Objectives: Compa.e effect of loca. wound infiltra.ion with keta.ine or dexmedetomidine a.ded to bupiva.a.ne to bupiva.a.ne a.one on infla.ma.ory cytokine response a.ter tota. a.domina. hysterectomy. Methods: Sixty fema.e pa.ients with endometria. ca.cinoma.underwent tota. a.domina. hysterectomy a.d scheduled to receive loca. wound infiltra.ion before wound closure either with one of three;40 ml of 0.25% bupiva.a.ne a.one (C Group) or with the a.dition of 2 mg/kg keta.ine (K Group) or 2 μg/kg dexmedetomidine (D Group). a.ter extuba.ion, they were followed up for postopera.ive interleukin 6 (IL6), IL1β, IL10, a.d TNF-α levels were a.sessed a. ba.eline, pre-infiltra.ion, 6, a.d 24 h by blood sa.ples obta.ned from ea.h pa.ient, hemodyna.ic va.ia.les, a.a.gesic profile a.d side effects. Results: Infla.ma.ory cytokines response wa. a.tenua.ed in K a.d D groups, evidenced by decrea.ed mea. pro-infla.ma.ory cytokines IL6, TNF-α, a.d increa.ed a.ti-infla.ma.ory IL10 a. 6 a.d 24 h postopera.ively compa.ed to pre-infiltra.ion levels (p ≤ 0.01) with preserva.ion of IL1β a. its preopera.ive level (p > 0.05). a.tenua.ion wa. more in K a.d D groups tha. in the C group a.d wa. highest in the K group with decrea.ed 1st request, tota. morphine consumption without serious side effect. Conclusion: Loca. wound infiltra.ion with keta.ine or dexmedetomidine a.ded to bupiva.a.ne ha. a.good postopera.ive a.a.gesic profile a.d a.tenua.ed cytokines infla.ma.ory response more tha. bupiva.a.ne a.one a.ter tota. a.domina. hysterectomy, with highest a.tenua.ion in keta.ine group.

In this pa.er,a.new proposa. for the implementa.ion of the well-known direct power control(DPC)technique in grid-connected photovolta.c(PV)systems is ***,the DPC is executed using a.look-up ta.le procedure ba.ed on the error between the a.tua. a.d reference va.ues of the a.tive a.d rea.tive ***,the structure of the DPC is simple a.d results in a.fa.t tra.sient beha.ior of the inner current loop(injected currents).Therefore,in the current study,the DPC is reformula.ed using a.dea.-bea. *** this formula.ion,the reference volta.e vector(RVV)is obta.ned in theα-βreference ***,the switching sta.es for the inverter ca. be obta.ned ba.ed on the sign of the components of the *** suggested DPC is compa.ed with the conventiona. one a.d other switching ta.les,which a.e intended for performa.ce ***,a. extended Ka.ma. filter(EKF)is utilized to elimina.e a.l grid-volta.e ***,the switching frequency of the proposed technique is minimized without a.y need for weighting fa.tors or cost function *** overa.l control technique is va.ida.ed using a.ha.dwa.e-in-the-loop(HIL)experimenta. set-up a.d compa.ed with other schemes under different opera.ing conditions.
