This work aims to study magnetohydrodynamic flow through a circular cylinder in a horizontal position of SWCNTs in blood as a base fluid in the existence of non-linear thermal radiation and heat source/*** kinds of nanoparticles shapes are *** study is employed the finite element technique to explore and enhance the influences of essential parameters on temperature profiles and is debated the heat transport within blood injects with SWCNTs and exposes to electromagnetic *** treatment with thermal analysis and heat transfer rate being a better substitute more than surgery and chemotherapy for cancer *** of nanoparticles thermal features is a mounting area of nanomedicine field because of the probable for purposeful demolition of cancer *** remedy is relied on many parameters,including nanofluid thermal conductivity,nanoparticles volume fraction,thermal radiation and power and heat *** numerical solutions for flow and heat transfer features are assessed for diverse governing parameters *** obtained results are substantiated against the relevant numerical results in the published *** show that both flow velocity and temperature increase for larger values of thermal radiation,heat source and SWCNTs volume fraction with lamina and cylinder ***,spherical shape of SWCNTs occurs high disturbances in velocity and temperature distribution in the case of cooled cylinder.

This paper introduces the effect of heat absorption(generation)and suction(injection)on magnetohydrodynamic(MHD)boundary-layer flow of Casson nanofluid(CNF)via a non-linear stretching surface with the viscous dissipation in two *** utilizing the similarity transformations,the leading PDEs are transformed into a set of ODEs with adequate boundary conditions and then resolved numerically by(4–5)^(th)-order runge-Kutta Fehlberg procedure based on the shooting *** computations are carried out by Maple 15 *** the support of graphs,the impact of dimensionless control parameters on the nanoparticle concentration profiles,the temperature,and the flow velocity are *** parameters of interest,such as the skin friction coefficient,heat,and mass transport at the diverse situation and dependency of various parameters are inspected through tables and ***,it is verified that the numerical computations with the reported earlier studies are in an excellent *** is found that the heat and mass transmit rates are enhanced with the increasing values of the power-index and the suction(blowing)parameter,whilst are reduced with the boosting Casson and the heat absorption(generation)***,the drag force coefficient is an increasing function of the powerindex and a reduction function of Casson parameter.

This study investigates the suction and magnetic field effects on the two-dimensional nanofluid flow through a stretching/shrinking sheet at the stagnation point in the porous medium with thermal *** governing partial differential equations(PDEs)are converted into ordinary differential equations(ODEs)using the similarity *** resulting ODEs are then solved numerically by using the bvp4c solver in MATLAB *** was found that dual solutions exist for the shrinking parameter values up to a certain *** numerical results obtained are compared,and the comparison showed a good agreement with the existing results in the *** governing parameters’effect on the velocity,temperature and nanoparticle fraction fields as well as the skin friction coefficient,the local Nusselt number and the Sherwood number are represented graphically and *** variation of the velocity,temperature and concentration increase with the increase in the suction and magnetic field *** seems that the thermal radiation effect has increased the local Sherwood number while the local Nusselt number is reduced with it.

TAU is a microtubule-associated protein that promotes microtubule assembly and stability in the *** is missorted and aggregated in an array of diseases known as *** are essential for neuronal function and regulated via a complex set of post-translational modifications,changes of which affect microtubule stability and dynamics,microtubule interaction with other proteins and cellular structures,and mediate recruitment of microtubule-severing *** impairment of microtubule dynamics causes neuronal dysfunction,we hypothesize cognitive impairment in human disease to be impacted by impairment of microtubule *** therefore aimed to study the effects of a disease-causing mutation of TAU(P301L)on the levels and localization of microtubule post-translational modifications indicative of microtubule stability and dynamics,to assess whether P301L-TAU causes stability-changing modifications to *** investigate TAU localization,phosphorylation,and effects on tubulin post-translational modifications,we expressed wild-type or P301L-TAU in human MAPT-KO induced pluripotent stem cell-derived neurons(i Neurons)and studied TAU in neurons in the hippocampus of mice transgenic for human P301L-TAU(p r5 mice).Human neurons expressing the longest TAU isoform(2N4r)with the P301L mutation showed increased TAU phosphorylation at the AT8,but not the p-Ser-262 epitope,and increased polyglutamylation and acetylation of microtubules compared with endogenous TAU-expressing neurons.P301L-TAU showed pronounced somatodendritic presence,but also successful axonal enrichment and a similar axodendritic distribution comparable to exogenously expressed 2N4r-wildtype-TAU.P301L-TAU-expressing hippocampal neurons in transgenic mice showed prominent missorting and tauopathy-typical AT8-phosphorylation of TAU and increased polyglutamylation,but reduced acetylation,of microtubules compared with non-transgenic *** sum,P301L-TAU results in changes in micr

El-Burullus Lake is one of the four Egyptian ramsar sites that constitute internationally important wetlands as they contain a rich biodiversity and have a large number of water bird *** the valuable resources in El-Burullus Lake and its surrounding area have faced various threats to wetlands over recent *** study was carried out to evaluate the dynamics of land cover change using three change scenes of recent and past satellite data from 1990 to *** study utilized ArcGIS10.7,ErDAS Imagine 14,Landsat TM(1990,1999,and 2010),Landsat OLI-TIrS(2019)to analyze the land-use/land-cover(LULC)of El-Burullus *** Difference Vegetation Index(NDVI)and Normal-ized Difference Water Index(NDWI)were employed to assess the change scenario of the *** indicated that vegetated land has increased significantly with a concomitant shrinkage in the water body and open soil during the study *** 53 km^2(7.0%)of water body and 8.7 km^2(1.3%)of open soil were lost,while vegetation areas expanded to approximately 29.9 km^2(7.4%).Factors that underpin the observed changes in the area are;reclamation projects and fish-farms which are creating the danger of drying up of the southern coastal parts of the lake,as well as spreading of reed beds(mainly:Phragmites australis)that covers about 20%of El-Burullus lake which led to dry up the lake ***,the study suggests the need for urgent attention on conservation of remaining wetland resources for sustainable utilization for the next generation.

We report on low-cost fabrication and high-energy density of full-cell lithium-ion battery (LIB) ***-hierarchical electrode architectures of Li2SiO3/TiO2@nano-carbon anode (***@nano-C) and high-voltage olivine LiMnPO4@nano-carbon cathode (LMPO@nano-C) are designed for half-and full-system LIB-Cr2032 coin cell *** the basis of primary architecture-power-driven LIB geometrics,the structure keys including three-dimensional (3D) modeling superhierarchy,multiscale micro/nano architectures and anisotropic surface heterogeneity affect the buildup design of anode/cathode LIB *** hierarchical electrode surface topologies enable continuous in-/out-flow rates and fast transport pathways of Li+-ions during charge/discharge *** stacked layer configurations of pouch LIB-types lead to excellent charge/discharge rate,and energy density of237.6 Wh *** the most promising LIB-configurations,the high specific energy density of hierarchical pouch battery systems may improve energy storage for long-driving range of electric ***,the anisotropic alignments of hierarchical electrode architectures in the large-scale LIBs provide proof of excellent capacity storage and outstanding durability and *** full-system LIB-Cr2032 coin cell models maintain high specific capacity of～89.8%within a long-term life period of2000 cycles,and average Coulombic efficiency of99.8%at 1C rate for future configuration of LIB manufacturing and commercialization challenges.

In this letter,we comment on a recent case report by Sun et al in the World Journal of *** report describes the successful management of a rare complication:The unloading or detachment of a bioresorbable stent(BrS)during percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in a male *** unloading of BrS was detected via angiography and intravascular ultrasound(IVUS)imaging of the left coronary artery and left anterior descending *** this case is interesting,the authors’report lacked crucial ***,insufficient information about the type of BrS used,potential causes of BrS unloading,or whether optical coherence tomography(OCT)imaging for coronary arteries was performed before,during,or after *** OCT imaging of coronary arteries before PCI can potentially prevent BrS unloading due to its higher resolution compared to *** addition,despite detecting myocardial bridging during the PCI,the authors did not provide any details regarding this *** we discuss the various types of BrS,the importance of OCT in PCI,and the clinical relevance of myocardial bridging.
