Because of the widespread availability of low-cost printers and scanners,document forgery has become extremely *** or signatures are used to protect important papers such as certificates,passports,and identification *** the origins of printed documents is helpful for criminal investigations and also for authenticating digital versions of a document in today’s *** printer identification(SPi)has become increasingly popular for identifying frauds in printed *** paper provides a proposed algorithm for identifying the source printer and categorizing the questioned document into one of the printer classes.A dataset of 1200 papers from 20 distinct(13)laser and(7)inkjet printers achieved significant identification results.A proposed algorithm based on global features such as the Histogram of Oriented Gradient(HOG)and local features such as Local Binary Pattern(LBP)descriptors has been proposed for printer *** classification,Decision Trees(DT),k-Nearest Neighbors(k-NN),Random forests,Aggregate bootstrapping(bagging),Adaptive-boosting(boosting),Support Vector Machine(SVM),and mixtures of these classifiers have been *** proposed algorithm can accurately classify the questioned documents into their appropriate printer *** adaptive boosting classifier attained a 96%*** proposed algorithm is compared to four recently published algorithms that used the same dataset and gives better classification accuracy.

Small scale biodiesel synthesis from waste frying oil and crude methanol in Morocco

Biodiesel was produced at small scale by transesterification of used frying oil（UfO） recovered from Moroccan pastry shops and fish frying restaurants. Biodiesel was first synthesised at laboratory scale in order to optimize the transesterification parameters. The cost of the final product was also optimized using low-cost raw *** UfO and the produced biodiesel were characterized with several techniques including gas chromatography,1H NMR,13 C NMR, fTiR, and TGA–TDA techniques.1H NMR gas chromatographic analyses of the final product confirmed that the transesterification in the chosen experimental conditions was completed. These results were confirmed by TGA–TDA analysis used as new techniques to monitoring triglyceride conversion. The biodiesel did not contain any trace of glycerol, and it did meet the international standards. The transesterification at low cost in small scale conditions was performed at 60 ℃ using 1.2% of KOH and a methanol/oil molar ratio of 6：1. A yield of 80.8% was achieved. The properties of the produced biodiesel were found to be as good as those of biodiesels obeying to European standards. The biodiesel production was also performed at small-scale for individual utilisation. Thus, the product was tested in a kerosene stove for heating and non-modified commercial diesel engine producing electricity.

Pure and rare-earth ion (Dy^(3+)) doped TiO_2 nanomaterials were prepared through a chemical coprecipitation method. The chemical composition, micro structure and optical properties were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), UV-visible spectroscopy and photo luminescence (PL). XPS analysis reveals that Dy^(3+)ions are preferentially occupied in the TiO_2 crystallite lattices. Both the XRD and TEM analyses confirm that both the pure and Dy doped TiO_2 are in pure anatase phase and in nano size range, respectively. Also it is found that the maximum solubility limit for Dy^(3+) ions is found to be 0.4%in TiO_2 matrix, above which it occupies interstitials and/or crystallite surface of TiO_2 nanocrystals. from the UV-Vis spectroscopy studies it is found that Dy doping induces blue shift in TiO_2. from the PL analysis it is found that doping Dy^(3+) improves the luminescence behavior in comparison with the pure TiO_2 ***, doping very low concentrations of Dy^(3+) greatly alters the structural morphology and directly increases the luminescence behavior of TiO_2 suitable for advanced optoelectronic applications.

Associated factors to Poor Blood Pressure Control in Hypertensives followed Up at the Campus University Hospital of Lome (Togo)

introduction: Hypertension is a real public health issue and its control is very difficult. We aim to determine the frequency of uncontrolled hypertension in hypertensive patients followed up as an outpatient at the campus university hospital of Lome (Togo) and to search for the associated factors. Methodology: The study was cross-sectional, descriptive and analytical, carried out from february (2022) to August 2022 in 260 hypertensive patients aged 22 years old, followed up (on an) as an outpatient for at least 3 months at the Lome University Hospital campus. A univariate then multivariate analysis were conducted in order to highlight the most common factors significantly linked to uncontrolled. Results: The mean age of hypertensives was 56.4 ± 12.7 years, the sex ratio (M/f) was 0.59. Prevalence of uncontrolled blood pressure was 42%. Associated factors to poor blood pressure control in our study were age > 60 years (OR = 1.6 Ci [1.17 - 2.50]), low socio-economic level (OR = 2.2 Ci [1.96 - 4.33]), high cardiovascular risk level (OR = 3.1 Ci [2.18 - 4.52]), non-adherence to regular blood pressure monitoring (OR = 3.3 Ci [2.21 - 5.55]), low compliance to treatment (OR = 4.1 Ci [2.33 - 6.76]) and a chronic renal failure (OR = 2.1 Ci [1.21 - 3.10]). Conclusion: Nearly half of the hypertensives in our study had poorly controlled blood pressure by antihypertensive treatment medication. The factors of this poor control were age > 60 years, low socio-economic level, high or very high level of cardiovascular risk, low compliance to treatment, and renal failure.

The aim of this paper is to study the operatoron■ on some classes of plurisubharmonic (psh) functions, which are not necessary bounded, where T is a positive closed current of bidimension (q, q) on an open set ? of C^n. The author introduces two classes f_p^T (?) and■ and shows first that they belong to the domain of definition of the operator■. Then the author proves that all functions that belong to these classes are C_T-quasi-continuous and that the comparison principle is valid for them.
