Laser Wakefield is produced by ultra-high intensity laser pulse interacting with underdense plasma with special conditions for the laser wavelength and plasma density. In this mechanism, nonlinear forces appear due to the very high amplitudes of the electromagnetic wave and these forces evacuate plasma electrons from the path of the laser pulse leading to very high electron plasma density gradients. Due to the electrostatic forces which result from these density perturbations, the electrons move very fast in oscillatory manner to restore neutrality creating a wake of electron density perturbations behind the laser pulse. Detailed investigation has been dealt with the time-delay between the driver laser pulse and the probe pulse which can affect the production of high plasma gradients needed for photon acceleration process.

Many individuals with autism spectrum disorder(ASD)experience delays in the development of social and communications skills,which can limit their opportunities in higher education and employment resulting in an overall negative impact to their quality of life.This systematic review identiﬁes 15 studies that explored the effectiveness of Video-Based Interventions(VBIs)for those with ASD during the critical years of adolescence and young adulthood.The 15 studies described herein found this to be an effective intervention for this population for the improvement of their vocational,daily living,and academic skills.In addition,VBIs allow for the maintenance and generalization of the different target behaviors that were examined.The majority of the studies located by this review also investigated the social validity of the intervention method with participants and caregivers and found these VBIs to have high social validity.Although a few studies that implemented VBIs to improve academic skills were located,the research on their use in this area was found to be lacking,indicating a gap in the research on VBIs.Increased usage of VBIs—including video modeling and video prompting—with the target population of those aged 15–28 with ASD is recommended with speciﬁc attention given to the use of VBIs to improve the academic and social skills of adolescents and young adults with ASD.

Wireless sensor network (WSN) has been widely used due to its vastrange of applications. The energy problem is one of the important problems influencingthe complete application. Sensor nodes use very small batteries as a powersource and replacing them is not an easy task. With this restriction, the sensornodes must conserve their energy and extend the network lifetime as long as possible.Also, these limits motivate much of the research to suggest solutions in alllayers of the protocol stack to save energy. So, energy management efficiencybecomes a key requirement in WSN design. The efficiency of these networks ishighly dependent on routing protocols directly affecting the network lifetime.Clustering is one of the most popular techniques preferred in routing operations.In this work we propose a novel energy-efficient protocol for WSN based on a batalgorithm called ECO-BAT (Energy Consumption Optimization with BAT algorithmfor WSN) to prolong the network lifetime. We use an objective function thatgenerates an optimal number of sensor clusters with cluster heads (CH) to minimizeenergy consumption. The performance of the proposed approach is comparedwith Low-Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy (LEACH) and EnergyEfficient cluster formation in wireless sensor networks based on the Multi-Objective Bat algorithm (EEMOB) protocols. The results obtained are interestingin terms of energy-saving and prolongation of the network lifetime.

威廉·华兹华斯(1770-1850)是英国最著名的浪漫主义诗人之一,也是文艺复兴运动以来最重要的诗人之一。他被称为“自然的追求者”,并于1843年当上桂冠诗人。其诗歌理论动摇了英国古典主义诗学的统治,有力地推动了英国诗歌的革新和浪漫主义运动的发展。他的诗歌真实地再现了父权制的二元等级观念对女性和自然的压迫,展现了十八世纪女性艰难的生存境遇,以及工业革命背景下被排挤的大自然的景象。然而,很少有国内外学者将自然、女性和隐喻三者贯通起来。其实,自然在华兹华斯的诗学中贯穿始终,女性是他大量诗歌的描写对象,而隐喻又是诗歌的基本的和重要的元素,被广泛应用于诗歌等文学作品中。因此,本文将自然、女性和隐喻结合起来,以生态女性主义为理论关照,以华兹华斯八首代表诗作为研究范例,包括“露西组诗”(Lucy Poems)(1798-1801)中的五首诗,“我像一朵流云独自漫游”(I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud)(1804),“孤独的割麦女”(The Solitary Reaper)(1807),以及“世界于我们太过纷杂”(The World is Too Much With Us)(1807)。总之,本文从生态女性主义的角度重新解读威廉·华兹华斯诗歌中的隐喻,并在分析过程中识别了其诗选中使用的概念隐喻的类型,发现了诗中隐喻体现出的生态失衡,社会不公对女性造成的损害,批判了以人类中心主义与男性中心主义为基础的统治逻辑和压迫制度,进一步探讨华兹华斯对于人与自然、男性与女性的和谐共处的追求,以期为推动妇女解放和环境保护做出有益的贡献。同时,本研究也揭示了华兹华斯作为一名男性诗人,其生态女性主义思想中暗含的男性中心主义的思想。

EMU-Net: Automatic Brain Tumor Segmentation and Classification Using Efficient Modified U-Net

Tumor segmentation is a valuable tool for gaining insights into tumors and improving treatment outcomes.Manual segmentation is crucial but time-consuming.Deep learning methods have emerged as key players in automating brain tumor segmentation.In this paper,we propose an efficient modified U-Net architecture,called EMU-Net,which is applied to the BraTS 2020 dataset.Our approach is organized into two distinct phases:classification and segmentation.In this study,our proposed approach encompasses the utilization of the gray-level co-occurrence matrix(GLCM)as the feature extraction algorithm,convolutional neural networks(CNNs)as the classification algorithm,and the chi-square method for feature selection.Through simulation results,the chi-square method for feature selection successfully identifies and selects four GLCM features.By utilizing the modified U-Net architecture,we achieve precise segmentation of tumor images into three distinct regions:the whole tumor(WT),tumor core(TC),and enhanced tumor(ET).The proposed method consists of two important elements:an encoder component responsible for down-sampling and a decoder component responsible for up-sampling.These components are based on a modified U-Net architecture and are connected by a bridge section.Our proposed CNN architecture achieves superior classification accuracy compared to existing methods,reaching up to 99.65%.Additionally,our suggested technique yields impressive Dice scores of 0.8927,0.9405,and 0.8487 for the tumor core,whole tumor,and enhanced tumor,respectively.Ultimately,the method presented demonstrates a higher level of trustworthiness and accuracy compared to existing methods.The promising accuracy of the EMU-Net study encourages further testing and evaluation in terms of extrapolation and generalization.

Cyber Threat Intelligence(CTI)has gained massive attention to collect hidden knowledge for a better understanding of the various cyber-attacks and eventually paving the way for predicting the future of such attacks.The information exchange and collaborative sharing through different platforms have a significant contribution towards a global solution.While CTI and the information exchange can help a lot in focusing and prioritizing on the use of the large volume of complex information among different organizations,there exists a great challenge ineffective processing of large count of different Indicators of Threat(IoT)which appear regularly,and that can be solved only through a collaborative approach.Collaborative approach and intelligence sharing have become the mandatory element in the entire world of processing the threats.In order to covet the complete needs of having a definite standard of information exchange,various initiatives have been taken in means of threat information sharing platforms like MISP and formats such as SITX.This paper proposes a scoring model to address information decay,which is shared within TISP.The scoring model is implemented,taking the use case of detecting the Threat Indicators in a phishing data network.The proposed method calculates the rate of decay of an attribute through which the early entries are removed.

萨那老城位于也门首都萨那东部、是一座有着悠久历史的名城。该城已经有2500年的历史,在萨巴王国时期,萨那作为高地贸易路线的控制点之一。到了希米里德王国时期,萨那成为第二首都和王室所在地,并建造了著名的古都宫。此外,在伊斯兰教传播的7世纪,萨那老城成为一个重要的中心,并在此时期建造了典型的伊斯兰教建筑。而在1918年,土耳其军队撤出也门后,叶海亚伊玛目建立了穆塔瓦基利亚王国,萨那老城也由于长时间与外界隔绝,许多传统建筑得以保存至今。1962年,也门共和国的成立标志着其实施对外开放政策,并带来了迅速的经济发展。然而,随着萨那市人口迅速增长,周边地区的居民涌入萨那市区,导致城市无序扩张,基础设施的落后也成为了主要问题。同时,萨那老城区内许多传统民居和老建筑因缺乏维护而日益破败。为了保护萨那老城,联合国教科文组织于20世纪80年代发起了保护行动,向也门政府提供大量资金和技术援助。在大量保护和修复工作的努力下,萨那老城于1986年被联合国教科文组织确定为世界遗产。本文主要分为五部分。第一部分介绍萨那老城的地理环境,叙述了萨那老城从萨巴王朝到也门共和国时期该历史长河中的重要地位。第二部分详细介绍了作为世界文化遗产的萨那老城的特点,萨那城内现保留的主要建筑有清真寺、住宅等,这里重点介绍了当地传统住宅的建筑特点。第三部分介绍了萨那老城从1900年到2022年的保护历程,并根据各时期不同的保护特点总结划分成了四个阶段。第四部分介绍了萨那老城保护行动,首先分析了保护体系与规划结构的问题,随后对保护对象进行了介绍,特别强调了萨那老城对老城保护的指导作用。最后一部分提出了我国世界遗产保护视角下的萨那老城保护的策略与建议。笔者对相关资料进行了广泛的搜集与整理,在此基础上,详细的介绍了萨那老城遗产保护的特点,并进一步论述了萨那老城在遗产保护保存方面面临的现实问题,最后提出相应的保护对策。期望通过以上研究,能够在一定程度上补充和完善目前国内对萨那老城保护相关问题的研究。

Ki-67 immunohistochemical expression in mandibular ameloblastoma: A prognostic indicator for local recurrence

Objective: This study used Ki-67 to evaluate the proliferative activity of ameloblastoma in an attempt to provide a scientific basis for any differences in the biologic behaviour that exists between the different types of ameloblastoma and correlate the results with the recurrence rate. Study design: We assessed Ki-67 expression by immunohistochemistry in 32 cases of mandibular ameloblastoma. Formalin-fixed, paraffinembedded blocks were sectioned and used for Haematoxylin & Eosin (H&E) staining. H&E slides were used to re-evaluate the histological types of the ameloblastoma. Immunohistochemical analysis for Ki-67 with a labelled streptavidin-biotin-peroxidase complex technique was performed on tumour sections using Monoclonal Mouse Anti-Human Ki-67 Antigen (clones MIB1, code M7240, Dako Corporation). Lymph nodes (lymphoma) were used as positive control for Ki-67. Results: The specimens comprised 18 cases of Follicular ameloblastoma, 7 cases of Cystic ameloblastoma, 4 cases of plexiform ameloblastoma, and 3 cases of Acanthotic ameloblastoma. The results showed that cellular proliferative activity varied within the ameloblastoma types. There was no statistically significant difference in the Ki-67 Acanthotic, cystic and follicular types of ameloblastoma, while plexiform type showed statistically significantly higher levels than the other 3 types. The mean Ki-67 labelling index of plexiform ameloblastoma ranged from 13 to 30 with a mean of 19.75. The mean values of Ki-67 were statistically significantly higher in recurrent than?non-recurrent cases. Conclusion: The significant expression of Ki-67 could provide useful prognostic markers for proliferative activity and good prognostic indicators for recurrence rate of mandibular ameloblastoma.

Flexible energy storage devices are essential for emerging flexible electronics. The existing state-of-the-art Li-ion batteries are slowly reaching their limitation in terms of cost and energy density. Hence, flexible Na-ion batteries (SIBs) with abundanee Na resources and Li-S batteries with high energy density become the alternative for the Li-ion batteries in future. This review summarizes the recent advances in the development of flexible electrode materials for SIBs with metallic matrix and carb on aceous matrix such as carb on nano-tubes, carbon nano-fiber, graphene, carbon cloth, carbon fiber cloth, and cotton textiles. Then, the potential prototype flexible full SIBs are discussed. Further, the recent progress in the development of flexible electrode materials for Li-S batteries based on carb on nano-fiber, carb on nano-tubes, graphene, and cotton textiles is reviewed. Moreover, the design strategies of suitable interlayer, separator, electrolyte, and electrodes to prevent the dissolution and shuttle effect of polysulfides in flexible Li-S batteries are provided. Finally some prospective investigation trends towards future research of flexible SIBs and Li-S batteries are also proposed and discussed. The scientific and engineering knowledge gained on flexible SIBs and Li-S batteries provides conceivable development for practical application in near future.
