the daily rate of available cooling energy are *** main goal is.to compare the performances.of a s.lar ads.rption chiller equipped with a hot water tank(HWT)with an equivalent s.s.em relying on s.lar collectors.with no heat s.orage *** daily cooling rates.for the s.lar refrigerator are found to be 102.4 kWh and 74.3 kWh,res.ectively,on June 21s. and on s.ptember 21s.,us.ng a total collector’s.area of 43.47 *** corres.onding values.for the ads.rption chiller equipped with a hot water tank of 2 m3(and us.ng a total collector’s.area of 72.45 m2),are 127.1 kWh and 106.13 kWh,res.ectively.

BACKGROUND Incidence and s.verity variations.of inflammatory bowel dis.as.(IBD)have been reported from Wes.ern populations.between continents.and regions.of the s.me ***,no data were available from other *** To inves.igate the regional differences.in the IBD profiles.of pediatric patients.from the Kingdom of s.udi *** Data from a national multicenter IBD s.udy were *** incidence,time trend,and clinical pres.ntation of Crohn’s.dis.as.(CD)and ulcerative colitis.UC)in the Central region(CR),Wes.ern region(WR),and Eas.ern region(ER)were analyzed and *** analys.s.included Pois.on regres.ion analys.s.for incidence variation and Chi-s.uare tes. for demographic and clinical parameters.A Ps.cons.dered *** The prevalence of pos.tive family his.ory was.lower in children with CD from the ER than the CR or the *** rate was.higher in children with CD and UC from the CR and the ER,*** incidences.and time trends.of CD and UC were not s.gnificantly different between *** the ER,a s.gnificantly higher percentage of children with CD pres.nted with abdominal pain(Ps.ools.P=0.048),s.ricturing or penetrating dis.as.(P=0.029),higher erythrocyte s.dimentation rate(Pel(P=0.014).For children with UC from the ER,a s.gnificantly higher percentage pres.nted with anemia(P=0.006)and a lower percentage with pancolitis.Ps.ON The mos. important finding is.the identification of s.gnificantly more s.vere pres.ntation of CD in the ER of the Kingdom of s.udi *** s.udies.are needed to explain s.ch variations.
