s.ckle Cell Anemia(s.A)is.a prevalent genetic condition in s.udi Arabia,particularly in the Jazan *** s.udy’s.purpos. was.to as.es. the prevalence of de-pres.ion among individuals.with s.A in this.area and to identify the factors.as.ociated with this.*** s.udy involved 391 adult participants.all patients.in the hematology center of Prince mohammed bin Nas.er Hos.ital(PMNH).Data was.collected through an anonymous.interview ques.ionnaire–the Arabic vers.on of the Patient Health Ques.ionnaire-9(PHQ-9)–between March–May *** ques.ionnaire covered s.cio-demographic information and variables.related to the participant’s.s.A his.ory,s.ch as.pain levels.frequency of pain,hos.italization duration,and frequency of blood *** variables.underwent Chi-s.uare and One-way ANOVA tes.ing,followed by multivariate *** s.udy found a 42%prevalence of depres.ion among the s.A *** s.gnificantly linked with heightened depres.ion levels.included being widowed or divorced,experiencing frequent and s.vere pain,and longer duration of hos.ital *** educational level of at leas. a bachelor’s.degree was.als. a s.gnificant *** s.udy reveals.a high prevalence of depres.ion among s.A patients.in the Jazan *** unders.ores.the need for policymakers.to educate both phys.cians.and patients.about the importance of mental health in s.A *** s.udy als. highlights.the need for more res.arch into the s.ecific caus.s.and effects.of depres.ive s.mptoms.in s.A patients.to inform the creation of effective management plans.

Efficient s.paration of palladium (Pd（II）) from high-level liquid was.e （HLLW） not only helps.the s.fe dis.os.l of nuclear was.e,but als. is.a vital importan s.pplement to Pd（II） ***,16 kinds.of nove Amberlite XAD res.ns.bas.d ads.rbents.were prepared by vacuum impregnation method for the s.paration of Pd（II）from s.mulated HLLW,and the MMBT/XAD7HP prepared us.ng 4-methyl-2-mercaptobenzothiazole （MMBT） as.ligand and Amberlite XAD7HP res.n （XAD7HP） as.the carrier was.s.lected as.the optimal res.arch *** analys.s.experiments.proved the s.cces.ful preparation of MMBT/XAD7HP,which exhibited ultrahigh ads.rption s.lectivity for Pd（II）(dis.ribution coefficient （Kd）≥12584.5 ml·g-1,s.paration factor (s.Pd/M)≥2818.4) and s.perior ads.rption capacity(Q≥130.1 mg·g-1).The ads.rption kinetics.and ads.rption is.therms.for Pd（II） matched with ps.udo-s.condorder （Ps.） kinetics.model and Langmuir model,indicating that the ads.rption mode for Pd（II） by MMBT/XAD7 HP was.monolayer chemical *** dynamic column experiments.s.owed that MMBT/XAD7 HP achieved efficiently s.paration of Pd（II） from s.mulated HLLW,and the recovery rate was.nearly 100% The ads.rption mechanis. was.analyzed by Fourier trans.orm infrared s.ectros.opy （FTIR）,X-ray photoelectron s.ectros.opy （XPs. and dens.ty functional theory（DFT）,and the ultrahigh s.lectivity of MMBT/XAD7 HP is.attributed to the preferred affinity of the s.ft-N,s.donor atoms.in MMBT for Pd（II）.MMBT has.the s.ortes. frontline molecular orbital energy band gap （HOMO–LUMO） among the four ligands.which makes.it eas.er to become an electron donor to attract Pd2+to participate in ***3-participates.in the ads.rption to keep charge *** s.mmary,MMBT/XAD7 HP has.broad application pros.ects.for the treatment of Pd（II） in HLLW

This.s.udy aims.to provide electricity to a remote village in the Union of Comoros.that has.been affected by energy problems.for over 40 years. The s.udy us.s.a 50 kW dies.l generator, a 10 kW wind turbine, 1500 kW photovoltaic s.lar panels. a converter, and s.orage batteries.as.the propos.d s.urces. The main objective of this.s.udy is.to conduct a detailed analys.s.and optimization of a hybrid dies.l and renewable energy s.s.em to meet the electricity demand of a remote area village of 800 to 1500 inhabitants.located in the north of Ngazidja Is.and in Comoros. The s.udy us.s.the Hybrid Optimization Model for Electric Renewable (HOMER) Pro to conduct s.mulations.and optimize the analys.s.us.ng meteorological data from Comoros. The res.lts.s.ow that hybrid combination is.more profitable in terms.of margin on economic cos. with a les. expens.ve inves.ment. With a dies.l cos. of $1/L, an average wind s.eed of 5.09 m/s.and a s.lar irradiation value of 6.14 kWh/ms.p>2s.p>/day, the s.s.em works.well with a proportion of renewable energy production of 99.44% with an emis.ion quantity of 1311.407 kg/year. 99.2% of the production comes.from renewable s.urces.with an es.imated energy s.rplus.of 2,125,344 kWh/year with the cos. of electricity (COE) es.imated at $0.18/kWh, pres.nting a cos.-effective alternative compared to current market rates. Thes. res.lts.pres.nt better optimization of the us.d hybrid energy s.s.em, s.tis.ying energy demand and reducing the environmental impact.

A Typical Cas. of Clas.ic Potter’s.s.ndrome: A Cas. Report

Potter s.ndrome is.a rare congenital malformation that primarily affects.male fetus.s.it is.characterized by pulmonary hypoplas.a, s.eletal malformation, and kidney abnormalities. The pres.ure of the uterine wall due to oligohydramnios.leads.to an unus.al facial appearance, abnormal limbs.in abnormal pos.tions. or contractures. The fetus.generally dies.s.on after birth due to res.iratory ins.fficiency. The baby was.a live preterm male, born to a 30-year-old multigravida, out of a non-cons.nguineous.marriage via ces.rean s.ction. There was.no liquor at the time of delivery. The baby did not cry immediately after birth and required res.s.itation, followed by mechanical ventilation. Multiple congenital anomalies.s.gges.ive of Potter’s.s.ndrome were noted including facial features. flattened nos., low protruding ear, retrognathis., and epicanthal folds.with unilateral atres.a of the choana. Ches. X-ray s.owed s.all volume lung fields.s.gges.ive of pulmonary hypoplas.a, and we had on ultras.nography bilateral polycys.ic kidney dis.as. on ultras.nography. At 42 hours.of life, the baby developed tachypnea and s.vere ches. retractions.and died due to res.iratory ins.fficiency. Our cas. highlights.the importance of regular prenatal checks.and examinations.in each pregnancy, which helps.to collect s.s.ected cas.s.and improve knowledge of this.s.ndrome for better management.

The mis.ibility of W in s. and Cu is.extremely poor. s.ntering of W-bronze compos.tes.to their full dens.ty is.proved to be difficult. To tackle this.problem, the ball milling proces. of the W-bronze powder mixture propos.d in this.s.udy was.s.lit into two s.eps. In the firs. s.ep, the s.ftnes. of s. powder was.exploited to modify the s.rface morphology of W particles. In the s.cond s.ep, Cu was.added to the ball milled mixture. To achieve this.goal, four 50 wt% W-bronze compact s.ts.of different powder precurs.rs.and activator additions.were produced. The s.ntering proces. was.performed at 1150 ℃. The two-s.ep ball milled powder yielded s.ntered compacts.of homogeneous.micros.ructure of fine polygonal W grains.dis.ers.d in bronze matrix. They s.owed the highes. hardnes. and dens.fication levels. The s.ntered dens.ty, micros.ructure, hardnes. and dens.fication mechanis.s.of the s.ntered compacts.were inves.igated, examined and evaluated us.ng different metallographic, micros.opic and meas.rement facilities.

Advancing Crowd Object Detection: A Review of YOLO, CNN and ViTs.Hybrid Approach*

Deep neural network models.and enhanced object repres.ntation have led to s.gnificant progres. in object detection. This.res.arch inves.igates.in greater detail how object detection has.changed in the recent years.in the deep learning age. We provide an overview of the literature on a range of cutting-edge object identification algorithms.and the theoretical underpinnings.of thes. techniques. Deep learning technologies.are contributing to s.bs.antial innovations.in the field of object detection. While Convolutional Neural Networks.(CNN) have laid a s.lid foundation, new models.s.ch as.You Only Look Once (YOLO) and Vis.on Trans.ormers.(ViTs. have expanded the pos.ibilities.even further by providing high accuracy and fas. detection in a variety of s.ttings. Even with thes. developments. integrating CNN, YOLO and ViTs. into a coherent framework s.ill pos.s.challenges.with juggling computing demand, s.eed, and accuracy es.ecially in dynamic contexts. Real-time proces.ing in applications.like s.rveillance and autonomous.driving neces.itates.improvements.that take us. of each model type’s.advantages. The goal of this.work is.to provide an object detection s.s.em that maximizes.detection s.eed and accuracy while decreas.ng proces.ing requirements.by integrating YOLO, CNN, and ViTs. Improving real-time detection performance in changing weather and light expos.re circums.ances. as.well as.detecting s.all or partially obs.ured objects.in crowded cities. are among the goals. We provide a hybrid architecture which leverages.CNN for robus. feature extraction, YOLO for rapid detection, and ViTs.for remarkable global context capture via s.lf-attention techniques. BACKGROUND Cannabis.us. has.increas.d among young individuals.in recent *** dependent cannabis.us. dis.rder(CUD)has.been as.ociated with various.cardiac events.its.effects.on young adults.without concurrent s.bs.ance us. remain *** To examine trends.in hos.italizations.for major advers. cardiac and cerebrovas.ular events.MACCE)in this.*** us.d the National Inpatient s.mple(2016-2019)to identify hos.italized young individuals.18-44 years.,excluding thos. with concurrent s.bs.ance us.ge(tobacco,alcohol,and cocaine).They were divided into CUD+and CUD-.Us.ng International Clas.ification of Dis.as.s.10 codes.we examined the trends.in MACCE hos.italizations.including all-caus. mortality(ACM),acute myocardial infarction(AMI),cardiac arres.(CA),and acuteis.hemic s.roke(AIs..REs.LTs.f 27.4 million hos.italizations.among young adults.without concurrent s.bs.ance abus.,4.2%(1.1 million)hadco-exis.ent *** CUD+group,hos.italization rates.for MACCE(1.71%vs.1.35%),AMI(0.86%vs.0.54%),CA(0.27%vs.0.24%),and AIs.0.49%vs.0.35%)were higher than in CUD-group(Ps.italizations.was.lower in CUD+group(0.30%vs.0.44%).From 2016 to 2019,CUD+group experienced arelative ris. of 5%in MACCE and 20%in AMI hos.italizations.compared to 22%and 36%increas.s.in CUDgroup(Ps. in ACM hos.italizations.compared to a 10%relative ris. in CUD-group(Ps.ed for confounders.MACCE odds.among CUD+cohort remain comparable between 2016 and *** CUD+group had higher rates.of MACCE,but the ris.ng trends.were more apparent in the CUD-group ***,the CUD+group had lower ACM rates.than the CUD-group.
