In three-dimensional free-bending forming (3D-FBF), the tube is not overly constrained, and the plastic deformation behavior and forming quality of the bent tube are significantly affected by the critical structure of the forming die lining. However, the effects of die-lining structural parameters on the tube quality, and a method to determine the combination of die-lining structural parameters is yet to be devised. This study aims to propose a new framework that allows one to understand the effects of various die-lining structural parameters on tube quality and to propose the best combination of die-lining structural parameters. First, finite-element modeling is performed to simulate 3D-FBF and examine the effects of individual die-lining structures on the quality of tube formation. The simulation results show that the deformation-zone length and die gap are positively correlated with the tube-section distortion and wall-thickness variation, whereas it shows an opposite trend with respect to the bending radius. Additionally, the lining chamfer radius of the bending die and the guide lining chamfer radius minimally affect the tube forming quality. Subsequently, the optimal die-lining structure is obtained using the response-surface method. The tube cross-sectional distortion rate reduced from 2.73 to 2.53% after the die lining is optimized. Additionally, the average inner-wall thickness reduced to 1.06 mm, whereas the average outer-wall thickness increased to 0.97 mm. This paper proposes a method for optimizing the forming-die-lining mechanism and for improving the tube forming quality in 3D-FBF.

In this contribution, an efficient and simple two-step hybrid electrochemical-thermal route was developed for the synthesis of cubic shaped Zn_2SnO_4 (ZTO) nanoparticles using aqueous sodium bicarbonate(NaHCO_3) and sodium stannate(Na_2SnO_3) electrolyte. The sacrificial Zn was used as anode and cathode in an undivided cell under galvanostatic mode at room temperature. The bath concentration and current density were respectively varied from 30 to 120 mmol and 0.05 to 1.5 A/dm^2. The electrochemically generated precursor was calcined for an hour at different range of temperature from 60 to 600. The crystallite sizes in the range of 24-53 nm were calculated based on Debye-Scherrer equation. Scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscopy results reveal that all the particles have cubic morphology with diameter of40-50 nm. The as-prepared ZTO samples showed higher catalytic activity towards the degradation of methylene blue(MB) dye, and 90% degradation was found for the sample calcined at 600, which is greater than that of commercial TiO_2-P25 photocatalysts. The photodegradation efficiency of ZTO samples was found to be a function of exposure time and the dye solution p H value. These results indicate that the ZTO nanoparticles may be employed to remove dyes from wastewater.

A theoretical study based on the Penalty factor(PF)method by Cavallini et *** conducted to show that the pressure drop occurring in a wire-on-tube heat exchanger can be converted into a temperature difference for two types of refrigerants R-134a and R-600a typically used for charging refrigerators and *** following conditions are considered:stratiﬁed or stratiﬁed-wavyﬂow condensation occurring inside the smooth tube of a wire-on-tube condenser with diameter 3.25,4.83,and 6.299 mm,condensation temperatures 35℃,45℃,and 54.4℃ and cover refrigerant massﬂow rate spanning the interval from 1 to 7 kg/*** results show that the PF variation is not linear with vapor quality and attains a maximum when the vapor quality is 0.2 and 0.18 for the R-134a and R-600a refrigerants,*** PF increases with the refrigerant massﬂow rate if the inner diameter and saturation temperature constant,and it decreases on increasing the inner diameter to 6.299 mm for constant refrigerant massﬂow rate and saturation *** PF for R-600a is higher than that for R-134a due to the lower saturation pressure in theﬁrst ***,a stratiﬁedﬂow produces higher PF in comparison to the annularﬂow due to the effect of the surface tension.

AIM: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of botulinum toxin type A(BTX-A) in the management of patients with anismus. METHODS: An organized search of published literature was conducted using electronic databases including: Pub Med/MedLINE, and Cochrane Central Register of Control ed Trials, also an internet-based search using "Google Scholar" service was conducted. Both comparative and observational studies were included. We excluded irrelevant articles, editorials, case reports, reviews, and meta-analyses. The studies that followed the patients less than 6 mo were excluded. Variables collected were demographic data of the patients, technique of BTX-A injection and number of sessions, short-term and longterm clinical improvement, post-injection changes in electromyography(EMG), defecography, manometry, and balloon expulsion test, and complications recorded after BTX-A ***: Seven studies comprising 189 patients were included in the review. The median age of the patients was 41.2 years and female-to-male ratio was 1.3:1. The median dose of BTX-A injected per procedure was 100 IU(range, 20-100 IU). Lateral injection was done in five trails and combined lateral and posterior injections in two trials. Three studies used endorectal ultrasonographyguided technique, one study used EMG-guided technique,whereas the remaining three studies used manual palpation with the index finger. The median percentage of patients who reported initial improvement of symptoms was 77.4%(range 37.5%-86.7%), this percentage declined to a median of 46%(range 25%-100%) at 4 mo after injection of BTX-A. Rates of improvement evaluated by balloon expulsion test, EMG, and defecography ranged between(37.5%-80%),(54%-86.7%), and(25%-86.6%), respectively. Fourteen(7.4%) patients developed complications after injection of BTX-A. Complication rates across the studies ranged from 0% to 22.6%. CONCLUSION: Initial satisfactory improvement of symptoms after BTX-A injection remarkably deteriorate

Plank quantum and classical string energy relations seem to be uncorrelated. This work correlated them. The relativistic energy-momentum relation has been used together with plank and de Brogglie hypothesis to prove that the wave group velocity is equal to the particle velocity in both ordinary and curved space. The plank energy relation is shown also to be related to the classical energy relation of an oscillating string. Starting from plank energy relation for n photons and performing integration, the expression of classical string energy was obtained. This means that one can treat electromagnetic waves as a collection of continuous photons having frequencies ranging from zero to w. Conversely, starting from classical string energy relation by differentiating it with respect to angular frequency, the plank quantum energy for n photons has been found. This means that the quanta results from separation of electromagnetic waves to single isolated waves. Each wave consists of n photons or quanta.

Laayoune and the Foum el Oued aquifers are in hydraulic communication only at the level of Oued Saguia el Hamra. The present study has accordingly made use of all the hydrogeological, hydrological, geological and geophysical data that preceded the watershed of Oued Saguia el Hamra in its downstream part. These data are by no means omplementary with the objective of having a better understanding of the boundary line between Laayoune and Foum el Oued aquifers and the origin of feeding the sources of Oued Saguia el Hamra. This study will focus only on the previous geophysical studies where a reinterpretation of electrical soundings has proved useful as a result of the recent well-logging results. It makes it possible to highlight the presence of a significant rise in the truncated marly substratum of Oued Saguia el Hamra and depressions (left and right banks) which could correspond to stream channels or depressed areas. At the level of the Wadi bed, there has been a regular immersion of the conductive level roofs from east to west towards Foum el Oued favoring the flow of wastewater from the zone and spraying the brackish water sources towards the groundwater of Foum el Oued. In the light of the reinterpretation of electric polls, plus as well as the geophysical surveys by electrical tomography and high definition made at the right and left banks of the Oueed Saguia el-Hamra, it was possible to verify the existence of dry ridge separating the two webs of Laayoune and Foum el Oued and stream channels or depressed areas of the left bank for drainage of brackish water to sources located along Oued Saguia el Hamra. The true resistivity models tomography profiles confirm the presence of the backbone at the left and right banks and the graben of the left bank for underground water drainage of the web Laayoune to sources welling the river Saguia el Hamra.
