The aim of the pres.nt s.udy was.to determine the prevalence of bovine cys.icercos.s.in both cattle and buffloas. in Egypt and to as.es. the cys.icidal efficacy of Balanites.aegyptiaca fruits.(B. aegyptiaca) and Moringa oleifera s.eds.(M. oleifera) extracts.in experimentally infected mice. The s.udy detected the level of tumor necros.s.factor (TNF-α) to monitor the immune and inflammatory res.ons.s.of experimentally infected mice. Through meat ins.ection, a total number of 2125 male bovine, 2 to 5 years.old, (1125 cattle and 1000 buffloes. were examined under the authority of Albs.tine and Alwaraq official abattoirs.in Cairo Governorate, Egypt covering the period extended from March 2022 to April 2023. The overall prevalence of the dis.as. among bovine was.7.8% (6.31% of cattle and 9.5% of buffloes.. Bes.des. B. aegyptiaca and M. oleifera extracts.s.owed cys.icidal activity in experimentally infected mice. A decreas. in the numbers.of cys.icerci was.found in all treated mice groups. and up to 88% reduction was.achieved in the B. aegyptiaca-treated group;higher than that was.recorded in both M. oleifera (72.23%) and albendazole-treated ones.(80.56%). Pos.mortem findings.proved that M. oleifera and B. aegyptiaca reduced cys.icerci numbers.comparable to a commercial anthelmintic. The s.udy s.owed a s.gnificant decreas. (P 0.001) in TNF-α levels.after treatment with Balanites.and Moringa extracts. compared with the untreated control and the albendazole-treated groups.

Innovative definitions.of the electric and magnetic diffus.vities.through conducting mediums.and innovative diffus.on equations.of the electric charges.and magnetic flux are verified in this.article. s.ch innovations.depend on the analogy of the governing laws.of diffus.on of the thermal, electrical, and magnetic energies.and newly defined natures.of the electric charges.and magnetic flux as.energy, or as.electromagnetic waves. that have electric and magnetic potentials. The introduced diffus.on equations.of the electric charges.and magnetic flux involve Laplacian operator and the introduced diffus.vities. Both equations.are applied to determine the electric and magnetic fields.in conductors.as.the heat diffus.on equation which is.applied to determine the thermal field in s.eady and uns.eady heat diffus.on conditions. The us. of electric networks.for experimental modeling of thermal networks.repres.nts.s.fficient proof of s.milarity of the diffus.on equations.of both fields. By analys.s.of the diffus.on phenomena of the three cons.dered modes.of energy trans.er;the rates.of flow of thes. energies.are found to be directly proportional to the gradient of their volumetric concentration, or dens.ty, and the proportionality cons.ants.in s.ch relations.are the diffus.vity of each energy. s.ch analys.s.leads.als. to find proportionality relations.between the potentials.of s.ch energies.and their volumetric concentrations. Analyzing big data, es.ecially medical data, helps.to provide good health care to patients.and face the ris.s.of death. The COVID-19 pandemic has.had a s.gnificant impact on public health worldwide, emphas.zing the need for effective ris. prediction models. Machine learning (ML) techniques.have s.own promis. in analyzing complex data patterns.and predicting dis.as. outcomes. The accuracy of thes. techniques.is.greatly affected by changing their parameters. Hyperparameter optimization plays.a crucial role in improving model performance. In this.work, the Particle s.arm Optimization (Ps.) algorithm was.us.d to effectively s.arch the hyperparameter s.ace and improve the predictive power of the machine learning models.by identifying the optimal hyperparameters.that can provide the highes. accuracy. A datas.t with a variety of clinical and epidemiological characteris.ics.linked to COVID-19 cas.s.was.us.d in this.s.udy. Various.machine learning models. including Random Fores.s. Decis.on Trees. s.pport Vector Machines. and Neural Networks. were utilized to capture the complex relations.ips.pres.nt in the data. To evaluate the predictive performance of the models. the accuracy metric was.employed. The experimental findings.s.owed that the s.gges.ed method of es.imating COVID-19 ris. is.effective. When compared to bas.line models. the optimized machine learning models.performed better and produced better res.lts.

In this.s.udy, a hybrid machine learning (HML)-bas.d approach, incorporating Genetic data analys.s.(GDA), is.propos.d to accurately identify the pres.nce of adenomatous.colorectal polyps.(ACRP) which is.a crucial early detector of colorectal cancer (CRC). The pres.nt s.udy develops.a clas.ification ens.mble model bas.d on tuned hyperparameters. s.rpas.ing accuracy percentages.of early detection approaches.us.d in previous.s.udies. the current method exhibits.exceptional performance in identifying ACRP and diagnos.ng CRC, overcoming limitations.of CRC traditional methods.that are bas.d on error-prone manual examination. Particularly, the method demons.rates.the following CRP identification accuracy data: 97.7 ± 1.1, precis.on: 94.3 ± 5, recall: 96.0 ± 3, F1-s.ore: 95.7 ± 4, s.ecificity: 97.3 ± 1.2, average AUC: 0.97.3 ± 0.02, and average p-value: 0.0425 ± 0.07. The findings.unders.ore the potential of this.method for early detection of ACRP as.well as.clinical us. in the development of CRC treatment planning s.rategies. The advantages.of this.approach are highly expected to contribute to the prevention and reduction of CRC mortality.
