Obje.tive. The.che.o-pre.e.tative.and the.ape.tic prope.tie. of se.e.ium nanoparticle.(Se.NPs) have.be.n docume.te. ove. re.e.t de.ade. and sugge.t the.pote.tial use. of Se.NPs in me.icine. Bioge.ic Se.NPs have.highe. biocompatibility and stability than che.ically synthe.ize. nanoparticle., which e.hance. the.r me.ical applications, e.pe.ially in the.fie.d of cance. the.apy. This study e.aluate. the.pote.tial of gre.n-synthe.ize. Se.NPs by using be.be.ine.Be.) as an antitumor age.t and e.ucidate. the.me.hanism by which the.e.mole.ule. combat e.rlich solid tumors(e.Ts).Me.hods: Se.NPs containing Be.(Se.NPs-Be.) we.e.synthe.ize. using Be. and Na2 Se.O3 and characte.ize. with Fourie. transform infrare. spe.troscopy. Sixty male.Swiss albino mice.we.e.the. acclimatize. for one.we.k, inje.te. with e.rlich ascite. tumor ce.ls, and divide. into four groups: e.T, e.T + cisplatin(5 mg/kg), e.T + Be.(20 mg/kg), and e.T + Se.NPs-Be.(0.5 mg/kg). At the.e.d of a 16-day obse.vation pe.iod, 12 mice.from e.ch group we.e.e.thanize. to analyze.diffe.e.ce. in the.body we.ght, tumor size.ge.e.e.pre.sion, and oxidative.stre.s marke.s in the.four groups. Thre. mice.from e.ch group we.e.ke.t alive.to compare.the.survival ***: Tre.tme.t with Se.NPs-Be. significantly improve. the.survival rate.and de.re.se. the.body we.ght and tumor size. compare. to the.e.T group. Se.NPs-Be. re.uce. oxidative.stre.s in tumor tissue.as indicate. by a de.re.se.in the.lipid pe.oxidation and nitric oxide.le.e.s and an incre.se.in the.glutathione.le.e.s. More.ve., Se.NPs-Be. activate. an apoptotic cascade.in the.tumor ce.ls by downre.ulating the.B-ce.l lymphoma 2(Bcl-2) e.pre.sion rate.and upre.ulating the.Bcl-2-associate. Introduction: Ne.natal mortality re.ains a major public he.lth conce.n. According to the.World He.lth Organisation (WHO), the.numbe. of ne.borns dying e.ch ye.r has falle. from 5 million in 1990 to 2.4 million in 2019. The.aim of our study was to de.cribe.the.main morbid conditions and the.r le.hality in ne.borns admitte. to the.pae.iatric ward of the.CSRe. in Commune.V. Me.hodology: We.conducte. a 12-month prospe.tive.de.criptive.and analytical study from August 2020 to July 2021. Re.ults: During the.12 months of the.study, out of 2654 ne.nate. admitte. to hospital, 216 me. our inclusion crite.ia, i.e. 8%. Ne.borns admitte. in the.first fe. hours of life.re.re.e.te. 99.54% of case.. Full-te.m ne.borns accounte. for 65.74% of the.total. Forty-e.ght pe.ce.t of ne.borns had hypothe.mia on admission. The.most common diagnosis was asphyxia in 55.56% of case., followe. by ne.natal infe.tion in 27.78% and pre.aturity in 10.65%. De.th was re.orde. in 22.2% of case.. Asphyxia was the.main cause.of ne.natal de.th, followe. by pre.aturity in our conte.t. Conclusion: Improving the.prognosis of ne.born babie. will re.uire.a thorough unde.standing of ne.natal pathologie. and the.imple.e.tation of a pre. and pe.inatal pre.e.tion policy.
