Energy management in smart homes is one of the most critical problems for the Quality of Life(QoL)and preserving energy *** of the relevant issues in this subject is environmental contamination,which threatens the world's *** computing-enabled Artificial Intelligence(Al)algorithms can provide impactful solutions to this *** research proposes using one of the Recurrent Neural Network(RNN)algorithms known as Long Short-term Memory(LStM)to comprehend how it is feasible to perform the cloud/fog/edge-enabled prediction of the building's *** parameters of power electricity,power heating,power cooling,and total power in an office/home in cold-climate cities are considered as our features in the *** on the collected data,we evaluate the LStM approach for forecasting parameters for the next year to predict energy consumption and online monitoring of the model's performance under various *** implementing the Al predictive algorithm,several existing tools are *** results have been generated through simulations,and we find them promisingforfutureapplications.

Objective:to conducted a spatial analysis for stratification of priority malaria control areas in Kahnuj County,as part of field ***:Information of Health Centers of Kahnuj County has been used for stratification retrospectively.A knowledge,attitudes and practices(KAP) study was arranged to provide preliminary information about the knowledge,attitude and practice related to malaria in the ***:Numbers of malaria cases has been decreased in year *** were five important vectors of malaria in this region including:Anopheles stephensi (***),Anopheles dthali(***).Anopheles superpictus(***),Anophels culicifacies(***),and Anopheles Jluviatilis(***),but majority of malaria cases in this county was related to Plasmodium vivax(***).Educational levels of community were 38% ,20% ,10% and 32% for illiterate,primary,secondary and university levels,respectively. KAP study revealed that about 37% of people have got malaria at least once and only 27% of people knew that mosquito is the vector of ***:Malaria in Kahnuj represents a real *** occurs in city *** can be suspected for the first peak of malaria cases in late spring in Kahnuj *** has a relatively high density in autumn while two malaria cases due to *** were reported in *** on KAP study,the knowledge of respondents seems good but the attitude and practice is *** to the data such as API,main malaria vector,transmission rate,and foreign migrants,the Kahnuj County has been spatially divided into three strata based on various *** authorities should implement all the interventions based on stratification.

Multicellular microtissues of primary human hepatocytes(PHHs)co-cultured with other supporting cell types are a promis-ing model for drug screening and toxicological ***,these liver microtissues(LMs)rapidly lose their functions during ex vivo ***,in order to mimic the cellular and structural hepatic microenvironment,we co-cultured PHHs with human mesenchymal stromal cells(MSCs)and human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs)in the presence of cell-sized microparticles(MPs)derived from liver extracellular matrix(LEMPs).the microwell culture platform enabled biofabrication of size-controlled multicellular microtissues(PHH:HUVEC:MSC=3:2:1)with efficient LEMP incorporation(about 70%at a 2:1 ratio of cells:MP).the biofabricated liver microtissues(BLMs)were cultured ex vivo for 14 days and compared to the cell-only LM in terms of gene and protein expression,functional activity,cytochrome P450(CYP450)enzyme inducibility,and drug *** results supported superior hepatic-related gene expression,functional activity,and polarity for PHH in BLM compared to ***450 enzyme inducibility and dose-responsive sensitivity to toxic drugs were significantly higher in the BLM *** conclusion,microtissue engineering by incorporation of tissue-specific microparticles within a multicellular microtissue can offer some advantages for drug discovery studies and cell transplantation *** the near future,this approach could generate a scalable platform of several functional biofabricated microtissues representing different organs.

Objective:to study agents of animal wound myiasis in various geographical districts of Fars ***:this study has been done in Fars province,located in the southern part of *** of 10358 domestic animals have been visited from April 2011 to March *** infected wounds in any parts of animal body were sampled by means of ***:About 61%of all animal wound myiasis were caused by larvae of Wohlfahrtia *** most wound myiasis cases due to this species occurred in central part of Fars *** wasn't any significant difference between sheep and goat in infestation with myiasis(P>0.05).the infestation rate of myiasis in cattle community was 0.86%.Conclusions:the infestation rate of livestock was lower than other works in Iran and some other countries like Saudi *** bezziana has been mentioned as main myiasis agent in *** in this study it cleared that similarly to some European countries,the common animal myiasis agent in Iran is Wohlfahrtia *** new species as principal agent for myiasis can help public health and animal husbandry policy makers to prepare sufficient and effective control and/or preventive measures for this disease.

Cupping therapy has been widely used for clinical treatment of soft tissue lesions. the current study investigated the effects of cupping therapy on biomechanical properties of the skin in Wistar rats. 20 rats were divided into two groups: 10 in experimental and 10 in control group. Either the right or the left lower quadrants of the lumbar regions in the experimental group underwent 10 minutes daily cupping therapy for 12 days. the skin stiffness and ultimate tensile strength of all the rats were measured using tensiometer. the skin stiffness and ultimate tensile strength were decreased significantly in cupping side of the experimental group as compared with the non-cupping side and the control group. there were no significant differences between the non-cupping side of the experimental group and the control group. In conclusion, cupping therapy can be useful as a treatment method to reduce the skin stiffness and ultimate tensile strength.
