This paper tackles the wave attenuation along with a cylindrical waveguides composed of a left Handed material (LHM), surrounded by a superconducting or metal wall. I used the transcendental equations for both TE and TM waves. I found out that the waveguide supports backward TE and backward TM waves since both permittivity and magnetic permeability of LHM are negative. I also illustrated the dependence of the TE and TM wave attenuation on the wave frequency and the reduced temperature of the superconducting wall (T/Tc). Attenuation constant increases by increasing the wave frequency and it shows higher values at higher T/Tc. Lowest wave attenuation and the best confinement are achieved for the thickest TE waveguide. LHM-superconductor waveguide shows lower wave attenuation than LHM-metal waveguide.

This study aims to evaluate the level of accounting conservatism when preparing financial statements by companies listed in Kuwait Stock Exchange （KSE）. In addition, the study examines the factors that affect the level of accounting conservatism in those companies with regard to company sizes, debt contracts, and the type of sector the company belongs to. To achieve these goals, the Basu （1997） model was used to measure conservatism level and the factors influencing it. The sample of the study comprises of 225 companies listed in KSE. Findings of the study showed that the KSE succeeded in forcing Kuwait companies to present a reasonable level of accounting conservatism. The study also found out that the financial statements of small companies were conservative, while those of the big ones were not. In addition, the debt contracts left an impact upon financial reports of accounting conservatism. Thus, companies with lower debts were more conservative than those of higher ones. Moreover, the financial statements of the financial sector in KSE were the most conservative.

Due to the crowded number of female students in a very narrow place, the fact that the college is for females only, and the fact that some of the female students live in the internal sections of the student residence, as well as the crowded number there, and as a result of the presence of the head covering or what is known as the Islamic veil on the head, which covers the hair of the head, which provides a suitable hot humid atmosphere 100% of fungal growth in the scalp of female students. Therefore, it is necessary to know the widespread fungal species that contaminate the scalp. In other research, we learn about the antifungals that should be used to reduce fungal infections in college employees. The study was carried out to identify the presence and spread of fungi that cause hair loss. The study was conducted on some students of the College of Education for Girls/University of Shatra for the period from 1/11/2021 to 1/12/2021, where 100 hundred hair samples were collected from (the scalp) from different ages in different educational stages, as random samples were taken after asking the student whether she suffers from hair loss or not, and studying the presence and spread of fungi in terms of density and type, after transferring them to the microbiology laboratory-College of Education for Girls using sterile sample collection bags. The current results showed that the fungal species E. flocculosum is the most common among them, followed by the fungal species C. carrionii, then the rest of the genera are as follows: E. flocculosum, Basisdioplus, Aspergillus terreud Hormderndrum Rhodotorula, Bipolaris, Aspergillus, Phoma, Rhizopus, Blastomyces, Microsporum, Sporothrix, Exophiala jeanselmei, Neoscytalidium Aeremonium Cladophialophora carrionii, Paecilomyces, Exophiala dermatitidis, Geotrichum, Volvariella, Rhizomucor, Saksmaea vassiformis, Candida albicans, Chrysosporium, Dimiatum.

Fault management study in smart grid systems (SGSs) is important to ensure the stability of the system. Also, it is important to know the major types of power failures for the effective operation of the SGS. This paper reviews diverse types of faults that might appear in the SGS and gives a survey about the impact of renewable energy resources (RERs) on the behavior of the system. Moreover, this paper offers different fault detection and localization techniques that can be used for SGSs. Furthermore, a potential fault management case study is proposed in this paper. The SGS model in this paper is investigated using both of the Matlab/Simulink and the Real Time Digital Simulation (RTDS) to compute the fault management study. Simulation results show the fast response to a power failure in the system which improves the stability of the SGS.

Background This study aimed to develop an expert consensus regarding the epidemiology,diagnosis,and management of cow’s milk protein allergy(CMPA)in the Middle *** A three-step modified Delphi method was utilized to develop the *** specialized pediatricians participated in the development of this *** statement was considered a consensus if it achieved an agreement level of>80%.Results The experts agreed that the double-blind placebo-controlled oral challenge test(OCT)should be performed for 2-A weeks using an amino acid formula(AAF)in formula-fed infants or children with suspected ***-fed infants with confirmed CMPA should be offered a therapeutic *** panel stated that an extensively hydrolyzed formula(eHF)is indicated in the absence of red flag *** the same time,the AAF is offered for infants with red flag signs,such as severe anaphylactic *** panel agreed that infants on an eHF with resolved symptoms within 2-4 weeks should continue the eHF with particular attention to the growth and nutritional *** the other hand,an AAF should be considered for infants with persistent symptoms;the AAF should be continued if the symptoms resolve within 2-4 weeks,with particular attention to the growth and nutritional *** cases with no symptomatic improvements after the introduction of an *** measures should be *** panel developed a management algorithm,which achieved an agreement level of 90.9%.Conclusion This consensus document combined the best available evidence and clinical experience to optimize the management of CMPA in the Middle East.

In this paper, we study the positive radial solutions for elliptic systems to the nonlinear BVP: , where Δu = div (∇u) and Δv = div (∇v) are the Laplacian of u, λ is a positive parameter, Ω = {x ∈ Rn : N > 2, |x| > r0, r0 > 0}, let i = [1,2] then Ki :[r0,∞] → (0,∞) is a continuous function such that limr→∞ ki(r) = 0 and is The external natural derivative, and : [0, ∞) → (0, ∞) is a continuous function. We discuss existence and multiplicity results for classes of f with a) fi > 0, b) fi fi = 0. We base our presence and multiple outcomes via the Sub-solutions method. An integrated photonic circuit architecture to perform a modified-convolution operation based on the discrete fractional Fourier transform(DFrFT) is introduced. This is accomplished by utilizing two nonuniformly coupled waveguide lattices with equally spaced eigenmode spectra, the lengths of which are chosen so that the DFrFT and its inverse operations are achieved. A programmable modulator array is interlaced so that the required fractional convolution operation is performed. Numerical simulations demonstrate that the proposed architecture can effectively perform smoothing and edge detection tasks even for noisy input signals, which is further verified by electromagnetic wave simulations. Notably, mild lattice defects do not jeopardize the architecture performance, showing its resilience to manufacturing errors.
