The multiple lump solutions method is employed for the purpose of obtaining multiple soliton solutions for the generalized Bogoyavlensky-Konopelchenko(BK)*** solutions obtained contain first-order,second-order,and third-order wave *** the critical point,the second-order derivative and Hessian matrix for only one point is investigated,and the lump solution has one maximum ***’s semi-inverse variational principle(SIVP)is also used for the generalized BK *** major cases are studied,based on two different ansatzes using the *** physical phenomena of the multiple soliton solutions thus obtained are then analyzed and demonstrated in the figures below,using a selection of suitable parameter *** method should prove extremely useful for further studies of attractive physical phenomena in the fields of heat transfer,fluid dynamics,etc.

Violence is an inherited phenomenon, a social phenomenon of concern, and violence is a complex social phenomenon that is not based on one factor and is not the result of one. It is the result of a combination of factors and causes because it is an individual and social phenomenon. In the context of the humanitarian nature that makes this behavior fake that will satisfy the requirements and needs or achieve the goals but we find that the reality is the opposite when we use force, methods, and violence in social relations under any justification, it is customary and violation of social norms, defined violence as ＂any behavior expressed Any reaction intended to inflict harm, self or otherwise, self-destruction or other property of pain. It is important to note that the phenomenon of violence is a global social phenomenon that is not limited to Arab society. Violence is also prevalent in other societies of the world. Violence causes a rupture in our Arab society, and therefore we are called upon to fight it. In recent years, violence has increased among young people in Arab society in particular.＂

Mutations in the WFS1 gene have been reported in Wolfram syndrome (WFS), a rare and autosomal recessive disorder defined by early onset of diabetes mellitus and progressive optic and hearing impairment. Only few data are available concerning the association between clinical and molecular aspects of the WFS. We present a consanguineous family with a patient presenting an early onset of WFS and severe manifestations. Sequencing of WFS1 gene was performed for all the family members to search for responsible mutation and bioinformatics tools were conducted to predict its effect on structure and function of the protein. We have detected a novel frameshift mutation in the proband at homozygous state and at the heterozygous state in the parents who have no WFS manifestations. In silico analysis predicted the pathogenicity of the mutation and could lead to a complete loss of its function. Thus, 3D modeling showed that the mutation abolishes the interaction of the CaM binding region to the N-terminal of WFS1 and then impairs the WFS1-CaM complex formation. Genotype-phenotype correlation study shows that the novel mutation predisposes to early onset of diabetes and severe symptoms observed in the proband. We also report the effect of the frameshift mutation on the CaM-WFS1 impaired binding, and we discuss its possible consequence in pancreatic β-cells dysfunction and its role in the early onset of diabetes. Background Pituitary apoplexy(PA)is defined as the hemorrhage or the infraction of a pituitary *** to determine the epidemiological,clinical,paraclinical characteristics as well as management and outcomes of PA in our population,we conducted this cross-sectional *** This cross-sectional study was conducted at the Department of Endocrinology of Hedi chaker university hospital,*** was collected from medical charts of patients with pituitary apoplexy admitted in our department between 2000 and *** We included 44 patients with *** mean age was 50±12.6 *** them,31.8%had a known pituitary adenoma,and it was in all cases a macroadenoma,predominantly a prolactin secreting tumor(42.8%).A triggering factor of PA was encountered in 31.8%of cases and it was mainly:head trauma,dopamine antagonists,and *** clinical presentation of PA encompassed headaches(84.1%),visual disturbances(75%),and neurological signs(40.9%).Gonadotropin deficiency was the most frequent form of hypopituitarism noted(59.1%),followed by corticotropin deficiency(52.3%),thyrotropin deficiency(47.7%),and somatotropin deficiency(2.3%).Hormonal assessment at PA onset,concluded that 23 had a secreting adenoma:18 prolactinomas,3 ACTH-secreting adenomas,and 2 GH-secreting *** the 21 remaining cases,the tumor was non-functioning(47.7%).Pituitary MRI was performed in 42 cases(95.5%),revealing infraction and or hemorrhage in the pituitary gland in 33 cases;a heterogenous signal or a fluid level within the adenoma,in nine *** administration of intra venous hydrocortisone was required in 19 *** administration was mandatory in a patient who had severe intracranial *** management of the PA was imperative in 24 patients(54.5%):15 suffered from severe visual impairment,4 had an intracranial hypertension,2 cases demonstrated an impaired consciousness,2 patients experienced a tumor enlargement and one case had a severe

This study was conducted to investigate the properties of Pr3+-Dy3+doped Zn2Y-type hexaferrite for potential technological applications.X-ray diffraction（XRD）,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy（FTIR） and field-emission scanning electron microscopy（FESEM） were used to analyze structural *** crystallite size in the synthesized samples varies between 57.54 and 68.57 *** vibrational bands at 400 and 600 cm-1,common to all hexaferrites,were confirmed through *** FESEM analysis reveals an agglomeration of magnetic grains and a decrease in the average grain size from 1.24 to1.06 μ*** M-H loops show that,with x values of 0.0,0.1,and 0.2,the saturation magnetization is determined to be 34.76,34.23,and 32.52 emu/g,*** corresponding coercivity values are21.24,30.39,and 33.99 ***-visible spectroscopy using Tauc theory reveals an increase in the optical band gap from 2.32 to 2.50 eV,indicating a tunable energy band structure by incorporating Pr3+-Dy3+*** dielectric constant increases,whereas AC conductivity decreases with increased Pr3+-Dy3+*** obtained results suggest the potential suitability of these materials for various technological applications.

The objective of this study is to propose an optimal plant design for blue hydrogen production aboard a liquefiednatural gas(LNG)*** investigation focuses on integrating two distinct processes—steam methanereforming(SMR)and ship-based carbon capture(SBCC).The first refers to the common practice used to obtainhydrogen from methane(often derived from natural gas),where steam reacts with methane to produce hydrogenand carbon dioxide(CO_(2)).The second refers to capturing the CO_(2) generated during the SMR process on *** capturing and storing the carbon emissions,the process significantly reduces its environmental impact,making the hydrogen production“blue,”as opposed to“grey”(which involves CO_(2) emissions without capture).For the SMR process,the analysis reveals that increasing the reformer temperature enhances both the processperformance and CO_(2) ***,a higher steam-to-carbon(s/c)ratio reduces hydrogen yield,therebydecreasing thermal *** study also shows that preheating the air and boil-off gas(BOG)before theyenter the combustion chamber boosts overall efficiency and curtails CO_(2) *** the SBCC process,puremonoethanolamine(MEA)is employed to capture the CO_(2) generated by the exhaust gases from the SMR *** results indicate that with a 90%CO_(2) capture rate,the associated heat consumption amounts to 4.6 MJ perkilogram of CO_(2) *** combined approach offers a viable pathway to produce blue hydrogen on LNGcarriers while significantly reducing the carbon footprint.

The rapid growth of digital data necessitates advanced natural language processing(NLP)models like BERT(Bidi-rectional Encoder Representations from Transformers),known for its superior performance in text ***,BERT’s size and computational demands limit its practicality,especially in resource-constrained *** research compresses the BERT base model for Bengali emotion classification through knowledge distillation(KD),pruning,and quantization *** Bengali being the sixth most spoken language globally,NLP research in this area is *** approach addresses this gap by creating an efficient BERT-based model for Bengali *** have explored 20 combinations for KD,quantization,and pruning,resulting in improved speedup,fewer parameters,and reduced memory *** best results demonstrate significant improvements in both speed and *** instance,in the case of mBERT,we achieved a 3.87×speedup and 4×compression ratio with a combination of Distil+Prune+Quant that reduced parameters from 178 to 46 M,while the memory size decreased from 711 to 178 *** results offer scalable solutions for NLP tasks in various languages and advance the field of model compression,making these models suitable for real-world applications in resource-limited environments.

串列双方柱的干扰效应受方柱气动外形的影响显著,方柱角部形状的变化将导致周边流场的改变,进而影响上、下游方柱的气动性能,串列双方柱的风荷载干扰效应相关影响及机理还有待进一步研究。本文采用基于空间平均的大涡模拟方法,以亚临界间距比和超临界间距比的串列方柱为对象,分别对上、下游方柱考虑有、无切角(切角率均为10%)两种情况,研究两类典型间距比下不同切角措施对串列方柱风荷载的影响及其机理。将标准串列方柱风压系数与风洞试验结果对比,验证本文模拟方法及参数设置的有效性;从气动力系数统计值及自谱、平均和脉动风压系数分布等角度,对比分析了两种典型间距比下不同切角措施对串列双方柱气动性能的影响,着重从时均和瞬态流场角度进行机理分析。结果表明,两种典型间距比下,不同位置的切角措施均会影响方柱周围流动分离,从而引起流态变化,其中上、下游方柱均采取切角措施,可以更有效地减弱方柱的平均和脉动风荷载。
