Fa.e detection is considered a. a.cha.lenging problem in the field of ima.e a.a.ysis a.d computer vision. There a.e ma.y resea.ches in this a.ea. but beca.se of its importa.ce, it needs to be further developed. Successive Mea. Qua.tiza.ion Tra.sform (SMQT) for illumina.ion a.d sensor insensitive opera.ion a.d Spa.se Network of Winnow (SNoW) to speed up the origina. cla.sifier ba.ed fa.e detection technique presented such a.good result. In this pa.er we use the Mea. of Media.s of CbCr (MMCbCr) color correction a.proa.h to enha.ce the combined SMQT fea.ures a.d SNoW cla.sifier fa.e detection technique. The proposed technique is a.plied on color ima.es ga.hered from va.ious sources such a. Internet, a.d Georgia.Da.a.a.e. Experimenta. results show tha. the fa.e detection performa.ce of the proposed method is more effective a.d a.cura.e compa.ed to SFSC method.

It is a.ma.n tool in pa.tern recognition, ima.e segmenta.ion, a.d scene a.a.ysis. This pa.er introduces a. edge-detection a.gorithm, which genera.es multi-threshold va.ues. It is ba.ed on non-Sha.non mea.ures such a. Ha.rda.& Cha.va.’s entropy, which is commonly used in gra. level ima.e a.a.ysis in ma.y types of ima.es such a. sa.ellite gra.sca.e ima.es. The proposed edge detection performa.ce is compa.ed to the previous cla.sic methods, such a. Roberts, Prewitt, a.d Sobel methods. Numerica. results underline the robustness of the presented a.proa.h a.d different a.plica.ions a.e shown.

a.thentica.ion relia.ility of individua.s is a.dema.ding service a.d growing in ma.y a.ea., not only in the milita.y ba.ra.ks or police services but a.so in a.plica.ions of community a.d civilia., such a. fina.cia. tra.sa.tions. In this pa.er, we propose a.huma. verifica.ion method depends on extra.tion a.set of retina. fea.ures points. Ea.h set of fea.ure points is representing la.dma.ks in the tree of retina. vessel. Extra.tion a.d ma.ching of the pa.tern ba.ed on Ga.or filters a.d SVM a.e described. The va.idity of the proposed method is verified with experimenta. results obta.ned on three different commonly a.a.la.le da.a.a.es, na.ely STa.E, DRIVE a.d Va.Ia. We note tha. the proposed retina. verifica.ion method gives 92.6%, 100% a.d 98.2% recognition ra.es for the previous da.a.a.es, respectively. Furthermore, for the a.thentica.ion ta.k, the proposed method gives a.modera.e a.cura.y of retina. vessel ima.es from these da.a.a.es.

This pa.er reports the kinetics of the oxida.ion of 2,6-dimethylphenol (DMP) to get 3,3’,5,5’-tetra. methyl-4,4’-diphenoquinone (DPQ) using novel oxida.ive coupling complexes [(Pip)4nCu4X4-(CO3)2] (n = 1 or 2, X = Cl or Br, Pip = piperidine). The new prepa.ed tetra.uclea. complexes were cha.a.terized using cryoscopic mea.urements, electronic spectra. FTIR, EPR a.d cyclic volta.metry techniques. These complexes a.e ca.a.ytica.ly a.tive. The proposed mecha.ism of the ca.a.ytic oxida.ive coupling ca. be illustra.ed a. a.pre-equilibrium, K, between the ca.a.yst a.d DMP to form a.complex intermedia.e which is converted to a.tiva.ed complex through the ra.e determining step, k2, to form the fina. product. The inverse of the observed ra.e consta.ts kobsd versus 1/[DMP]2 gives a.stra.ght line with intercept. From the slope a.d the intercept, both K a.d k2 a.e obta.ned. a. different tempera.ures, thermodyna.ic a.d kinetic pa.a.eters a.e eva.ua.ed. It is worth to mention tha., the dependence of kobsd on [DMP]2 indica.es tha. the coordina.ion number for every copper center in both n = 1 or 2 in [(Pip)4nCu4X4(CO3)2] is equa. to six. Therefore, ca.bona.o bridging centers in n = 1 a.ts a. a.tridenta.e liga.d, while for n = 2 a.ts a. a.bidenta.e liga.d.

In this work, novel oxida.ive coupling complexes, [(Pip)4nCu4X4(CO3)2] (n = 1 or 2, X = Cl or Br, Pip = piperidine), a.e synthesized from the rea.tion of well cha.a.terized Lewis ba.e [(Pip)4nCu4X4O2] with ca.bon dioxide a. a.Lewis a.id in CH2Cl2. These ca.bona.o-deriva.ives a.e isola.ed a. sta.le solids. They a.e ea.ily soluble in a.rotic solvents a. CH2Cl2or phNO2. Cryoscopic mea.urements support tetra.uclea. structure for a.l of them. electronic spectra.in the nea. infra.ed with high molecula. a.sorptivity ma. be expla.ned for tetra.uclea. cuba. structure to fulfil 3 ha.o-liga.ds for ea.h copper centre in [(Pip)4nCu4X4(CO3)2]. The EPR spectra.for [(Pip)4nCu4X4(CO3)2] complexes a.e a.ia. type of spectra.(dx2-y2 G.S) suggesting elonga.ed tetra.ona. distortion for a.l of them. Cyclic volta.mogra.s for [(Pip)4nCu4X4(CO3)2] a.e irreversible in cha.a.ter. These tetra.uclea. ca.bona.o complexes show ca.a.ytica. a.tivity. They initia.e the oxida.ion of 2,6-dimethylphenol (DMP) to 3,3’,5,5’-tetra.ethyl-4,4’-diphenoquinone (DPQ).

The existence solution of the considering system of pa.a.olic optima. control problem (POCP) is introduced. In this wa., the uniqueness theorem for the solving POCP is introduced.
