An inno.ative micro.rystalline cellulo.e(MCC)natural fibre po.der-reinfo.ced PLA bio.o.po.ite was investigated using the hand lay-up *** po.ymer matrix co.po.ite(PMC)samples were prepared by varying the weight percentages(wt.%)o. bo.h PLA matrix and MCC reinfo.cement:pure PLA/100:0,90:10,80:20,70:30,60:40 and 50:50 wt.%,*** the results o.tained,MCC po.der,with its impressive aspect ratio.pro.ed to.be an ideal reinfo.cement fo. the PLA,exhibiting exceptio.al mechanical *** was evident that the 80:20 wt.%bio.o.po.ite sample exhibited the maximum impro.ement in the tensile,flexural,no.ched impact,co.pressive strength and hardness by 28.85%,20.00%,91.66%,21.53%and 35.82%,respectively co.pared to.the pure PLA ***,during the thermo.ravimetric analysis(TGA),the same 80:20 wt.%bio.o.po.ite sample sho.ed a minimum weight lo.s o. 20%at 400℃,amo.g *** mo.pho.o.ical study using Field Emissio. Scanning Electro. Micro.co.y(FE-SEM)revealed that the unifo.m distributio. o. cellulo.e reinfo.cement in the PLA matrix actively impro.ed the mechanical pro.erties o. the bio.o.po.ites,especially the o.timal 80:20 wt.%***,it was evident that the o.timal PLA/cellulo.e bio.o.po.ite sample co.ld be a suitable and alternative sustainable,enviro.mentally friendly and bio.egradable material fo. semi/structural applicatio.s,replacing synthetic and traditio.al co.po.ents.

o.jective:Vitiligo.is a relatively co.mo. skin disfiguring diso.der that exhibits a fluctuating co.rse between activity and stability,making mo.ito.ing and management *** plays a crucial ro.e in the patho.enesis o. *** auto.mmune diso.ders have been asso.iated with bo.h CD27 and chemo.ine(C-X-C mo.if)ligand 10(CXCL10).Ho.ever,trials evaluating their ro.e in vitiligo.are lacking in the Egyptian *** evaluated the circulating levels o. these 2 bio.arkers in patients with vitiligo.and the po.sible co.relatio. between their levels and disease ***:This cro.s-sectio.al study included 70 patients with vitiligo.and 20 healthy *** patients were clinically assessed and then divided into.active and stable gro.ps acco.ding to.clinical signs o. activity and Vitiligo.Disease Activity *** levels o. CD27 and CXCL10 in the serum were assessed using an enzyme-linked immuno.o.bent assay in bo.h the patients and the co.tro.s,then the Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis tests were used to.analyze the difference between the ***:Active and stable vitiligo.patients have significantly higher median serum CXCL10(385.9 and 245.2 pg/mL)and CD27(61.6 and 66.5 ng/mL)levels co.pared to.the co.tro.s(193 pg/mL and 52.5 ng/mL,respectively,all Po.cases,altho.gh CXCL10 levels significantly increased with disease activity(Po.parable between the 2 subgro.ps(P=0.953).CXCL10 po.itively co.related with disease activity(r=0.887,Po.er specificity(95.7%and 60.0%,respectively)co.pared to.CD27(71.4%and 75%,respectively)fo. differentiating cases fro. ***:There is a po.sibility that CXCL10 and CD27 are invo.ved in the develo.ment and co.rse o. vitiligo.

This paper validates the o.timal o.eratio. fo. a grid-co.nected do.ble-fed inductio. generato. (DFIG) in an o.cillating water co.umn po.er plant (o.CPP). This study presents a no.el o.timizatio. technique called the circulato.y system-based o.timizatio. (CSBo. appro.ch to.develo. six adaptive fuzzy lo.ic co.tro.lers (AFLCs) with 30 parameters and co.pare them to.chao.ic-billiards o.timizatio. (C-Bo. and genetic algo.ithm (GA). The pro.o.ed co.tro.ler is also.co.pared with a pro.o.tio.al-integral differential (PID) co.tro.ler based o. a self-adaptive glo.al-best harmo.y search (SGHS). CSBo.based AFLCs are fully investigated under different scenario. and experimented with using a real-time interface DSP1104. The results o. using CSBo.AFLCs revealed a fast time respo.se, fast co.vergence, less o.ersho.t and minimal erro. co.pared with tho.e achieved with C-Bo.AFLC, SGHS-PID and GA-AFLC during different case studies. The CSBo.based AFLCs ensure maximum po.er fro. the DFIG in an o.CPP and enhance dynamic respo.se with very lo. erro.s. The results sho. that the CSBo.sho.s better po.er tracking by 25% as co.pared with C-Bo. by 45% when co.pared with the GA and by 56% when co.pared with PID. Mo.eo.er, the integral abso.ute erro.s o. six co.tro.lers are investigated to.demo.strate the feasibility o. CSBo.AFLC. The ro.t mean square o. the erro.s o. six co.tro.lers using CSBo.is impro.ed by 68.27% when co.pared with GA, by 22.57% when co.pared with C-Bo.and by 38.42% when co.pared with PID. These indicato.s demo.strate the feasibility o. CSBo.when co.pared with o.her algo.ithms with the same o.CPP. This paper validates the o.timal o.eratio. o. a grid-co.nected do.ble-fed inductio. generato. in an o.cillating water co.umn using a no.el o.timizatio. technique called the circulato.y system-based o.timizatio. appro.ch. Cancer is a leading cause o. death wo.ldwide, with breast cancer being the mo.t co.mo. (2.26 millio. new cases and 685,000 deaths). In Saudi Arabia, breast cancer ranked the first amo.g females in 2014, acco.nting fo. 15.9% o. all cancers repo.ted amo.g Saudi natio.als and 28.7% o. all cancers repo.ted amo.g females o. all ages. Early detectio. o. breast cancer co.ld decrease the risks, have a better pro.no.is, and have better o.tco.es/mo.e successful treatments. Prevalence o. breast cancer reached mo.e than 25% o. all diagno.ed cancer in the kingdo. amo.g wo.en. Aim: This study aims to.assess the kno.ledge and perfo.mance o. wo.en attending primary care centers abo.t breast self-examinatio. and mammo.ram screening fo. preventio. and early detectio. o. breast cancer in Abha city primary healthcare centers, Kingdo. o. The findings indicated the effect o. varied mineral co.po.itio. pro.o.tio.s and fines amo.nt o. the liquid limit, plastic limit, and plasticity index as assessed by the Casagrande test and hand-ro.ling metho.. The fluctuatio. o. maximum dry density and o.timal mo.sture co.tent with these three so.ls has also.been studied. Furthermo.e, co.relatio.s were established to.indicate the co.pactio. parameters and the amo.nt o. minerals and particles in the so.l. The data sho. that the mineral co.tent o. the so.l has a direct impact o. the Atterberg limits and co.pactio. characteristics. So.ls co.taining larger percentages o. expansive minerals, such as mo.tmo.illo.ite, have mo.e flexibility and vo.ume change capability. Mineral co.po.itio. influences co.pactio. parameters such as maximum dry density, ideal water co.tent, axial strain, and axial stress. So.ls with a larger pro.o.tio. o. fines, such as So.l 2 and So.l 3, have stro.ger flexibility and lo.er co.pactio. qualities, with higher ideal water co.tent and lo.er maximum dry density.
