to augment the quality of our life,fully compliant personalized advanced health-care electronic system is *** of the major requirements to implement such systems is a physically flexible high-performance biocompatible energy storage(battery).However,the status-quo options do not match all of these attributes simultaneously and we also lack in an effective integration strategy to integrate them in complex architecture such as orthodontic domain in human *** we show,a physically complaint lithium-ion micro-battery(236μg)with an unprecedented volumetric energy(the ratio of energy to device geometrical size)of 200 mWh/cm^(3) after 120 cycles of continuous *** results of 90%viability test confirmed the battery’s *** also show seamless integration of the developed battery in an optoelectronic system embedded in a threedimensional printed smart dental *** foresee the resultant orthodontic system as a personalized advanced health-care application,which could serve in faster bone regeneration and enhanced enamel health-care protection and subsequently reducing the overall health-care cost.

the garnet muscovite granitic pegmatite of Um Solimate,in southern Egypt,represents a promising asset for strategic and economic metals,especially Bi-Ni-Ag-Nb-ta as well as U and *** ore bodies occur as large masses,pockets and/or veins of very coarse-grained pegmatites,which consist mainly of K-feldspar,quartz and albite with subordinate muscovite,garnet,and *** data revealed that e U-and e th-contents of the pegmatites reach up to 39 ppm and 82 ppm,*** studied pegmatites are enriched in primary U and th minerals(uraninite,coffinite,thorianite and uranothorite)as well as Hf-rich zircon and monazite,which give rise to anomalous radioactive ***-tantalium-bearing minerals(***,microlite and uranopyrochlore),xenotime,barite,galena,fluorite,and apatite are ubiquitous,and,consequently,the studied pegmatites belong tothe Niobium-Yttrium-Fluorine-type(NYF)*** noble metal mineralization includes argentite(Ag_(2)S),native Ni and Bi as well as bismite and *** addition,beryl and tourmaline are observed in pegmatites near the contact with metasediments and ultramafic *** observed compositional variations of ta/(ta+Nb)and Mn/(Mn+Fe)ratios in columbite(0.08-0.45 and 0.11-0.57,respectively)and Hf contents in zircon(3.54-6.46 wt%)may reflectan extreme degree of magmatic fractionation leading to formation of the pegmatite orebody.

With the rapid development of emerging 5G and beyond(B5G),Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)are increasingly important to improve the performance of dense cellular *** a conventional metric,coverage probability has been widely studied in communication systems due to the increasing density of users and complexity of the heterogeneous *** recent years,stochastic geometry has attracted more attention as a mathematical tool for modeling mobile network *** this paper,an analytical approach to the coverage probability analysis of UAV-assisted cellular networks with imperfect beam alignment has been *** assumption was considered that all users are distributed according to Poisson Cluster Process(PCP)around base stations,in particular,thomas Cluster Process(tCP).Using thismodel,the impact of beam alignment errors on the coverage probabilitywas ***,the ProbabilityDensity Function(PDF)of directional antenna gain between the user and its serving base station was ***,association probability with each tier was achieved.A tractable expression was derived for coverage probability in both Line-of-Sight(LoS)andNon-Line-of-Sight(NLoS)condition *** results demonstrated that at low UAVs altitude,beam alignment errors significantly degrade coverage ***,for a small cluster size,alignment errors do not necessarily affect the coverage performance.

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)is considered the causative pathogen of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)and has become an international danger to human *** respiratory transmission and symptoms are still the essential manifestations of COVID-19,the digestive system could be an unconventional or supplementary route for COVID-19 to be transmitted and manifested,most likely due to the presence of angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(ACE2)in the gastrointestinal *** addition,SARS-CoV-2 can trigger hepatic injury via direct binding to the ACE2 receptor in cholangiocytes,antibodydependent enhancement of infection,systemic inflammatory response syndrome,inflammatory cytokine storms,ischemia/reperfusion injury,and adverse events of treatment *** symptoms,including anorexia,nausea,vomiting,and diarrhea,which are unusual in patients with COVID-19,and some digestive signs may occur without other respiratory ***,SARS-CoV-2 can be found in infected patients’stool,demonstrating the likelihood of transmission through the fecal-oral *** addition,liver function should be monitored during COVID-19,particularly in more severe *** review summarizes the evidence for extra-pulmonary manifestations,mechanisms,and management of COVID-19,particularly those related to the gastrointestinal tract and liver.

this paper introduced an efficient compression technique that uses the compressive sensing(CS)method to obtain and recover sparse electrocardiography(ECG)*** recovery of the signal can be achieved by using sampling rates lower than the Nyquist frequency.A novel analysis was proposed in this *** apply CS on ECG signal,the first step is to generate a sparse signal,which can be obtained using Modified Discrete Cosine transform(MDCt)on the given *** transformation is a promising key for other transformations used in this search domain and can be considered as the main contribution of this paper.A small number of wavelet components can describe the ECG signal as related work to obtain a sparse *** technique for ECGsignal compression,which is a novel area of research,is *** signals are introduced randomly between any successive beats of the ***-BIH database can be represented as the experimental database in this domain of ***-BIH database consists of various ECG signals involving a patient and standard ECG *** can be considered as the simulation tool used in this *** proposed method’s uniqueness was inspired by the compression ratio(CR)and achieved by *** performance measurement of the recovered signal was done by calculating the percentage root mean difference(PRD),mean square error(MSE),and peak signal to noise ratio(PSNR)besides the calculation of ***,the simulation results indicated that this work is one of the most important works in ECG signal compression.

Multiphysics simulation of VVER-1200 fuel performance during normal operating conditions

Nuclear fuel performance modeling and simulation are critical tasks for nuclear fuel design optimization and safety analysis under normal and transient *** performance is a complicated phenomenon that involves thermal,mechanical,and irradiation mechanisms and requires special multiphysics *** this study,a fuel performance model was developed using the COMSOL Multiphysics *** modeling was performed for a 2D axis-symmetric geometry of a UO2fuel pellet in the E110 clad for VVER-1200 *** modeling considers all relevant phenomena,including heat generation and conduction,gap heat transfer,elastic strain,mechanical contact,thermal expansion,grain growth,densification,fission gas generation and release,fission product swelling,gap/plenum pressure,and cladding thermal and irradiation *** model was validated using a code-to-code evaluation of the fuel pellet centerline and surface temperatures in the case of constant power,in addition to validation of fission gas release(FGR)*** prediction proved that the model could perform according to previously published VVER nuclear fuel performance parameters.A sensitivity study was also conducted to assess the effects of uncertainty on some of the model *** model was then used to predict the VVER-1200 fuel performance parameters as a function of burnup,including the temperature profiles,gap width,fission gas release,and plenum pressure.A compilation of related material and thermomechanical models was conducted and included in the modeling to allow the user to investigate different material/performance *** the model was developed for normal operating conditions,it can be modified to include off-normal operating conditions.

Classification of Electroencephalogram Signals Using LStM and SVM Based on Fast Walsh-Hadamard transform

Classification of electroencephalogram(EEG)signals for humans can be achieved via artificial intelligence(AI)***,the EEG signals associated with seizure epilepsy can be detected to distinguish between epileptic and non-epileptic *** this perspective,an automated AI technique with a digital processing method can be used to improve these *** paper proposes two classifiers:long short-term memory(LStM)and support vector machine(SVM)for the classification of seizure and non-seizure EEG *** classifiers are applied to a public dataset,namely the University of Bonn,which consists of 2 classes–seizure and *** addition,a fast Walsh-Hadamard transform(FWHt)technique is implemented to analyze the EEG signals within the recurrence space of the ***,Hadamard coefficients of the EEG signals are obtained via the ***,the FWHt is contributed to generate an efficient derivation of seizure EEG recordings from non-seizure EEG ***,a k-fold cross-validation technique is applied to validate the performance of the proposed *** LStM classifier provides the best performance,with a testing accuracy of 99.00%.the training and testing loss rates for the LStM are 0.0029 and 0.0602,respectively,while the weighted average precision,recall,and F1-score for the LStM are 99.00%.the results of the SVM classifier in terms of accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity reached 91%,93.52%,and 91.3%,*** computational time consumed for the training of the LStM and SVM is 2000 and 2500 s,*** results show that the LStM classifier provides better performance than SVM in the classification of EEG ***,the proposed classifiers provide high classification accuracy compared to previously published classifiers.

Recently,many researchers have tried to develop a robust,fast,and accurate *** algorithm is for eye-tracking and detecting pupil position in many applications such as head-mounted eye tracking,gaze-based human-computer interaction,medical applications(such as deaf and diabetes patients),and attention *** real-world conditions challenge the eye appearance,such as illumination,reflections,and *** the other hand,individual differences in eye physiology and other sources of noise,such as contact lenses or *** present work introduces a robust pupil detection algorithm with and higher accuracy than the previous attempts for real-time analytics *** proposed circular hough transform with morphing canny edge detection for Pupillometery(CHMCEP)algorithm can detect even the blurred or noisy images by using different filtering methods in the pre-processing or start phase to remove the blur and noise and finally the second filtering process before the circular Hough transform for the center fitting to make sure better *** performance of the proposed CHMCEP algorithm was tested against recent pupil detection *** and results show that the proposed CHMCEP algorithm achieved detection rates of 87.11,78.54,58,and 78 according to´Swirski,ExCuSe,Else,and labeled pupils in the wild(LPW)data sets,*** results show that the proposed approach performs better than the other pupil detection methods by a large margin by providing exact and robust pupil positions on challenging ordinary eye pictures.

Colonoscopy represents a safe procedure that is widely used in medical practice either to diagnose or treat various gastrointestinal *** the last few years,the incidence rate of perforations in colonoscopic procedures has increased,especially in therapeutic *** recent advancements in endoscopic techniques and gastrointestinal tumoral resection procedures such as endoscopic mucosal resection,endoscopic full-thickness resection,and endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)could be a risk factor for this increased *** incidence rate of mortality of serious colonoscopic perforations is 7.1%.the management plan for these perforations starts with conservative treatment in mild cases,endoscopic closure,and surgical management in severe ***,endoluminal vacuum therapy was found to be effective in the management of colorectal perforations and this has been reported in multiple case *** editorial provides an overview of the current guidelines for the management of iatrogenic colorectal *** insights are from the perspectives of endoscopists and *** also present a management algorithm based on the guidelines of the European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy,the American Gastroenterological Association,and the World Society of Emergency *** also discussed in brief the use of endoluminal vacuum therapy in colorectal perforations.
