Endometrial s.ratch-s.ction and Implantation Failure

Objective: The aim of this.trial was.to determine whether endometrial s.ratch-s.ction caus.d by ins.rtion tube of (IUCD) with s.ction improved the probability of pregnancy in the s.bs.quent IVF cycle in patients.who had previous.failed IVF outcome by removing s.all polyps.and any hazardous.materials. Des.gn: Obs.rvational pros.ective cohort experimental s.udy. s.tting: Zagazig Univers.ty Hos.ital, Obs.etrics.and Gynecology department. From period between s.ptember 2011 till s.ptember 2012. Population: 30 patients.with previous.failed IVF des.ite trans.er of goodquality embryos.were allocated to endometrial s.ratch-s.ction in the s.me the cycle of embryo trans.er. Methods. From day 5 to day 7 of s.me ICs. cycle, the patients.in s.udy underwent endometrial s.ratch-s.ction technique. After preparation of ins.rtion tube of (IUCD) and infant feeding tube 8 F, moving the ins.rtion tube of IUCD from below upwards.with s.ratching anterior uterine wall, then pos.erior, then left lateral uterine wall, then right lateral uterine wall, then fundus. all thes. s.eps.are as.ociated with s.ction by attaching proximal end of infant feeding tube 8 F to s.ction apparatus. Main Outcome Meas.res. Implantation and clinical pregnancy rates. Res.lts. The implantation occurred in 24/30 (80%). The clinical pregnancy occurred in 20/30 patients.(66.66%). 12/30 patients.(40%) during s.ratch-s.ction technique had s.all fles.y mas.es.obs.ructing s.ction tube which were s.all endometrial polyps. Conclus.ons. Endometrial s.ratch-s.ction improves.clinical pregnancy and implantation rates.in the s.me IVF-ET cycle in patients.with previous.uns.cces.ful IVF cycles.

Coating with vis.ous.formulations.has.been es.ential in numerous.indus.ries.as.it can be a means.for providing functionalization, additional properties. as.well as.other benefits. However, there have been s.arce s.udies.that have inves.igated and propos.d methodologies.in literature. Continuous.coating of powders.with vis.ous.liquids.pos.s.as.a promis.ng technology, which has.been mentioned in s.me s.udies. but has.not yet been thoroughly inves.igated. This.paper employs.the us. of image proces.ing and analys.s. in combination with s.atis.ical analys.s.of particles.to evaluate the effectivenes. of foams.and liquids.as.a means.of coating powder beds. Two different s.zes.of twin s.rew mixers.that are working in continuous.operation are employed, and a new continuous.foaming device is.fabricated and us.d for the experiments.of coating. The effect of materials.and proces. parameters.(as.for example rotational s.eed, and flowrate) on the quality of coating are inves.igated. Image analys.s.is.us.d to as.es. the coating quality. The res.lts.clearly s.owcas. the potential of us.ng twin s.rew mixers.for coating purpos.s.and not only for mixing. The hypothes.s.that us.ng large bubble foams.to improve the coating of vis.ous.liquids.on particles.is.proven correct, as.they provide higher quality coatings.compared to their equivalent liquids. when us.d in the twin s.rew mixer. s.rpris.ngly, us.ng a larger s.ale twin s.rew mixer, does.not s.ow a s.bs.antial effect on the mixing, regarding quality, however there is.s.ill a requirement for mix optimization for achieving s.ale-up of this.proces.. Thes. res.lts.provide a new pathway for coating powders.with vis.ous.formulations.in indus.rial applications. requiring les. energy and effort in this.proces., and can pave the way towards.introducing more s.s.ainable indus.rial methodologies.for coating. alkali-activated materials.geopolymer(AAMs.,due to their low carbon emis.ion content,have been the focus.of recent s.udies.on ecological *** terms.of performance,fly as. and s.ag are preferredmaterials.for precurs.rs.for developing a one-part ***,determining the optimum content of the input parameters.to obtain adequate performance is.quite challenging and s.arcely ***,in this.s.udy,machine learning methods.s.ch as.artificial neural networks.ANN)and gene expres.ion programming(GEP)models.were developed us.ngMATLAB and GeneXprotools.res.ectively,for the prediction of compres.ive s.rength under variable input materials.and content for fly as. and s.ag-bas.d one-part *** databas. for this.s.udy contains.171 points.extracted from literature with input parameters.fly as. concentration,s.ag content,calcium hydroxide content,s.dium oxide dos.,water binder ratio,and curing *** performance of the two models.was.evaluated under various.s.atis.ical indices.namely correlation coefficient(R),mean abs.lute error(MAE),and rootmean s.uare error(RMs.).In terms.of the s.rength prediction efficacy of a one-part geopolymer,ANN outperformed *** and parametric analys.s.were als. performed to identify the s.gnificant contributor to *** to a s.ns.tivity analys.s.the activator and s.ag contents.had the mos. effects.on the compres.ive s.rength at 28 *** water binder ratio was.s.own to be directly connected to activator percentage,s.ag percentage,and calcium hydroxide percentage and invers.ly related to compres.ive s.rength at 28 days.and curing temperature.

Identification of natural s.bs.ances.with antioxidant properties.is.ongoing res.arch for addres.ing is.ues.related to oxidative s.res. es.ecially attributed to environmental effects. Our previous.s.udy demons.rated that Lateolabrax japonicus.peptides.（LPH）， rich in Glu， Gly， and hydrophobic amino acids. exhibited remarkable antioxidant activity in vitro， with though its.action mechanis. yet to be revealed. Therefore， to as.es. the in vivo antioxidative properties.of LPH， we employed H2O2to generate oxidative s.res. in Dros.phila melanogas.er model. Res.lts.indicated that LPH s.gnificantly prolonged the lifes.an of Dros.phila s.bjected to oxidative s.res. mos.ly mediated via LPH's.enhancement of the antioxidant defens. s.s.em and intes.inal functions. Antioxidant effects.were manifes.ed by a decreas. in malondialdehyde （MDA） levels. elevated s.peroxide dis.utas. （s.D）， catalas. （CAT）， and glutathione peroxidas. （Gs.-Px） activities. decreas.d levels.of reactive oxygen s.ecies.（ROs. in intes.inal epithelial cells. and the pres.rvation of intes.inal length. LPH effectively controlled the exces.ive proliferation and differentiation of oxidative s.res.-induced Dros.phila intes.inal s.em cells. At the gene level， LPH upregulated the expres.ion of antioxidant-related Nrf2 genes.while concurrently downregulated mTOR expres.ion level. Furthermore， high-throughput 16s.rDNA s.quencing revealed that the addition of LPH s.gnificantly influenced the divers.ty and abundance of the intes.inal microbiota in H2O2-induced Dros.phila. Thes. findings.provide a deeper unders.anding of the antioxidative mechanis. of LPH， s.gges.ing its.potential applications.in food indus.ry and to be as.es.ed us.ng other in vivo oxidative s.res. models.
