With the new era of the Internet of Things(IoT)technology,many devices with limited resources are *** devices are susceptible to a signicant number of new malware and other risks emerging *** of the most appropriate methods for securing those IoT applications is cryptographic algorithms,as cryptography masks information by eliminating the risk of collecting any meaningful information *** ensures that all data communications are private,accurate,authenticated,authorized,or *** conventional cryptographic algorithms have been developed specically for devices with limited resources;however,it turns out that such algorithms are not ideal for IoT restricted devices with their current ***,lightweight block ciphers are gaining popularity to meet the requirements of low-power and constrained devices.A new ultra-lightweight secret-key block-enciphering algorithm named“LBC-IoT”is proposed in this *** proposed block length is 32-bit supporting key lengths of 80-bit,and it is mainly based on the Feistel ***-efcient cryptographic features in“LBC-IoT”include the use of simple functions(shift,XOR)and small rigid substitution boxes(4-bit-S-boxes).Besides,it is immune to different types of attacks such as linear,differential,and side-channel as well as exible in terms of ***,LBC-IoT achieves reasonable performance in both hardware and software compared to other recent ***-IoT’s hardware implementation results are very promising(smallest ever area“548”GE)and competitive with today’s leading lightweight ***-IoT is also ideally suited for ultra-restricted devices such as RFID tags.

This paper reports a test investigation of friction and wear responses from sand contaminated lubricated sliding. The influence of sand contaminants on wear and friction is characterized. Analyses are completed utilizing segments of piston ring sliding against the cylinder liner. Paraffin oil, with and without sand contaminants, is utilized. The effects of the concentration and particle size of sand are examined. Based on the observations in the present work, we found that friction and wear increase with sand concentration in the lube. Solid proposals ought to be considered, in order to enlighten the general population on the importance of changing a car engine's oil filter regularly.

This paper presents a comparative study of different decoupling control schemes for a two-input, two-output(TITO) binary distillation column via proportional-integral(PI)controller. The key idea behind this paper is designing two novel fuzzy decoupling schemes that depend on human knowledge,instead of the system mathematical model used in conventional decoupling schemes. Based on conventional and inverted decoupling schemes, fuzzy and inverted fuzzy decoupling schemes are developed. The control effect is compared using simulation results for the proposed two schemes with conventional decoupling and inverted decoupling. The proposed fuzzy decoupling schemes are easy to realize and simple to design, besides they have a good decoupling capability. Two methods are used to prove asymptotic stability of each loop and the entire closed-loop system by applying the proposed fuzzy decoupling-based PI *** Wood and Berry model of a binary distillation column is used to illustrate the applicability of the proposed schemes.

Carinata(Brassica carinata)is an oilseed crop with potential in biofuel production and livestock *** present research was conducted to evaluate twenty Brassica carinata genotypes used in breeding programs to develop commercial production of Brassica carinata with low levels of erucic *** following characters were evaluated:oil contents,fatty acid profiles,physicochemical characteristics of oils,as well as the content of protein,total phenolic compounds,and the antiradical activity of Brassica carinata defatted seed *** oil analysis indicated desirable quality,including low percentages of free fatty acids(FFA),high amounts of unsaponifiable matter(USM),and low values for primary and secondary oxidation products that were under the regulated *** oil contents of the samples varied between 27.0 and 39.2%.A total of 16 fatty acid compositions were identified in different *** compared to the commercial canola oil,it was observed that Brassica carinata 14C genotype had quite similar fatty acid *** phenolics and protein contents of Brassica carinata cake extract varied from 43.2 to 132 mg/100 g and from 24.6 to 35.4%,*** can be noted that Brassica carinata genotype 14C with low erucic acid(EA)and high oleic acid contents consider as an edible oil *** EA,the genotypes 3C,10C,and 17C with low EA content could be recommended as a basis for further breeding *** carinata cake from different genotypes might be a valuable source of natural antioxidants due to their antioxidant capacities and free radical scavenging potential.

The Kidney and Oncology Departments at Zagazig University Hospital are suffering from increased demand and limited *** patients who find all beds occupied are simply turned away,i.e.,no waiting is *** paper investigates the impact of an early discharge approach that can be applied to patients that have been scheduled to discharge within 5 h.A discrete event simulation(DES)model is built using empirical distributions based on real *** model has been validated against real data and the results have shown that the proposed early discharge approach can reduce the number of turned away patients by 10%in the Kidney Department,equivalent to 182 patients annually and by 11%in the Oncology Department,equivalent to 150 patients annually.
