This paper is a case report on the success of oocyte retrieval and good quality embryo development following controlled ovarian hyperstimulation at early pregnancy. A 30-year-old patient underwent controlled ovarian hyperstimulation by gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist long protocol. On the day of oocyte collection, a 5-week gestational sac was observed by exact sonography monitoring. However, via ultrasound guided follicle puncture, 7 oocytes were collected. After intarcytoplasmic sperm injection, 3 developed good quality embryos were cryopreserved. Moreover, the natural pregnancy was continued and finally a healthy live birth was achieved. Despite physiological hormonal changes during pregnancy, the follicular growth occurred and followed by oocyte retrieval and embryo development, subsequently.

To investigate the supplement of lost nerve cells in rats with traumatic brain injury by intravenous administration of allogenic bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, this study established a Wistar rat model of traumatic brain injury by weight drop impact acceleration method and administered 3 × 106 rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells via the lateral tail vein. At 14 days after cell transplantation, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells differentiated into neurons and astrocytes in injured rat cerebral cortex and rat neurological function was improved significantly. These findings suggest that intravenously administered bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells can promote nerve cell regeneration in injured cerebral cortex, which supplement the lost nerve cells.

In many deformation analyses,the partial derivatives at the interpolated scattered data points are *** this paper,the Gaussian Radial Basis Functions(GRBF)is proposed for the interpolation and differentiation of the scattered data in the vertical deformation *** the optimal selection of the shape parameter,which is crucial in the GRBF interpolation,two methods are used:the Power Gaussian Radial Basis Functions(PGRBF)and Leave One Out Cross Validation(LOOCV)(LGRBF).We compared the PGRBF and LGRBF to the traditional interpolation methods such as the Finite Element Method(FEM),polynomials,Moving Least Squares(MLS),and the usual GRBF in both the simulated and actual Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar(InSAR)*** estimated results showed that the surface interpolation accuracy was greatly improved by LGRBF and PGRBF methods in comparison withFEM,polynomial,and MLS ***,LGRBF and PGRBF interpolation methods are used to compute invariant vertical deformation parameters,i.e.,changes in Gaussian and mean Curvatures in the Groningen area in the North of Netherlands.

Objective:To determine the prevalence of Coxiella burnetii(***) antibody positive randomly selected dairy herds in southeast Iran(Kerman).Methods:Bulk tank milk samples were collected randomly from 44 sufficiently large commercial dairy herds,included near 12 000 dairy cattle,in Kerman(The largest province of Iran),southeast *** samples were tested for antibodies against *** using the commercial CHEKIT(?) Q fever antibody ELISA Test Kit(Idexx,Liebefeld-Bern,Switzerland).Results:The prevalence of positive,negative and intermediate herds were 45.4%,43.2%and 11.4%,***:The result supports the hypothesis of high prevalence and endemic pattern of Q fever in *** investigation highlights the importance of further studies on Q fever in Iran.

Chemotherapy is one of the main therapeutic modalities for cancer ***(CDDP),as one of theﬁrst-line drugs,is of great importance in the chemotherapy of various ***,a signiﬁcant percentage of cancer patients are resistant to CDDP *** to the CDDP side effects on normal tissues,the diagnosis of CDDP resistance is required to suggest the most efﬁcient therapeutic strategies for cancer *** molecular mechanisms and signaling pathways are associated with CDDP *** PI3K/AKT signaling pathway has a pivotal role in the transmission of extracellular signals into the cells to regulate various pathophysiological processes such as cell proliferation,migration,and drug *** the present review,we summarized all of the studies which have been reported on the role of PI3K/AKT pathway in regulation of CDDP *** was shown that the PI3K/AKT pathway is mainly involved in CDDP response in lung,ovarian,and gastrointestinal *** was also observed that the non-coding RNAs have a key role in CDDP response by regulation of PI3K/AKT *** review paves the way for suggesting a PI3K/AKT-related panel marker for the prediction of CDDP response in different cancer patients.

Objective:To compare effect of Hypericum perforatum(***) vaginal gel with metronidazole on bacterial vaginosis(BV) in terms of initial response to treatment and preventing recurrence(primary outcomes) and also patient complaints(secondary outcomes).Methods:In this double-blind,double dummy trial,married women aged 18-49 with BV were randomized into two groups and administered 5 g of 3%*** and placebo of metronidazole(n=82),or 5 g of 0.75%metronidazole and placebo of ***(n=80)vaginally for 5 *** criteria were used for diagnosis and assessing cure and recurrence of *** comparisons was done using Chi-square,Fisher's exact and logistic ***:At 10-12 *** rate was 82%in the *** and 85%in metronidazole group(risk ratio 0.9.95%confidence interval 0.6 to 1.3).Among the cured women,recurrence rate was 9%in the *** and 13%in the metronidazole group at the 30-35 d visit(risk ratio 0.8,95%confidence interval 0.4 to 1.3),There was no statistically significant difference between the groups regarding any patient complaints,except itching which was less in *** group(5%vs.16%,P=0.018 at the first and 13%vs.43%,P<0.001 at the second follow-up).No significant adverse event was reported at any ***:*** could be a good option for treatment of ***,further studies arc needed for its public use.

Objective:To evaluate serological findings of bovine leplospirosis which is a zoonotic disease with worldwide distribution caused by Leptospira ***:One hundred and sixty seven sera were collected from 9 commercial dairy herds in jiroft suburbs,from July to October *** agglutination test(MAT) was used to evaluates serological findings of bovine leplospirosis in Jiroft suburb dairy farms,Kerman province,***:Antibodies were found by MAT at least against one serovar of Leptospira interrogans in29 samples(17.36%) among 167 sera at a dilution 1:100 or higher,and Leptospira pomona was the most prevalent *** tilers against more than one serovar were detected in 6 sera of the positive ***:This study is the first report of leplospirosis in Southeast Iran and showed that Leptospira pomona was the most and Leptospira icterohaemorrhagiae the least prevalent serovars in Southeast Iran.

目的：评价自体结膜角巩膜缘移植术治疗原发性翼状胬肉的有效性。方法：原发性翼状胬肉患者15例（15眼），接受自体结膜角巩膜缘移植术。切除翼状胬肉后，植片的角膜缘部分与翼状胬肉切除处的角膜缘对位缝合，植片的上皮面向上。纤维血管组织在原翼状胬肉区遮盖角膜1mm以上定为复发。结果：随访平均8mo，所有的患者既无一例复发也无并发症发生。结论：单纯翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜角巩膜缘移植是一种治疗原发性翼状胬肉安全有效的手术方法。
