Oil production estimation plays a critical role in economic plans for local governments and ***,many studies applied different Artificial Intelligence(AI)based meth-ods to estimate oil production in different *** Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System(ANFIS)is a well-known model that has been successfully employed in various applica-tions,including time-series ***,the ANFIS model faces critical shortcomings in its parameters during the configuration *** this point,this paper works to solve the drawbacks of the ANFIS by optimizing ANFIS parameters using a modified Aquila Optimizer(AO)with the Opposition-Based Learning(OBL)*** main idea of the developed model,AOOBL-ANFIS,is to enhance the search process of the AO and use the AOOBL to boost the performance of the *** proposed model is evaluated using real-world oil produc-tion datasets collected from different oilfields using several performance metrics,including Root Mean Square Error(RMSE),Mean Absolute Error(MAE),coefficient of determination(R2),Standard Deviation(Std),and computational ***,the AOOBL-ANFIS model is compared to several modified ANFIS models include Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)-ANFIS,Grey Wolf Optimizer(GWO)-ANFIS,Sine Cosine Algorithm(SCA)-ANFIS,Slime Mold Algorithm(SMA)-ANFIS,and Genetic Algorithm(GA)-ANFIS,***,it is compared to well-known time series forecasting methods,namely,Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average(ARIMA),Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM),Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average(SARIMA),and Neural Network(NN).The outcomes verified the high performance of the AOOBL-ANFIS,which outperformed the classic ANFIS model and the compared models.

Green Synthesis of Silver Nanoparticles and Their Reduced Graphene Oxide Nanocomposites as Antibacterial Agents:A Bio-inspired Approach

In this paper, silver nanoparticles （AgNPs） and AgNPs/reduced graphene oxide （RGO） nanocomposites were prepared using lemon juice under microwave irradiation （MWI） and UV light irradiation. AgNPs with face-centered cubic structure RGO peaks were observed by X-ray diffraction. The UV-Vis spectrum showed modifications in the absorption peaks of the AgNPs with the concentration of the precursor solution and irradiation time, and the optimized condition was obtained for 20 min MWI and 60 s of UV light. Raman analysis confirmed the presence of RGO as D and G bands in the spectrum. Transmission electron microscopy analyses confirmed that the AgNPs of size ranging from 3 to 8 nm were anchored onto the RGO sheets. The antibacterial properties of the AgNPs/RGO nanocomposites were investigated using gram-negative bacteria. The results revealed that AgNPs/RGO nanocomposites consisting of approximately 5 wt% AgNPs can achieve antibacterial performance similar to that of neat AgNPS. This method can be useful for the applications of AgNPs-based nanocomposites, where minute amount of silver will be utilized.

The present study aims to clarify the protective effect of supplementation with some antioxidants,such as idebenone(200 mg/kg,ip),melatonin(10 mg/kg,ip) and arginine(200 mg/kg,ip) and their combination,on liver function(***,albumin,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase),energetic parameters(adenosine triphosphate,adenosine diphosphate,adenosine monophosphate,inorganic phosphate,total adenylate,adenylate energy charge and potential phosphate).The effect on glycolytic and glycogenolytic enzymes(glucose,glycogen,glycogen phosphorylase,pyruvate kinase and phosphofructokinase against hypoxia) was also *** drugs were administered 24 and 1 h prior sodium nitrite *** biochemical parameters were estimated 1 h after sodium nitrite *** of sodium nitrite(75 mg/kg,sc) produced a significant disturbance in all biochemical parameters of liver function,energetic parameters and glycolytic and glycogenolytic *** damage was confirmed by histopathological examination of the liver as compared to *** marked changes in hepatic cells induced by sodium nitrite were completely abolished by pretreatment with the drug combination,suggesting potential protection against sodium nitrite-induced *** could be concluded that a combination of both idebenone and melatonin or idebenone and arginine provides potential protection against sodium nitrite-induced hypoxia by improving biochemical parameters and preserving liver histology.

In this new information era,the transfer of data and information has become a very important *** data must be kept secured from unauthorized persons using *** science of cryptography depends not only on complex mathematical models but also on encryption *** acid encryption is a promising model for data *** this paper,we propose an amino acid encryption model with two encryption *** first key is generated randomly using the genetic *** second key is called the protein key which is generated from converting DNA to a protein ***,the protein message and the first key are used in the modified Playfair matrix to generate the cypher *** experimental results show that the proposed model survives against known attacks such as the Brute-force attack and the Ciphertext-only *** addition,the proposed model has been tested over different types of characters including white spaces and special characters,as all the data is encoded to 8-bit *** performance of the proposed model is compared with other models using encryption time and decryption *** model also balances all three principles in the CIA triad.

AIM： To assess the objective and subjective results of a two-stage procedure for management of keratoconus： clear lensectomy with aspherical intraocular lens（IOL） implantation followed by wave front-guided photorefractive keratotomy（WFG-PRK）.METHODS： This prospective interventional non-randomized study included patients aged 35 years old or more with grade I and II stable keratoconus, a clear visual axis, minimal corneal thickness（MCT） 420 μm or more and average keratometric reading（K） less than 54 diopter（D）. Refraction of all selected eyes should be-8.00 D sphere or more with less than-6.00 D cylinder and could be corrected two lines or more with spectacles or contact lenses. All studied eyes underwent a two-stage approach treatment： first refractive lens exchange and aspherical IOL implantation followed, after at least 3 mo, by WFGPRK. Pre and postoperative complete ophthalmological examination were performed. Topographical, visual and aberrometric results were recorded and evaluated during 6 mo follow up period. Moreover, patient satisfaction and other subjective outcomes were also ***： The 13 eyes of 11 patients diagnosed with stable keratoconus and aged from 39 to 49 y（42.4±6.2 y） were enrolled in the study. At baseline, 8 eyes had grade I and 5 eyes had grade II keratoconus. The manifest sphere was-10.3±4.2 D（ranged from-8.0 to-14.0 D） and the manifest cylinder was-4.2±1.2 D（ranged from-1.75 to-5.50 D）. After the two-stage procedure, sphere and cylinder reduced significantly to-0.43±0.22 D and-1.3±0.72 D respectively（P〈0.001）. There was also a highly significant improvement in the mean uncorrected distance visual acuity（UDVA） from logMAR 1.41±0.49 preoperatively to 0.51±0.16 postoperatively（P〈0.001） and the mean corrected distance visual acuity（CDVA） from 0.76±0.24 preoperatively to 0.49±0.13 after the operation（P〈0.001）. Objective:To determine the clinical implication of and intestinal carriage with methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) and extended spectrumβ-lactamase(ESBL)-producing ***: A total of 180 stool specimens were screened for MRSA and ESBL-producing *** of ESBL- producing Enterobacteriacae was done by MicroScan Walk Away 96 system(Dade Behring Inc.,West Sacramento,CA 95691,USA ) and confirmation by double-disc synergy *** was identified by disc diffusion using 30μg cefoxitin disc and the ***:The rate of fecal MRSA carriage was 7.8% (14/180),35.7%(5 /14) were recovered from surgical *** patients(21,4%) had MRSA recovered from other body sites,and 2(14.2%) had in addition ESBL -producing Escherichia coli(***) and Klebsiella pneumoniae(***) ***(28.5%) patients with MRSA fical carriage died. MRSA fecal carriage was recovered from both inpatients and ***(2.2%) cases carried ESBL-producing Enterobacteriacae in ***(75%) were from intensive care unit(ICU).One patient had both ESBL-producing *** and *** from stool as well as *** from tracheal *** ICU patients with fecal ESBL ***:Fecal screening for MRSA and ESBL of all patients at high risk admitted to different hospital wards and ICUs and implementing infection control measures were recommended.

Pentacam changes in primary angle-closure glaucoma after different lines of treatment

AIM: To assess the changes in the anterior chamber parameters using Pentacam following four different lines of treatment of primary angle-closure glaucoma(PACG).METHODS: A retrospective comparative study included 126 patients(126 eye) presented within 24-48 h after acute angle-closure glaucoma(AACG). Patients were divided into 2 groups: group A(68 eyes) with controlled intraocular pressure(IOP) ≤21 mm Hg, which included subgroup A1(34 eyes) with clear lens underwent Nd:YAG laser peripheral iridotomy(LPI) and subgroup A2(34 eyes) with cataract underwent standard phacoemulsification;and group B(58 eyes) with uncontrolled IOP, which included subgroup B1(30 eyes) with clear lens underwent trabeculectomy and subgroup B2(28 eyes) with cataract underwent combined phacoemulsification and trabeculectomy. Patients were fol owed up for at least 3 mo. Primary outcomes were Pentacam anterior segment measurements [anterior chamber angle(ACA) and depth(ACD)]. Secondary outcomes were changes in IOP, visual acuity(VA) and recorded complications. RESULTS: At the 3^(rd)month, there was significant increase in the ACA values in all studied groups compared to preoperative values(P<0.001). The highest percent of increase in ACA was recorded in phacotrabeculectomy group B2(128.40%). There was significant increase in ACD values at 3^(rd)month compared with baseline values(P<0.001) for groups A1, A2, and B2;without change in B1 trabeculectomy group. The maximum deepening of ACD was noticed in group B2 with 94.27% increase. Significantdecrease in postoperative IOP in groups A2, B1 and B2(P<0.001, P=0.014, and P<0.001 respectively). In group A1 there was significant increase in 3^(rd)month postoperative IOP from baseline values(P<0.001). The maximum decrease in IOP was noticed in group B2 with 59.54% decrease. There is a well-known relationship between malignancy and impairment of kidney functions,either in the form of acute kidney injury or chronic kidney *** the former,however,bilateral malignant ureteral obstruction is a surgically correctable factor of this complex *** warrants urgent drainage of the kidneys in emergency ***,there are multiple controversies and debates about the optimal mode of drainage of the bilaterally obstructed kidneys in these *** review addressed most of the concerns and provided a comprehensive presentation of this topic from the recent ***,we provided different perspectives on the management of the bilateral obstructed kidneys due to *** the frequent trials for improving the success rates and functions of ureteral stents,placement of a percutaneous nephrostomy tube remains the most recommended tool of drainage due to bilateral ureteral obstruction,especially in patients with advanced ***,the disturbance of the quality of life of those patients remains a major unresolved *** the unfavorable prognostic potential of the underlying malignancy and the various risk stratification models that have been proposed,the response of the kidney to initial drainage can be anticipated and evaluated by multiple renal prognostic factors,including increased urine output,serum creatinine trajectory,and time-to-nadir serum creatinine after drainage.

From the beginning,the process of research and its publication is an ever-growing phenomenon and with the emergence of web technologies,its growth rate is *** a rough estimate,more than thirty thousand research journals have been issuing around four million papers annually on *** engines,indexing services,and digital libraries have been searching for such publications over the ***,getting the most relevant articles against the user requests is yet a *** is mainly because the articles are not appropriately indexed based on the hierarchies of granular subject *** overcome this issue,researchers are striving to investigate new techniques for the classification of the research articles especially,when the complete article text is not available(a case of nonopen access articles).The proposed study aims to investigate the multilabel classification over the available metadata in the best possible way and to assess,“to what extent metadata-based features can perform in contrast to content-based approaches.”In this regard,novel techniques for investigating multilabel classification have been proposed,developed,and evaluated on metadata such as the Title and Keywords of the *** proposed technique has been assessed for two diverse datasets,namely,from the Journal of universal computer science(***)and the benchmark dataset comprises of the articles published by the Association for computing machinery(ACM).The proposed technique yields encouraging results in contrast to the state-ofthe-art techniques in the literature.
