背景抑郁症非药物治疗的疗效比较目前仍然不清楚。方法我们对一些系统性综述作了概述，回顾了随机对照试验（RCT），比较抑郁症非药物治疗的有效性和认知行为治疗（CBT）。对多个电子数据库在2016年2月之前发表的所有文献进行了检索，不限制语言。成对的评阅人进行资料纳入、数据提炼并评估偏倚的风险。在适用的时候进行了荟萃分析。结果我们收录了367项RCT，纳入了约2000名患者，进行了11种治疗，导出17项独立的头对头比较。通过标准化的量表评估，发现CBT、自然疗法、行为干预与躯体活动干预可以降低抑郁的严重程度。然而，这些非药物干预的相对疗效仍然缺乏。这些干预对临床缓解和复发的效果不清楚。CBT的发生率比抗抑郁药物更低。局限性由于证据缺乏一致性、证据不清或偏倚风险高，导致证据的质量只是低到中等，限制了我们研究结果的可信度。结论抑郁症的非药物治疗能减少抑郁症状，在轻度到重度抑郁症患者中，应当合并抗抑郁药物治疗，一同进行。对于非药物治疗的选择，应当根据患者的价值观、偏好、临床和社会因素来与患者共同作出决定。

Laser surface transformation hardening becomes one of the most modern processes used to improve fatigue and wear properties of steel surfaces. In this process, the material properties and the heating parameters are the factors that present the most significant effects on the hardened surface attributes. The control of these factors using predictive modeling approaches to achieve desired surface properties leads to conclusive results. However, when the dimensions of the surface to be treated are larger than the cross-section of the laser beam, various laser-scanning patterns are involved. This paper presents an experimental investigation of laser surface hardening of AISI 4340 steel using different laser scanning patterns. This investigation is based on a structured experimental design using the Taguchi method and improved statistical analysis tools. Experiments are carried out using a 3 kW Nd: YAG laser source in order to evaluate the effects of the heating parameters and patterns design parameters on the physical and geometrical characteristics of the hardened surface. Laser power, scanning speed and scanning patterns (linear, sinusoidal, triangular and trochoid) are the factors used to evaluate the hardened depth and the hardened width variations and to identify the possible relationship between these factors and the hardened zone attributes. Various statistical tools such as ANOVA, correlations analysis and response surfaces are applied in order to examine the effects of the experimental factors on the hardened surface characteristics. The results reveal that the scanning patterns do not modify the nature of the laser parameters’ effects on the hardened depth and the hardened width. But they can accentuate or reduce these effects depending on the type of the considered pattern. The results show also that the sinusoidal and the triangular patterns are relevant when a maximum hardened width with an acceptable hardened depth is desired.

Objective:To study the chemical profile,antimicrobial properties,and synergistic effect with known antibiotics of essential oil extracted from the marine red macroalgae Centroceras clavulatum(***)Montagne,collected in ***:The chemical composition of the oil was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass *** oil was evaluated for antibacterial(Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,Micrococcus luteus,Staphylococcus aureus,and Klebsiella pneumoniae),and antifungal activity(Candida albicans,Candida glabrata,Candida krusei,and Candida parapsilosis),by the disc diffusion *** minimum inhibitory and minimum microbicidal concentrations of the oil were determined,as well as the synergistic effects of its application combined with the antibiotics ciprofloxacin and fluconazole,by the checkerboard ***:Thirty molecules were identified in the essential oil,comprising 96.27%of the total oil *** such as carvacrol(36.06%)were the most abundant compounds,followed by caryophyllene(14.67%),endo-borneol(9.04%),pyroterebic acid(3.23%)and caryophyllene oxide(3.13%).The oil exhibited a moderate antimicrobial activity with inhibition zone diameters ranging from 9.0 to 15.0 *** minimum inhibitory concentration values varied between 0.9 and 14.7 mg/mL,and Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli were the more sensitive bacteria with 0.9 and 1.9 mg/mL,*** minimum microbicidal concentration values ranged from 0.4 to 14.7 mg/mL.A significant synergic action was observed when the oil was applied in combination with ciprofloxacin and fluconazole,with fractional inhibitory concentration index values ranging from 0.31 to *** was found in 80%of the combinations and a 2 to 16-fold reduction of antibiotics MIC was ***:Our findings suggest that the essential oil of Centroceras clavulatum should be further appraised for its potential use in the management of multi-drug resistant microo

In this paper we present a multi-optimization technique based on genetic algorithms to search optimal cuttings parameters such as cutting depth, feed rate and cutting speed of multi-pass turning processes. Tow objective functions are simultaneously optimized under a set of practical of machining constraints, the first objective function is cutting cost and the second one is the used tool life time. The proposed model deals multi-pass turning processes where the cutting operations are divided into multi-pass rough machining and finish machining. Results obtained from Genetic Algorithms method are presented in Pareto frontier graphic;this technique helps us in decision making process. An example is presented to illustrate the procedure of this technique.
