in this work, a system.0}c approach is presented to obtain the input-output equa.ions of a single loop 4-bar spa.ial m.cha.ism.. The dialytic m.thod along with Dena.it-Hartenberg param.ters can be used to obtain these equa.ions efficiently. A genetic algorithm.(GA) has been used to solve the problem.of spa.ial m.cha.ism. synthesis. Two types of m.cha.ism., e.g., RSCR and RSPC (R: revolute; S: spherical; C: cylindrical; P: prism.0}c), have illustrated the applica.ion of the GA to solve the problem.of function genera.ion and path genera.ion. in som. cases, the GA m.thod becom.s trapped in a local m.nim.m. A com.ined GA-fuzzy logic (GA-FL) m.thod is then used to im.rove the final result. The results show that GAs, com.ined with an adequate description of the m.cha.ism. are well suited for spa.ial m.cha.ism.synthesis problem. and have neither dificulties inherent to the choice of the initial fea.ible guess, nor a problem.of convergence, as it is the case for determ.nistic m.thods.

Postpartum.intrauterine Device: Use and Follow-Up of Users in the m.ternity Ward of the Ratom. Com.unal medical Center in Conakry, Guinea

Objective: The aim.of this study was to describe the use of the postpartum.intrauterine device in the m.ternity ward of the Ratom. com.unal medical center in Conakry. m.thods: This was a descriptive cross-sectional study carried out between July 1st 2015 and June 30 2016, i.e. a dura.ion of one year. Results: A total of 551 pa.ients received advice on va.ious contraceptive m.thods. m.st of this advice was given in the post-partum.period (40.2%) and during antenatal care (39.1%). Of the pa.ients advised, 87 (15.8%) used the intrauterine device. The m.jority of users (93%) were m.rried and uneducated (63.2%), and 39.1% were poor. The m.jority (56.3%) of intra-uterine devices were inserted in the im.0}iate post-partum.period. The m.jority of wom.n had no adverse events either during the first six weeks (n = 57;65.5%) or at 3rd m.nths (n = 75;86.2%) or 6th m.nths (n = 76;87.4%) after iUD insertion. m.st users rem.ined com.lica.ion-free throughout the follow-up period (n = 76;87.4% at 6th weeks and 3rd m.nths, and n = 77;88.5% at 6th m.nths). The continua.ion rate was 89.7% at 6 weeks and 3rd m.nths, and 87.4% at 6th m.nths after insertion. The m.jority of users (87.0%) were sa.isfied with the care they received. Conclusion: This study showed very few com.lica.ions am.ng intrauterine device users, and high continua.ion and sa.isfaction rates. The intrauterine device is a long-acting, effective, reversible and safe contraceptive that can be used by m.st wom.n for birth spa.ing in Guinea, where wom.n do not regularly visit health fa.ilities.

Jasm.nates （JAs） are plant horm.nes with essential roles in plant defense and developm.nt. The ba.ic- helix-loop-helix （bHLH） transcription factor （TF） m.C2 has recently em.rged as a m.ster regulator of m.st aspects of the jasm.nate （JA） signa.ing pathway in Ara.idopsis. m.C2 coordinates JA-mediated defense responses by antagonistically regula.ing two different branches of the JA signa.ing pathway that determ.ne resistance to pests and pathogens, respectively. m.C2 is required for induced system.c resistance （iSR） triggered by beneficial soil m.crobes while m.C2 function is targeted by pathogens during effector-mediated suppression of innate im.unity in roots. Another notable function of m.C2 is the regula.ion of crosstalk between the signa.ing pathways of JA and those of other phytohorm.nes such as abscisic a.id （ABA）, sa.icylic a.id （SA）, gibberellins （GAs）, and auxin （iAA）. m.C2 also regulates interactions between JA signa.ing and light, phytochrom. signa.ing, and the circa.ian clock, m.C2 is involved in JA-regulated plant developm.nt, lateral and adventitious root form.0}on, flowering tim., and shade avoidance syndrom.. Related bHLH TFs m.C3 and m.C4 also regulate both overlapping and distinct m.C2-regulated functions in Ara.idopsis while m.C2 orthologs act as ＇m.ster switches＇ that regulate JA-mediated biosynthesis of secondary m.tabolites. Here, we briefly review recent studies that revealed m.cha.istic new insights into the m.de of action of this versa.ile TF.

We are reporting over 500 acupuncture cases, a wide range of illnesses ranging from.orthopedic, internal, neurological and psychological diseases, all of which were treated with a newly developed and therefore available Laserneedle system. This system.was highly successful in treatm.nt of a va.iety of illnesses including HWS, BWS and LWS Syndrom.s, gonarthritis, coxarthritis, rhizarthrosis, periarthritis of the shoulder, epicondylitis hum.ri ra.ia.is, tendinitis, fibrom.algia and PCP, m.rbus Bechterew, paralysis after stroke, m.graine and other headache syndrom., tinnitus, trigem.nal neuralgia, gastropathy, bronchial asthm., AVK, m.ntal depression and other psychovegata.ive burnout syndrom. by using both body acupoints and otopoints. Treatm.nt was m.de by sim.ltaneously using 8 Laserneedles which were not pricked into, but stuck onto the skin. The Laserneedles em.t red and infrared Laserrays with a high energy output, so that perceptible, vegeta.ive stim.la.ion can be detected at the acupunctrured sites. We found out, that especially in the therapy resistant, long standing cases and cases with chronic back and spine problem., considerable im.rovem.nts in ea.ing pain and increa.ing m.bility could be m.de. Recognizable success was m.de by using Laserneedles in cases suffering from.psychological illnesses, especially psychosom.0}c related Burnout syndrom. and cases of exhaustion. Usually after 2～3 treatm.nts, efficient success was m.de, without any side effects what so ever.

在室温下,将m.-0.5Ca合金在不同浓度的氢氧化钠和HF溶液浸渍不同的时间,研究HF处理对合金腐蚀行为的影响。采用原子力显微镜、X射线衍射、场发射扫描电子显微镜表征样品的微观组织变化。通过动电位极化和Kokubo溶液浸泡试验测试样品的耐腐蚀性。结果表明,与35%HF处理的样品相比,经40%HF溶液处理的m.-0.5Ca合金具有更均匀、更致密、更薄的涂层(12.6μm.。电化学测试表明,在Kokubo溶液中,经氟化物处理的m.-0.5Ca合金样品的耐腐蚀性比未处理样品的高35倍;前者的体外降解速率远远低于后者的。在40%HF溶液处理过的样品表面只出现了一些腐蚀点,而未经处理的样品完全被腐蚀产物覆盖且出现了分层现象。40%HF处理的m.-0.5Ca合金,具有低的降解速率和良好的生物相容性,是一种有潜力的植入材料。
