With the rapid growth of internet usage,a new situation has been created that enables practicing *** has increased over the past decade,and it has the same adverse effects as face-to-face bullying,like anger,sadness,anxiety,and *** the anonymity people get on the internet,they tend to bemore aggressive and express their emotions freely without considering the effects,which can be a reason for the increase in cyberbullying and it is the main motive behind the current *** study presents a thorough background of cyberbullying and the techniques used to collect,preprocess,and analyze the ***,a comprehensive review of the literature has been conducted to figure out research gaps and effective techniques and practices in cyberbullying detection in various languages,and it was deduced that there is significant room for improvement in the Arabic *** a result,the current study focuses on the investigation of shortlisted machine learning algorithms in natural language processing(NLP)for the classification of Arabic datasets duly collected from Twitter(also known as X).In this regard,support vector machine(SVM),Naive Bayes(NB),Random Forest(RF),Logistic regression(LR),Bootstrap aggregating(Bagging),Gradient Boosting(GBoost),Light Gradient Boosting Machine(LightGBM),Adaptive Boosting(AdaBoost),and eXtreme Gradient Boosting(XGBoost)were shortlisted and investigated due to their effectiveness in the similar ***,the scheme was evaluated by well-known performance measures like accuracy,precision,Recall,and ***,XGBoost exhibited the best performance with 89.95%accuracy,which is promising compared to the state-of-the-art.

The article describes a new method for malware classification, based on a Machine Learning (ML) model architecture specifically designed for malware detection, enabling real-time and accurate malware identification. Using an innovative feature dimensionality reduction technique called the Interpolation-based Feature Dimensionality Reduction Technique (IFDRT), the authors have significantly reduced the feature space while retaining critical information necessary for malware classification. This technique optimizes the model’s performance and reduces computational requirements. The proposed method is demonstrated by applying it to the BODMAS malware dataset, which contains 57,293 malware samples and 77,142 benign samples, each with a 2381-feature vector. Through the IFDRT method, the dataset is transformed, reducing the number of features while maintaining essential data for accurate classification. The evaluation results show outstanding performance, with an F1 score of 0.984 and a high accuracy of 98.5% using only two reduced features. This demonstrates the method’s ability to classify malware samples accurately while minimizing processing time. The method allows for improving computational efficiency by reducing the feature space, which decreases the memory and time requirements for training and prediction. The new method’s effectiveness is confirmed by the calculations, which indicate significant improvements in malware classification accuracy and efficiency. The research results enhance existing malware detection techniques and can be applied in various cybersecurity applications, including real-time malware detection on resource-constrained devices. Novelty and scientific contribution lie in the development of the IFDRT method, which provides a robust and efficient solution for feature reduction in ML-based malware classification, paving the way for more effective and scalable cybersecurity measures. Pattern of Eye Diseases among Tea Workers

Background: Bangladesh’s tea industry is essential to the country’s economic expansion. Since tea workers in Bangladesh are marginalized within our community, they have limited access to comprehensive eye care services. Productivity and well-being are cornerstones of comprehensive health care strategy. Ocular disorders are influenced by life expectancy, sociodemographic status, and the epidemiological transition. In this context, the state of ocular health and the many eye illnesses remain to be significantly addressed. Purpose: To evaluate the pattern of eye diseases among tea workers in a tea estate of Bangladesh. Methods: This cross-sectional observational study was carried out in Halda Valley Tea Estate, Nazirhat, Fatickchari, Chattogram, Bangladesh, under the supervision of the Department of Community Ophthalmology, BSMMU, following ethical clearance and approval by the IRB board of BSMMU. With informed written consent and approval from the authority of the tea estate, a total of 110 tea workers were recruited. Socio-demographic characteristics, ocular findings, and patterns of eye diseases were determined and recorded. Results: The mean age of the study participants was 39.60 ± 11.63 years. The maximum (58.1%) study participants were 31 - 50 years old, female (64.5%), illiterate (82.7%), and tribal (71.8%) indigenes. Eye diseases were found in 94.5% of workers. Presbyopia (28.2%), cataracts (27.3%), and refractive error (26.4%) were the most common. Tea workers with eye diseases were significantly older than those who did not have any eye diseases (40.20 ± 11.57 vs. 29.17 ± 7.31 years, p Conclusion: A significant number of tea workers had eye diseases, of which presbyopia, cataracts, and refractive error were the most common.

Herein,conductivity measurements have been carried out to explore the interaction between cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB,a cationic surfactant) and antibiotic drug(cefixime trihydrate(CMT)) in water and also in occurrence of inorganic salts(NaCl,Na2 SO4 and Na3 PO4) over the temperature range of 303.15-323.15 K with an interval of 5 *** all cases,two critical micelle concentrations(c^*) were achieved for the CMT-surfactant *** of CMT drug to CTAB solution decreases the values of c^* which indicates the interaction between CMT and *** values of c^* for CMT-CTAB mixture in the presence of salts are lower in magnitude compared to the aqueous medium which indicates that micellization of the CMT-CTAB mixed system is favorable in salt *** values of △Gm^0 were obtained to be negative indicating the spontaneity of the micellization process and the extent of spontaneity further increases by means of rising *** obtained outcomes from the ΔHm^0 and ΔSm^0 values disclose that the interactions between CMT and CTAB are mostly electrostatic along with hydrophobic in *** thermodynamic parameters of transfer and enthalpy-entropy compensation phenomenon were also determined and discussed in detail.
