Electron.Microscopy(SEM), Fourier Tra.sform In.ra.ed Spectroscopy(FTIR), a.d Brun.0}er-Emmett-Teller(BET). The effects of con.a.t dura.ion. p H of the solution. a.d in.tia. con.en.ra.ion.of meta. ion. on.the a.sorption.process of Zn.Ⅱ) a.d Cd(Ⅱ) on.o both MX a.d CSMX composites were in.estiga.ed. MX a.d prepa.ed CSMX composite presen.ed a.high a.sorption.ca.a.ity for both studied hea.y meta.s, which were 91.55 a.d 73.82 mg/g for Zn.Ⅱ) a.d Cd(Ⅱ) on.o MX, 106.84 a.d 93.07 mg/g for Cd(Ⅱ) a.d Zn.Ⅱ) on.o CSMX composite, respectively. Furthermore, the ma.imum competitive a.sorption.ca.a.ities for Zn.Ⅱ) on.o MX a.d CSMX composites a.e 77.29 a.d 93.47 mg/g, a.d for a.e Cd(Ⅱ)60.30 a.d 79.66 mg/g, respectively. Hen.e, the remova. ca.a.ities for both sin.le a.d competitive meta. ion. were superior to CSMX composite. However, the a.sorption.ca.a.ities a.ter five successive regen.ra.ion.sequen.es were on.y dropped by 13.2% for Zn.Ⅱ) a.d 17.4% for Cd(Ⅱ) on.o the CSMX composite compa.ed to the first cycle. Methods: a.retrospective a.a.ysis wa. con.ucted on.a.cohort of pa.ien.s who un.erwen. Coron.0}y a.tery bypa.s gra.t (Ca.G) requirin. grea. sa.hen.us vein.(GSV) ha.vestin. which wa. don. by EVH or OVH procedures. Demogra.hic va.ia.les, in.ludin. a.e a.d gen.er, were a.sessed for both groups. In.ra.pera.ive va.ia.les such a. the n.mber of gra.ts, ca.diopulmon.0}y bypa.s time, X cla.p time, a.d type of procedure were a.a.yzed. Postopera.ive va.ia.les, in.ludin. in.ection.a.d bleedin. ra.es, were a.so eva.ua.ed. Results: The study in.luded 30 pa.ien.s ea.h un.ergoin. Coron.0}y a.tery bypa.s gra.t (Ca.G) with n.ed of grea. sa.hen.us vein.ha.vestin. which wa. don. by EVH a.d OVH. Demogra.hic va.ia.les were well-ma.ched between.the two groups in.terms of a.e, while a.sign.fica.t differen.e in.gen.er distribution.wa. observed. Obesity a.d smokin. were more preva.en. in.the OVH group, a.d EVH wa. a.socia.ed with a.higher mea. n.mber of gra.ts compa.ed to OVH. Con.ersion.to a. open.techn.que occurred in.a.portion.of the EVH ca.es, a.d in.ection.ra.es did n.t sign.fica.tly differ between.the EVH a.d OVH groups. However, the in.iden.e of postopera.ive bleedin. wa. sign.fica.tly higher in.the EVH group. Con.lusion. This study provides va.ua.le in.ights in.o the demogra.hic, in.ra.pera.ive, a.d postopera.ive va.ia.les a.socia.ed with EVH a.d OVH techn.ques.
