Backgro.nd: Diabetes mellitus (DM) is independently asso.iated with an increased risk o. cardio.ascular mo.tality and mo.bidity, including co.o.ary artery disease (CAD). CAD is a shared burden disease and the leading cause o. death in develo.ed and develo.ing co.ntries. We aimed to.assess the angio.raphic patterns o. co.o.ary arteries in patients with DM in a develo.ing co.ntry (Yemen) as the first study. Metho.s: This study is a cro.s-sectio.al, pro.pective, o.servatio.al study that includes a to.al o. 250 patients who.were admitted fo. elective diagno.tic co.o.ary angio.raphy. Results: 96 (38.4%) patients were diabetics;68% were male;mean age was 57 ± 11 years. The incidence o. three-vessel disease was 31.2% o. patients. Co.sidering the severity o. lumen o.clusio., (11.2%) o. patients had no.-significant lesio.s, (37.6%) o. patients had significant lesio.s, and (32%) had to.al o.clusive lesio.s. Lesio.s were o. LAD in 76%, RCA in 60%, and LCX in 52% o. the po.ulatio.. Amo.g diabetics, two.and 3-vessel diseases (33.3% vs. 20.8% & 50% vs. 19.5%, P = 0.001), left main lesio. (10.4% vs. 2.6%, P = 0.012), significant steno.is (41.7% vs. 35.1%, P = 0.032), to.al o.clusio. o. co.o.ary arteries (43.8% vs. 19.5%, P = 0.032) and type C lesio. (66.7% vs. 35.1%, P = 0.010) were mo.e frequent than no.-DM patients. Co.clusio.: The burden o. significant and severe co.o.ary lesio.s is mo.e co.mo. amo.g DM, which may be the majo. cause o. mo.bidity and mo.tality o. DM in develo.ing co.ntries.

The sandwich panel inco.po.ated a ho.eyco.b co.e, a widely utilized co.po.ite structure reco.nized as a fundamental classificatio. o. co.po.ite materials. Co.prised a co.e resembling a ho.eyco.b, po.sessing thickness and so.tness, and is flank by rigid face sheets that sandwich vario.s shapes and materials. This paper presents an examinatio. o. the static and dynamic analysis o. lightweight plates made o. aluminum ho.eyco.b sandwich co.po.ites. Ho.eyco.b sandwich plate samples are 300 mm lo.g,and 300 mm wide, the heights o. the co.e have been varied at fo.r values ranging fro. 10 to.25 mm. The ho.eyco.b co.e is manufactured fro. Aluminum material by using a no.el technique namely resistance spo. welding(RSW) instead o. using adhesive material, which is o.ten used when an industrial flaw is detected. Numerical o.timizatio. based o. respo.se surface metho.o.o.y(RSM) and design o. experiment so.tware(Do.) was used to.verify the current wo.k. The findings o. the present wo.k sho.ed that the relatio.ship between the natural frequency, co.e height, and cell size is direct. In co.trast, the relatio.ship between the natural frequency and the thickness o. the cell wall is inverse. Co.versely, the damping ratio.is inversely pro.o.tio.al to.the co.e height and cell size but directly pro.o.tio.al to.the thickness o. the cell wall. Based o. this risk, this study aimed to.mo.ito. the spread o. Entero.o.cus sp., which causes blo.d po.so.ing acquired fro. catheters, and to.co.pare its respo.se to.antibio.ics with that o. tho.e iso.ated fro. clinical samples in children, as a first study lo.ally. The effectiveness o. alkalo.ds o. different types o. Papaver sp. In Syrian plants, they were tested against infectio. with this bacteria.
