The purpose of this paper is to examine the current role of social media on entrepreneurial intention among theaccounting students in Penang. A survey was designed and disseminated to the accounting students where 233 validresponses were collected. Through structural equation modelling, the findings indicated that entrepreneurialintention was significantly influenced by social media. The findings of this study provided useful information forthe government to engage with other stakeholders and make use of the social media advantage to shape effectivecommunication strategies to support entrepreneurial intention for accounting students.

This paper aims to explore past researches that examine the relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and financial performance. The researcher intends to conduct researches that examine the relationship between CSR and financial performance in Iraq corporations. This paper highlights review of literatures from various countries that examine relationships between CSR with financial performance. This paper is based on secondary sources which are accumulated from many researches in Malaysia, Australia, UK, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Nigerian, and Jordan. The study uses information generated from literature reviewed from different researchers relating to the topic. This method was applied by collecting information from journals and online sources relating to the issue under consideration. Regression analysis documents significant evidence to support a positive relationship between CSR and financial performance. Evidence suggests that CSR leads to good financial performance in Iraq corporations. Findings based on the review revealed that researchers also showed that there was a significant positive relationship between CSR practice and financial performance in Iraq corporations. This study focuses on disclosures made in the corporate annual reports. This is because the annual report is the common document produced by companies on a regular basis and is widely used in prior studies related to CSR. The study provides some important insights for our understanding of CSR in developing economies and its effects on financial performance in the context of Iraq companies.

The head and neck region is a complex area composed of several dissimilar structures。Cancers in this region are treated with surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy or a combination of the three modalities。Due to the fact that there are increasing number of aged and dentate patients that are being treated for oral cancer and to the fact that patients are expecting more from the dental profession with respect to the quality of life which affects their eating, appearance and speech, we are faced with the challenge of providing dental rehabilitation and follow up for this group of patients。At King Hussein cancer Centre we have a head and neck cancer clinic that started in 2003, during the past five years we treated 502 head and neck cancer patients, both adults and paediatrics。These cancers included oral cavity, salivary tumors, sinuses, nasopharyngeal, mandibular and cancers of unknown origin。Many oral problems were encountered ranging from tumor recurrence, restricted mouth opening, radiation caries, xerostomia, osteoradionecrosis and others。Conclusion: It is mandatory to have a well trained dental oncologist among the head and neck team, for timely and proper dental treatment planning and follow up, as well as collaboration between the various medical specialities to ensure early referral to dental clinics。We also believe in the importance of educating these patients about the nature of their disease, complications and the difficulty and time consuming process of dental treatment in this disease。

In response to the global food crisis and the imperative to address soil degradation, the international agricultural policy is actively working to alleviate the adverse impacts of soil salinity. As part of this initiative, a field trial spanning two consecutive seasons (2019/20-2020/21) was conducted under saline conditions. The primary objective was to evaluate the influence of various compost sources, including vermicompost at a rate of 0.5 ton·fed-1 and plant residues compost at a rate of 5.0 ton·fed-1, as main plots. Subplots were established by applying agricultural gypsum, both in the presence and absence of gypsum requirements. Additionally, sub-subplots were created by externally applying cobalt at a rate of 10.0 mg·L-1, with one sub-subplot receiving foliar cobalt application and the other not. The trial sought to assess the growth performance, chemical composition, enzymatic antioxidants, yield, and quality of cabbage plants (Brassica oleracea var. capitata L.) cultivated in saline soil. According to the findings, cabbage plants exhibited the most favorable response in terms of plant height, chlorophyll content, carotene levels, leaf area, nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), head yield, vitamin C, and total dissolved solids (TDS) when treated with vermicompost, followed by plant compost. Conversely, plants grown without compost exhibited the least improvement in performance. Cabbage treated with agricultural gypsum requirements showed better performance than those without gypsum amendment. Moreover, plants subjected to cobalt spray demonstrated the highest growth, yield, and quality parameters compared to those without cobalt foliar application. In contrast, the control group (plants without the studied treatments) displayed the highest levels of enzymatic antioxidants, specifically catalase and peroxidase. This indicates that soil salinity stress led to an increase in catalase and peroxidase production in cabbage

目的:研究积雪草皂苷和曲安奈德单独及联合治疗兔耳模型瘢痕的疗效。方法:在20只新西兰兔的耳朵上造成增生性瘢痕,术后第28天开始治疗,新西兰兔分为4组,第1组使用病灶内曲安奈德(TAC)治疗,第2组使用积雪草皂苷治疗,第3组使用两者联合治疗,第4组为控制组。在术后第56天,处死所有新西兰兔,收集伤疤,并使用苏木精-伊红(HE)染色、马松三色染色和CD34免疫组织化学进行处理。结果:各组的ETI如下:组1、2和3,相比对照组,分别下降61.2%、21%和43.3%。SEI下降如下:组1、2和3,相比对照组,分别为40.3%、18.7%和33.3%。马松染色表明,各研究组胶原纤维减少;更细,更有规律。此外,CD34染色表明,各研究组微脉管形成也均减少,检测各组CD34阳性细胞,检测值如下:组1(10.00±7.04),组2(32.5±22.15),组3(20.67±15.83)和组4(43.83±23.95)。结论:TAC比积雪草皂苷和两种药物的联合效果更好,但是两种药物联合比单独使用各个药物表现出更好的胶原排列。
