目的：回顾1997／2007伊朗亚兹德地区的200例眼及附属器肿瘤的流行病学特征，确定肿瘤的人群分布及肿瘤位置。方法：回顾观察性病例报道。我们回顾1997／2007医院组织病理学确诊为眼眶肿瘤的病例，分析200例连续病例的年龄分布、病理学、肿瘤来源及肿瘤位置。结果：患者200例（男111例，女89例），其中110例（55．0％）为良性肿瘤，86例（43．0％）为恶性，4例（2．0％）为转移性肿瘤。119例（59．5％）为眼睑肿瘤，21例（10．5％）为眼眶，60例（30．0％）位于眼球。最常见的恶性肿瘤是基底细胞癌（BCC）（25．5％）、鳞状细胞癌（SCC）（6．0％）及黑素瘤（5．5％）。各种类型的痣（15．0％）、皮样囊肿（5．5％）、血管瘤（5．0％）是最常见的良性肿瘤。200例患者按年龄分为两组，18岁以上及18岁以下。18岁以下患者中，最常见的是良性肿瘤（90．1％），恶性肿瘤及转移性肿瘤分别占8．4％和1．5％。然而，18岁以上患者，常见的是恶性肿瘤（51．1％），良性肿瘤占47．1％，转移性肿瘤占1．8％。结论：眼眶肿瘤的病理学特征与患者的年龄及肿瘤在眼及附属器的位置有关。在进行活检及肿瘤切除术之前，患者的发病年龄和肿瘤位置可成为我们制定治疗方案的前提，也是预后评估的重要信息。

This work aimed to find a proper control strategy to transfer loads using overhead cranes. The proposed control strategy, which is Fuzzy PD-based, should take into account two main factors. First, the time needed to move the payload from the initial pick up point to the destination point that must be minimized. Second, the oscillation of the payload must be reduced to prevent hazards for people and equipment in the work place. The current work, presents a comparative analysis of fuzzy PD based control basing on classical PD approach. A simplified model has been derived. The proposed control techniques have been designed and validated with MatLab. Numerical comparative results have been obtained and discussed.

Sulfur mustard (SM) is an alkalizing chemical which has been used mostly as a weapon all over the world. Sulfur mustard can cause damages to many organs, especially the skin, respiratory system and the eyes. Generally, many complications of mustard gas result from its alkalizing potency and reaction with cellular components like DNA, RNA, proteins and lipid membranes. The damages caused by SM will lead to many complications which persist during the lifespan of exposed subjects. Pro-inflammatory cytokines including especially TNF-α and IL-1β can cause systemic inflammatory reactions and vast changes like altered cell signaling, migration, cytokine production changes and fever. This study was designed to analyze cytokine levels in mustard-gas-exposed people’s serum in the war between Iraq and Iran, who had the chronic dry-eye symptoms compared to the normal group, 30 years after exposure. In this study, 25 veterans who were exposed to mustard gas were compared to 25 healthy people as control group. The veterans with concurrent involvement of eye, lung, and skin were selected. We used ELISA method to assess the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in serum of people in both groups. All the results analyzed with T-test in SPSS 17 statistical software. The mean levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in serum of chemical exposed veterans were 52.3 ± 1.4 pg/ml and 3.43 ± 0.3 pg/ml while in the control group were 19.5±1.3 pg/ml and 2.25 ± 0.2 pg/ml, respectively. In the control group, the serum pro-inflammatory cytokine levels were significantly lower than the exposed group (P < 0.05). This study showed that there is a meaningful difference between TNF-α and IL-1β serum levels in the SM exposed group compared to the control group. There are some differences between the present study and others. However, studies on local inflammatory changes in these patients are also limited and need more reviews.

In this paper, on-body radio channel performance of a compact ultra wideband (UWB) antenna is investigated for body-centric wireless communications. Measurement campaigns were first done in the chamber and then repeated in an indoor environment for comparison. The path loss parameter for eight different on-body radio channels has been characterized and analyzed. In addition, the path loss was modeled as a function of distance for 34 different receiver locations for propagation along the front part of the body. Results and analysis show that, compared with anechoic chamber, a reduction of 16.34% path loss exponent is noticed in indoor environment. The antenna shows very good on-body radio channel performance and will be a suitable candidate for future efficient and reliable body-centric wireless communications.

The wave force exerted on vertical piles of offshore structures is the main criterion in designing *** structures with more than one large pile,the influence of piles on each other is one of the most important issues being concerned in past *** efficient method for determining the interaction of piles is introduced in present *** the wave force is calculated by the exact method using the diffraction theory,then in the finite difference numerical method the force is calculated by adding the velocity potentials of each pile and integration of pressure on their *** results showed that the ratio of the wave force on each of the double piles to a single pile has a damped oscillation around unity in which the amplitude of oscillation decreases with the increase in the spacing *** different wave incident directions and diffraction parameters were used and the results showed that the numerical solution has acceptable accuracy when the diffraction parameter is larger than unity.

Introduction: Fulminant hepatitis is a very rare disease that occurs as an acute liver failure within eight weeks of the onset of symptoms following hepatitis A in adults or in patients with a history of chronic hepatitis B or C [1]. Case presentation: There were three cases in this research. The first case was a self-employed male patient aged 26 years from Gaz Borkhar, admitted to Al-Zahral Hospital on January 1, 2016 for fever, chills and vomiting. The second patient was a 20-year-old male athlete from Lenjan and was hospitalized on May 3, 2016 for fever, chills, anorexia, yellowing of the skin, and low consciousness. The third case was a 20-year-old male employee from Isfahan who visited Al-Zahra Hospital for developing nausea, vomiting, and discolored urine, followed by icterus. Conclusion: all patients were young without any underlying disease. Although the disease had a very progressive course leading to coma, all cases fortunately survived through supportive measures and returned to their normal lives.

Liver biopsy plays an essential role in the diagnosis, evaluation and management of a vast proportion of liver diseases. Conventionally, percutaneous and transjugular approaches have been used to obtain liver biopsies. Endoscopic ultrasound guided liver biopsy(EUS-LB) has emerged as a safe and effective alternate in the past two decades. EUS-LB carries a role in evaluation of both benign and malignant diseases of the liver. It can offer higher resolution imaging of the liver and can detect smaller lesions than computed tomography scan of the abdomen or ultrasound scans with the option for doppler assistance to reduce complications. Current evidence demonstrates the superiority of EUS-LB for a targeted approach of focal lesion and there is also evidence of less sampling variability in heterogeneous parenchymal pathologies. These advantages combined with an improved safety profile had led to the rapid progress in the development of new techniques, equipment and procedures for EUS-LB. We provide a comprehensive review of EUS-LB for parenchymal liver disease.

Erosion and Toughening Mechanisms of Electroless Ni-P-Nano-NiTi Composite Coatings on API X100 Steel under Single Particle Impact

The addition of superelastic NiTi to electroless Ni-P coating has been found to toughen the otherwise brittle coatings in static loading conditions, though its effect on erosion behaviour has not yet been explored. In the present study, spherical WC-Co erodent particles were used in single particle impact testing of Ni-P-nano-NiTi composite coatings on API X100 steel substrates at two average velocities—35 m/s and 52 m/s. Erosion tests were performed at impact angles of 30°, 45°, 60°, and 90°. The effect of NiTi concentration in the coating was also examined. Through examination of the impact craters and material response at various impact conditions, it was found that the presence of superelastic NiTi in the brittle Ni-P matrix hindered the propagation of cracks and provided a barrier to crack growth. The following toughening mechanisms were identified: crack bridging and deflection, micro-cracking, and transformation toughening.

AIM： To report the clinical impact of adrenal endoscop-ic ultrasound fine-needle aspiration （EUS-FNA） in the evaluation of patients with adrenal gland enlargement or ***： In a retrospective single-center case-series, patients undergoing EUS-FNA of either adrenal gland from 1997-2011 in our tertiary care center were included. Medical records were reviewed and results of EUS, cytology, adrenal size change on follow-up imag-ing ≥ 6 mo after EUS and any repeat EUS or surgery were abstracted. A lesion was considered benign if：（1） EUS-FNA cytology was benign and the lesion remained 〈 1 cm from its original size on follow-up computed tomography （CT）, magnetic resonance imaging or repeat EUS ≥ 6 mo after EUS-FNA; or （2） subsequent adrenalectomy and surgical pathology was benign. RESULTS： Ninety-four patients had left （n = 90） and/or right （n = 5） adrenal EUS-FNA without adverse events. EUS indications included： cancer staging or suspected recurrence （n = 31）, pancreatic （n = 20）, medi-astinal （n = 10）, adrenal （n = 7）, lung （n = 7） mass or other indication （n = 19）. Diagnoses after adrenal EUS-FNA included metastatic lung （n = 10）, esophageal （n= 5）, colon （n = 2）, or other cancer （n = 8）; benign primary adrenal mass or benign tissue （n = 60）; or was non-diagnostic （n = 9）. Available follow-up confrmed a benign lesion in 5/9 non-diagnostic aspirates and 32/60 benign aspirates. Four of the 60 benign aspirates were later confrmed as malignant by repeat biopsy, follow-up CT, or adrenalectomy. Adrenal EUS-FNA diagnosed metastatic cancer in 24, and ruled out metastasis in 10 patients. For the diagnosis of malignancy, EUS-FNA of either adrenal had sensitivity, specifcity, positive predic-tive value and negative predictive value of 86%, 97%, 96% and 89%, ***： Adrenal gland EUS-FNA is safe, mini-mally invasive and a sensitive technique with signifcant impact in the management of adrenal gland mass or enlargement.
