Metamaterial Antenna is a special class of antennas that uses metamaterial to enhance their *** size affects the quality factor and the radiation loss of the *** antennas can overcome the limitation of bandwidth for small *** learning(ML)model is recently applied to predict antenna *** can be used as an alternative approach to the trial-and-error process of finding proper parameters of the simulated *** accuracy of the prediction depends mainly on the selected *** models combine two or more base models to produce a better-enhanced *** this paper,a weighted average ensemble model is proposed to predict the bandwidth of the Metamaterial *** base models are used namely:Multilayer Perceptron(MLP)and Support Vector Machines(SVM).To calculate the weights for each model,an optimization algorithm is used to find the optimal weights of the *** Group-Based Cooperative Optimizer(DGCO)is employed to search for optimal weight for the base *** proposed model is compared with three based models and the average ensemble *** results show that the proposed model is better than other models and can predict antenna bandwidth efficiently.

In wireless sensor networks new challenges appear when we target a large-scale sensor network as scalability issues arise in dense sensor networks where multiple sources need to communicate with multiple *** protocols are always being developed to tackle the efficiency in routing and power *** Proximity Based Data Dissemination "PBDD" approach aims to provide high efficiency in data dissemination from multiple sources to multiple mobile *** proposed model reduces the communication overhead between source,and sinks through eliminating most of the nodes from joining in the dissemination *** source builds its own grid structure while being location unaware and the sinks send their queries throughout the field to request data while updating their positions when they are on the move which will enable them to continuously receive data while *** performance of PBDD is examined through analytical equations and is found to perform best in high dense large scale networks in comparison to other dissemination models.

Biomedical applications of body area networks (BANs) are evolving, where taking periodic medical readings of patients via means wireless technologies at home or in the office will aid physicians to periodically supervise the patient’s medical status without having to see the patient. Thus, one important objective of BANs is to provide the doctor with the medical readings that can be collected electronically without being in close proximity to the patient. This is done through the measurement of the patient’s physiological signals via means of wearable sensors. This paper investigates wireless BAN cooperation via actual measurements of human movement kinematics and electrocardiogram (ECG), which are believed to provide patients with easy healthcare for continuous health-monitoring. The collected information will be processed using specially designed software, which in turn will enable the patient to send a full medical chart to the physician’s electronic device. In this way, physicians will have the ability to monitor their patients more efficiently.

BACKGROUND Pancreatic cystic lesions(PCLs) are common in clinical practice. The accurate classification and diagnosis of these lesions are crucial to avoid unnecessary treatment of benign lesions and missed opportunities for early treatment of potentially malignant *** To evaluate the role of cyst fluid analysis of different tumor markers such as cancer antigens [e.g., cancer antigen(CA)19-9, CA72-4], carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA), serine protease inhibitor Kazal-type 1(SPINK1), interleukin 1 beta(IL1-β), vascular endothelial growth factor A(VEGF-A), and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)], amylase, and mucin stain in diagnosing pancreatic cysts and differentiating malignant from benign *** This study included 76 patients diagnosed with PCLs using different imaging modalities. All patients underwent endoscopic ultrasound(EUS) and EUS-fine needle aspiration(EUS-FNA) for characterization and sampling of different *** The mean age of studied patients was 47.4 ± 11.4 years, with a slight female predominance(59.2%). Mucin stain showed high statistical significance in predicting malignancy with a sensitivity of 87.1% and specificity of 95.56%. It also showed a positive predictive value and negative predictive value of 93.1% and 91.49%, respectively(P < 0.001). We found that positive mucin stain, cyst fluid glucose, SPINK1, amylase, and CEA levels had high statistical significance(P < 0.0001). In contrast, IL-1β, CA 72-4, VEGF-A, VEGFR2, and PGE2 did not show any statistical significance. Univariate regression analysis for prediction of malignancy in PCLs showed a statistically significant positive correlation with mural nodules, lymph nodes, cyst diameter, mucin stain, and cyst fluid CEA. Meanwhile, logistic multivariable regression analysis proved that mural nodules, mucin stain, and SPINK1 were independent predictors of malignancy in cystic pancreatic *** EUS examination of cyst morphology with cytopathological analysis and cyst fluid ana
