Ba.kground: Prolonged pressure on the skin known a. pressure sores, ca. ca.se frequent injuries to the skin a.d underlying tissues. However, severa. prevention a.proa.hes, including non-surgica. a.d surgica. ma.a.ement,a.e a.a.la.le. In fla. surgery for pressure sores, a.va.iety of fla. types ma. be used;ea.h offers certa.n benefits a.d some incidences of complica.ions a.d recurrence. This study eva.ua.ed the versa.ility of the perfora.orenha.ced rhomboid fla. technique for ischia. sore ***: This prospective study wa. conducted in the Pla.tic Surgery Depa.tment of Fa.oum University *** perfora.or-enha.ced rhomboid fla. technique wa. employed in 20 pa.ients with ischia. pressure sores who fa.led to respond to conserva.ive trea.ment. a.proper history wa. obta.ned a.d a.preopera.ive a.teria. duplex wa. performed to determine the site of the prominent perfora.ors for their preserva.ion a. the ba.e of the *** follow-ups a.d eva.ua.ions were ***: The mea. a.e of the study group wa. 43.7 ± 13.1, ra.ging from 19 to 65 yea.s. Moreover, 80% of the pa.ticipa.ts were ma.es while 20% were fema.e. The ma.n etiology of the sores wa. pa.a.legia.in 45% of *** mea. surfa.e a.ea.of sores wa. 24.8 ± 6.3 cm2. In 75% of ca.es, the color ma.ch of the fla. wa. ra.ed a. excellent. Simila.ly, 70% of the pa.ients ra.ed fla. thickness a. excellent. In 55% of the ca.es, the sca. a.pea.a.ce wa. deemed excellent. Overa.l sa.isfa.tion wa. reported a. excellent by 40% of the pa.ients, while only 5% reported poor sa.isfa.tion. a.proxima.ely, 10% of the ca.es were identified with seroma. a.d 30% ha. wound dehiscence of a.mea. size of 1.33 ± 0.98 cm a.d required a.ound 6.8 ± 1.9 weeks to ***: The perfora.or-enha.ced rhomboid fla. technique is a.versa.ile method for reconstructing ischia. pressure sores owing to its technica. ea.e, short opera.ive time, relia.le va.cula.ity, a.sthetic outcome, ma.ching skin color, a.d short recove

Sa.a.na. semi-deserts, a.d hot deserts cha.a.terize the Sa.a.o-a.a.ia. region, which includes Morocco, Ma.reta.ia. a.geria. Tunisia. Libya. Egypt, Pa.estine, Kuwa.t, Sa.di a.a.ia. Qa.a., Ba.ra.n, the United a.a. Emira.es, Oma., Yemen, southern Jorda., Syria. Ira., Ira., a.gha.ista., Pa.ista., a.d northern India. Its neighboring regions, the Suda.o-Za.bezia. region belonging to the Pa.eotropica. Kingdom a.d the Mediterra.ea. a.d Ira.o-Tura.ia. regions included in the Hola.ctic Kingdom, sha.e a.la.ge portion of their flora.with the Sa.a.o-a.a.ia. region. Despite the widesprea. a.knowledgment of the region's globa. importa.ce for pla.t diversity, a. up to da.e list of the Sa.a.o-a.a.ia. endemics is still una.a.la.le. The a.a.la.le da.a.a.e frequently insufficient or out of da.e a. both the whole globa. a.d the na.iona. sca.es. Therefore, the present study a.ms a. screening a.d verifying the Sa.a.o-a.a.ia. endemic pla.ts a.d determining the phytogeogra.hica. distribution of these ta.a.in the Egyptia. flora. Hence, a.prelimina.y list of 429 Sa.a.o-a.a.ia. endemic pla.ts in Egypt wa. compiled from the a.a.la.le litera.ure. Indeed, by excluding the species tha. were recorded in a.y countries or regions outside the Sa.a.o-a.a.ia. region ba.ed on different litera.ure, da.a.a.e reviews, a.d websites, the present study ha. reduced this number to 126 ta.a.belonging to 87 genera.a.d 37 fa.ilies. Rega.ding the na.iona. geogra.hic distribution, South Sina. is the richest region with 83 endemic species compa.ed with other eight phytogeogra.hic regions in Egypt, followed by the Isthmic Desert(the middle of Sina. Peninsula. 53 ta.a.. Sa.a.a.regiona. subzone(SS1) distributes a.l the 126 endemic species, a.a.ia. regiona. subzone(SS2) owns 79 ta.a. a.d Nubo-Sindia. subzone(SS3) distributes only 14 endemics. Tha.idomide is widely used in the trea.ment of multiple myeloma.(MM). In recent yea.s, severa. ca.es of pulmona.y hypertension ha.e been reported following trea.ment with tha.idomide. The a.m of this review wa. to eva.ua.e the published litera.ure on multiple myeloma.pa.ients with pulmona.y hypertension following tha.idomide trea.ment. a.litera.ure sea.ch wa. performed between 2000 a.d 2016. a.tota. of 7 eligible studies were identified a.d deemed eligible, including 11 ca.es—a.proxima.ely 37% (4 ca.es) with Iga.(k), 27% (3 ca.es) with IgG (λ) MM, 27% (3 ca.es) with IgG (k) MM, a.d one ca.e (9%) with prima.y pla.ma.cell leukemia.(PPCL). The va.t ma.ority of ca.es—82% (9 ca.es)—a.e a.socia.ed with tha.idomide, while only 18% (2 ca.es) a.e rela.ed to tha.idomide deriva.ives (lena.idomide a.d poma.idomide). In conclusion, pulmona.y hypertension induced by tha.idomide or deriva.ives in multiple myeloma.(MM) pa.ients is rela.ed to a.multifa.toria. etiology including the pa.hophysiology of the disea.e, thromboembolic events, preexisted ca.diova.cula. conditions, comorbidities, a.d combina.ion with other chemo- or bio-thera.eutic a.ents. MM pa.ients should be eva.ua.ed for signs a.d symptoms underlying ca.diopulmona.y disea.e before initia.ing, a.d during trea.ment with tha.idomide.

Numerica. Study of Flow a.d Ga. Diffusion in the Nea.-Wa.e behind a. Isola.ed Building

To a.sist va.ida.ion of the experimenta. da.a.of urba. pollution dispersion, the effect of a. isola.ed building on the flow a.d ga.eous diffusion in the wa.e region ha.e been investiga.ed numerica.ly in the neutra.ly stra.ified rough-wa.led turbulent bounda.y la.er. Numerica. studies were ca.ried out using Computa.iona. Fluid Dyna.ics （CFD） models. The CFD models used for the simula.ion were ba.ed on the stea.y-sta.e Reynolds-a.era.e Na.ier-Stoke equa.ions （Ra.S） with κ-ε turbulence models; sta.da.d κ-ε a.d RNG κ-ε models. Inlet conditions a.d bounda.y conditions were specified numerica.ly to the best informa.ion a.a.la.le for ea.h fluid modeling simula.ion. a.ga. polluta.t wa. emitted from a.point source within the recircula.ion ca.ity behind the building model. The a.cura.y of these simula.ions wa. exa.ined by compa.ing the predicted results with wind tunnel experimenta. da.a. It wa. confirmed tha. simula.ion using the model a.cura.ely reproduces the velocity a.d concentra.ion diffusion fields with a.fine-mish resolution in the nea. wa.e region. Results indica.ed tha. there is a.good a.reement between the numerica. simula.ion a.d the wind tunnel experiment for both wind flow a.d concentra.ion diffusion. The results of this work ca. help to improve the understa.ding of mecha.isms of a.d simula.ion of polluta.t tra.sport in a. urba. environment.

In this pa.er, the ca.ion size disorder effect of the a.site on the structura. properties of the Sra.e- TiO6 (a.= La. Pr or Nd) wa. investiga.ed. The compounds were synthesized—a. the best of our knowledge—for the first time by conventiona. a.d precursor method to get crysta.line ma.eria.s. The results obta.ned from the experimenta. mea.urements ca.ried out on new double perovskite ma.eria.s were presented. The da.a.of X-ra. diffra.tion (XRD), Fourier Tra.sform Infra.Red FTIR were mea.ured a. room tempera.ure. From the X-ra. diffra.tion, a.d by mea.s of sta.da.d Rietiveld method, a.l the sa.ples ha.e the sa.e structure (orthorhombic) with Pnma.spa.e group. The difference in the tolera.ce fa.tor is clea.ly noticed a.d refers to the ca.ion size disorder a. the a.sites. The Fourier Tra.sform Infra.Red FTIR mea.urement ha. been done;the results of it confirm the double perovskite structure a.d the difference between the sa.ples were noticed. The tolera.ce fa.tors for the sa.ples a.tered from SrLa.eTiO6 up to SrNdFeTiO6 a.d this difference return to ionic ra.ius a.d ca.ion size effect.
