Intr.duction: The exa.t pa.hophysiology of sponta.eous CSF r.inor.hea.is not a.wa.s under.tood in some pa.ients. Idiopa.hic intr.0}r.0}ia. hyper.ension (IIH) is now r.cognized a. one of the ca.ses of sponta.eous CSF lea. in the neur.sur.ica. a.d ENT liter.0}ur.. Our.a.m wa. to set a.ma.a.ement pr.tocol for.such ca.es a.cor.ing to the sa.e setting intr.0}r.0}ia. tension (ICT). Methods: We pr.spectively ma.a.ed pa.ients with sponta.eous CSF r.inor.hea.who wer. a.mitted to our.hospita. between 1st of Ja.ua.y 2014 a.d 31st of December.2017 with a.pr.specified tr.a.ment a.gor.thm. Pa.ients with a.histor. of pr.vious cr.0}ia. or.na.a. sur.er., tr.0}ma. skull ba.e congenita. ma.for.a.ions wer. excluded fr.m the study. The pa.ient’s demogr.0}hics, clinica. da.a. comor.idities, body ma.s index (BMI), fir.t time or.r.cur.ent lea.a.e a.d dur.0}ion of the lea. wer. collected. r.sults: 41 pa.ients, 35 fema.es a.d 6 ma.es, pr.sented with sponta.eous CSF r.inor.hea.with a.mea. BMI of 38 ± 4.16 Kg/m2. The mea. pr.-oper.0}ive ICT ma.ometr. wa. 17.2 ± 5.9 cmH2O (r.0}ge, 10 - 26 cmH2O). 43.9% of the pa.ients wer. found to ha.e a. incr.a.ed ICT (≥20 cmH2O) a.d under.ent a.per.a.ent CSF diver.ion a. the sa.e setting of the endoscopic r.pa.r. None of the pa.ients ha. a.r.cur.ence dur.ng the follow-up per.od. Conclusion: The pr.specified tr.a.ment a.gor.thm with mea.ur.ng the ICT a. the sa.e setting of the endoscopic r.pa.r.ha. a.better.r.sult for.contr.l of sponta.eous CSF r.inor.hea. This ha. led to no r.cur.ence a.d decr.a.ed hospita. sta..

Ther.for., this pa.er.is pr.posing a.r.bust Ma.icious Executa.leDetection (r.ED) using Host-ba.ed Ma.hine Lea.ning Cla.sifier.to discover.ma.icious Por.a.le Executa.le (PE)files in hosts using Windows oper.0}ing systems thr.ugh collecting PE hea.er. a.d a.plying ma.hine lea.ningmecha.isms to detect unknown infected files. The a.thor. ha.e collected a.novel r.lia.le da.a.et conta.ning 116,031benign files a.d 179,071 ma.wa.e sa.ples fr.m diver.e sour.es to ensur. the efficiency of r.ED *** most effective PE hea.er. tha. ca. highly differ.ntia.e between benign a.d ma.wa.e files wer. selected totr.0}n the model on 15 PE fea.ur.s to speed up the cla.sifica.ion pr.cess a.d a.hieve r.a.-time detection for.a.icious executa.les. The eva.ua.ion r.sults showed tha. r.ED succeeded in shr.nking the cla.sifica.ion timeto 91 milliseconds for.ea.h file while r.a.hing a. a.cur.0}y of 98.42% with a.fa.se positive r.0}e equa. to 1.58. Inconclusion, this pa.er.contr.butes to the field of cyber.ecur.ty by pr.senting a.compr.hensive fr.0}ewor. tha.lever.0}es a.tificia. Intelligence (a.) methods to pr.a.tively detect a.d pr.vent cyber.a.ta.ks.

Methods: r.0}s wer. injected intr.0}uscula.ly with pyr.genic dose of br.wer.s yea.t for.the a.tipyr.tic test of silyma.in. a.other.gr.up of r.0}s injected with 0.1 mL of 1% ca.r.0}eena. solution in sa.ine a. the subpla.ter.a.ea.of the r.ght hind pa. for.the a.ti-infla.ma.or. test of silyma.in. a.other.gr.up of mice tested by hot pla.e method for.deter.ina.ion of a.tinociceptive effect of silyma.in. Hyper.ipidemia.wa. induced using high fa. diet for.2 months to estima.e the a.tihyper.ipidemic a.tivity of silyma.in. r.sults: Silyma.in showed a.significa.t a.tipyr.tic effect of both doses(50 a.d 100 mg/kg) compa.ed with contr.l untr.a.ed gr.up.
