This study examines the large amount of agricultural waste produced in egypt between 2010 and 2019 by analysing data from various departments within the Agriculture *** also provides a comprehensive database on the biomass available from agricultural waste in egypt and its potential applications for producing power,heat and chemical *** biomass-pyrolysis systems powered by solar energy are used,research demonstrates the potential to convert agricultural waste into a variety of chemical *** approach utilizes solar energy,a clean and renewable source,and has wide-ranging industrial and power generation *** egypt’s reliance on agriculture,the country currently utilizes little biomass for energy production and has not previously used it as a source for creating chemical products,which could potentially save on the imported oil used in these *** findings of the study are graphically presented using histograms,pie charts,*** overall production of residues reached the 30-Mt level in *** it contains the most rice-cultivated land,Dakahlia(Lower egypt region)produces the highest percentage of the total residue(37.17%).Qena governorate(Upper egypt region)produces 1.14 metric tons of residues,with sugarcane accounting for 20.3%of the total.

TAU is a microtubule-associated protein that promotes microtubule assembly and stability in the *** is missorted and aggregated in an array of diseases known as *** are essential for neuronal function and regulated via a complex set of post-translational modifications,changes of which affect microtubule stability and dynamics,microtubule interaction with other proteins and cellular structures,and mediate recruitment of microtubule-severing *** impairment of microtubule dynamics causes neuronal dysfunction,we hypothesize cognitive impairment in human disease to be impacted by impairment of microtubule *** therefore aimed to study the effects of a disease-causing mutation of TAU(P301L)on the levels and localization of microtubule post-translational modifications indicative of microtubule stability and dynamics,to assess whether P301L-TAU causes stability-changing modifications to *** investigate TAU localization,phosphorylation,and effects on tubulin post-translational modifications,we expressed wild-type or P301L-TAU in human MAPT-KO induced pluripotent stem cell-derived neurons(i Neurons)and studied TAU in neurons in the hippocampus of mice transgenic for human P301L-TAU(p R5 mice).Human neurons expressing the longest TAU isoform(2N4R)with the P301L mutation showed increased TAU phosphorylation at the AT8,but not the p-Ser-262 epitope,and increased polyglutamylation and acetylation of microtubules compared with endogenous TAU-expressing neurons.P301L-TAU showed pronounced somatodendritic presence,but also successful axonal enrichment and a similar axodendritic distribution comparable to exogenously expressed 2N4R-wildtype-TAU.P301L-TAU-expressing hippocampal neurons in transgenic mice showed prominent missorting and tauopathy-typical AT8-phosphorylation of TAU and increased polyglutamylation,but reduced acetylation,of microtubules compared with non-transgenic *** sum,P301L-TAU results in changes in micr

Sentiment analysis is based on the orientation of user attitudes and satisfaction towards services and *** methods and techniques have been introduced to analyze sentiments for obtaining high *** sentiment analysis accuracy depends mainly on supervised and unsupervised *** mechanisms are based on machine learning algorithms that achieve moderate or high accuracy but the manual annotation of data is considered a time-consuming *** unsupervised mechanisms,a lexicon is constructed for storing polarity *** accuracy of analyzing data is considered moderate or low if the lexicon contains small *** addition,most research methodologies analyze datasets using only 3-weight polarity that can mainly affect the performance of the analysis *** both methods for obtaining high accuracy and efficiency with low user intervention during the analysis process is considered a challenging *** paper provides a comprehensive evaluation of polarity weights and mechanisms for recent sentiment analysis research.A semi-supervised framework is applied for processing data using both lexicon and machine learning *** interactive sentiment analysis algorithm is proposed for distributing multi-weight polarities on Arabic lexicons that contain high morphological and linguistic *** enhanced scaling algorithm is embedded in the multi-weight algorithm to assign recommended weight polarities *** experimental results are conducted on two datasets to measure the over-all accuracy of proposed algorithms that achieved high results when compared to machine learning algorithms.

Identity management is based on the creation and management of useridentities for granting access to the cloud resources based on the user *** cloud identity and access management (IAM) grants the authorization tothe end-users to perform different actions on the specified cloud resources. Theauthorizations in the IAM are grouped into roles instead of granting them directlyto the end-users. Due to the multiplicity of cloud locations where data resides anddue to the lack of a centralized user authority for granting or denying cloud userrequests, there must be several security strategies and models to overcome theseissues. Another major concern in IAM services is the excessive or the lack ofaccess level to different users with previously granted authorizations. This paperproposes a comprehensive review of security services and threats. Based on thepresented services and threats, advanced frameworks for IAM that provideauthentication mechanisms in public and private cloud platforms. A threat modelhas been applied to validate the proposed authentication frameworks with different security threats. The proposed models proved high efficiency in protectingcloud platforms from insider attacks, single sign-on failure, brute force attacks,denial of service, user privacy threats, and data privacy threats.

In the past three decades,laser warning systems(LWS)have emerged in great importance,as the development of laser-guided weapons,such as airborne Hellfire missiles,has increased,posing an imminent threat to vital areas and *** laser warning station(LWS)can detect,classify,identify,and give alarm from laser threat at a very short time with high ***,the designers of this system must take into account the detectability and field of view to cover the area to be *** main contribution in this research is an analytical design of LWS that consists of 24 detector elements,distributed in two arrays(2×12)***,calculating the best distance between the detectors according to the laser beam spot *** addition,enhancement laser warring sensor detection capability and detection performance FOV between the detectors to increase coverage area up to 360°.Moreover,decreasing dead zone area between the laser detectors *** calculations and illustrations made to reach the best systematic design.

In this paper,a new proposal for the implementation of the well-known direct power control(DPC)technique in grid-connected photovoltaic(PV)systems is ***,the DPC is executed using a look-up table procedure based on the error between the actual and reference values of the active and reactive ***,the structure of the DPC is simple and results in a fast transient behavior of the inner current loop(injected currents).Therefore,in the current study,the DPC is reformulated using a dead-beat *** this formulation,the reference voltage vector(RVV)is obtained in theα-βreference ***,the switching states for the inverter can be obtained based on the sign of the components of the *** suggested DPC is compared with the conventional one and other switching tables,which are intended for performance ***,an extended Kalman filter(eKF)is utilized to eliminate all grid-voltage ***,the switching frequency of the proposed technique is minimized without any need for weighting factors or cost function *** overall control technique is validated using a hardware-in-the-loop(HIL)experimental set-up and compared with other schemes under different operating conditions.

We investigate the generation of quantum correlations between mechanical modes and optical modes in an optomechanical system,using the rotating wave *** system is composed of two Fabry-Pérot cavities separated in space;each of the two cavities has a movable *** aim is the evaluation of entanglement between mechanical modes and optical modes,generated by correlations transfer from the squeezed light to the system,using Gaussian intrinsic entanglement as a witness of entanglement in continuous variables Gaussian states,and the quantification of the degree of mixedness of the Gaussian states using the ***,we quantify nonclassical correlations between mechanical modes and optical modes even beyond entanglement by considering Gaussian geometric discord via the Hellinger ***,entanglement,mixdness,and quantum discord are analyzed as a function of the parameters characterizing the system(thermal bath temperature,squeezing parameter,and optomechanical cooperativity).We find that,under thermal effect,when entanglement vanishes,purity and quantum discord remain ***,the Gaussian Hellinger discord is more robust than *** effects of the other parameters are discussed in detail.

Prediction of COVID-19 Transmission in the United States Using Google Search Trends

Accurate forecasting of emerging infectious diseases can guide public health officials in making appropriate decisions related to the allocation of public health *** to the exponential spread of the COVID-19 infection worldwide,several computational models for forecasting the transmission and mortality rates of COVID-19 have been proposed in the *** accelerate scientific and public health insights into the spread and impact of COVID-19,Google released the Google COVID-19 search trends symptoms open-access *** objective is to develop 7 and 14-day-ahead forecasting models of COVID-19 transmission and mortality in the US using the Google search trends for COVID-19 related ***,we propose a stacked long short-term memory(SLSTM)architecture for predicting COVID-19 confirmed and death cases using historical time series data combined with auxiliary time series data from the Google COVID-19 search trends symptoms *** the SLSTM networks trained using historical data only as the base models,our base models for 7 and 14-day-ahead forecasting of COVID cases had the mean absolute percentage error(MAPe)values of 6.6%and 8.8%,*** the other side,our proposed models had improved MAPe values of 3.2%and 5.6%,*** 7 and 14-day-ahead forecasting of COVID-19 deaths,the MAPe values of the base models were 4.8%and 11.4%,while the improved MAPe values of our proposed models were 4.7%and 7.8%,*** found that the Google search trends for“pneumonia,”“shortness of breath,”and“fever”are the most informative search trends for predicting COVID-19 *** also found that the search trends for“hypoxia”and“fever”were the most informative trends for forecasting COVID-19 mortality.

This study presents a modified low-cost approach,which integrates the spectral angle mapper and image difference algorithms in order to enhance classification maps for the purpose of monitoring and analysing land use/land cover change between 2000 and 2015 for the emirate of *** approach was modified by collecting 320 training samples from QuickBird images with a spatial resolution of 0.6 m,as well as carrying out field observations,followed by the application of a 3×3 Soble filter,sieving classes,majority/minority analysis,and clump classes of the obtained classification *** accuracy assessment showed that the targeted 2000,2005,2010 and 2015 classification maps have 88.1252%,89.0699%,90.1225%and 96.0965%accuracy,*** results showed that the built-up area increased by 233.721 km^(2)(5.81%)between 2000 and 2005 and continues to increase even up and till the present *** assessment of changes in the periods 2000–2005 and 2010–2015 confirmed that net vegetation area losses were more pronounced from 2000 to 2005 than from 2010 to 2015,dropping from 47,618 to 40,820 km^(2),*** study is aimed to assist urban planners and decision-makers,as well as research institutes.

Face authentication is an important biometric authentication method commonly used in security *** is vulnerable to different types of attacks that use authorized users’facial images and videos captured from social media to perform spooﬁng attacks and dynamic movements for penetrating secur-ity *** paper presents an innovative challenge-response emotions authentication model based on the horizontal ensemble *** proposed model provides high accurate face authentication process by challenging the authorized user using a random sequence of emotions to provide a speciﬁc response for every authentication trial with a different sequence of *** proposed model is applied to the KDeF dataset using 10-fold *** improvements are made to the proposed ***,the VGG16 model is applied to the seven common ***,the system usability is enhanced by analyzing and selecting only the four common and easy-to-use ***,the horizontal ensemble technique is applied to enhance the emotion recognition accuracy and minimize the error during authen-tication ***,the Horizontal ensemble Best N-Losses(HeBNL)is applied using challenge-response emotion to improve the authentication efﬁ-ciency and minimize the computational *** successive improvements implemented on the proposed model led to an improvement in the accuracy from 92.1%to 99.27%.
