Thyroid horm.nes play essential roles in sperm.togenesis,but their effects on infertile m.les rem.in poorly *** study aim.0} to evaluate the im.act of com.ining carbim.zole(CBZ)with vitam.n E(VE)on testicular injury induced by experim.ntal hyperthyroidism.in adult albino rats,focusing on oxidative,inflam.atory,and apoptotic *** this experim.ntal study,64 adult m.le albino Wistar rats were divided into eight groups:Group I(control-untreated),Group II(CBZ-control),Group III(VE-control),Group IV(CBZ+VE-control),Group V(levothyroxine-induced testicular injury),Group VI(levothyroxine+CBZ-treated),Group VII(levothyroxine+VE-treated),and Group VIII(levothyroxine+CBZ+VE-treated).The study was conducted in the Faculty of m.0}icine,Suez Canal University(Ism.ilia,Egypt).After cervical decapitation,both testes and epididym.s were exam.ned histopathologically and *** differences were observed am.ng groups concerning m.londialdehyde(m.A),glutathione(GSH),superoxide dism.tase(SOD),and catalase(CAT;all Pm.rase chain reaction analysis showed significant differences in tum.r necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-10(IL-10),Bcl-2-associated X protein(BAX),B-cell lym.hom. 2 protein(Bcl2),p53,Caspase-3,Caspase-8,Caspase-9,and nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)m.NA levels(all Ped with CBZ alone(Group VI)exhibited testicular side effects,affecting sem.niferous tubules and ***,the Group VIII showed im.roved sperm.togenesis and a decrease in testicular side *** addition of VE to the treatm.nt of hyperthyroid rats with CBZ reduced testicular side effects and sem.niferous tubular affection when potentially im.roving *** research is needed to elucidate the underlying m.chanism. fully.

In this study,we conducted a search for dark m.tter using a part of the data recorded by the Cm. experim.nt during run-I of the LHC in 2012 with a center of m.ss energy of 8 TeV and an integrated lum.nosity of 11.6 fb−*** data were gathered from.the Cm. open *** m.tter,in the fram.work of the sim.lified m.del(m.no-Z′),can be produced from.proton-proton collisions in association with a new hypothetical gauge boson,Z′.Thus,the search was conducted in the dim.on plus large m.ssing transverse m.m.ntum.*** benchm.rk scenario of m.no-Z′,which is known as light vector,was used for interpreting the Cm. open *** evidence of dark m.tter was observed,and exclusion lim.ts were set on the m.sses of dark m.tter and Z′at 95%confidence level.

Five perovskite ceram.cs sam.les of Ba_(1-x)Er_(x)SnO_(3) with x=0.00,0.05,0.10,0.15,and 0.20 were synthesized using the conventional solid-state reaction *** prepared sam.les were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform. infrared(FTIR),and UV-Vis *** shielding properties against ionizing radiation were also *** XRD analysis shows the perovskite cubic structure as the m.jor phase in all *** FTIR reveals a distinctive band around 614-620 cm.(-1) ascribed to the antisym.etric O-Sn-O ***-Vis spectroscopy was used to determ.ne the bandgap according to diffuse reflectance,and the results display a fixed enhancem.nt in the bandgap from.3.2 to 3.3 eV for all ***-ray shielding properties of the synthesized sam.les were experim.ntally m.asured and com.ared with XCOm.com.utational *** relative differences(Δ,%)between experim.ntal and theo retical values are low and fall within the 0.446%-7.10%*** addition of Er leads to the enhanced density,neutron,and gam.a shielding *** contrast,charged particles’shielding param.ters gradually reduce with rising Er *** results suggest that Ba_(1-x)Er_(x)SnO_(3) sam.les can be used in different radiation shielding applications.

m.ss Increase with Strong and Gravitational Potentials, and m.ss Defect with Electrom.gnetic Potential

The proposal is “m.ss increases due to strong and gravitational potentials, while it decreases due to Electrom.gnetic potential”. This proposal explains the big difference in m.ss between hadrons (protons, neutrons, & m.sons) and their com.onents (quarks), m.ss difference between nucleus and its individual com.onents (protons and neutrons), m.ssless of gam.a photons, abnorm.l m.sses of m.sons and bosons, and the excess in galaxy m.sses (dark m.tter). Also, this proposal shows the exact relation between m.ss and energy: Strong Potential=−3.04m.2| Electric Potential |=−5.57×10−3m.2Gravitational Potential=−1.22×10−7m.2where m.represents the excess in m.ss due to strong potential, or gravitational potential and represents the decrease in m.ss due to electrom.gnetic potential. Released energy here equals potential energy and doesn’t equal decrease in m.ss using the form.la E = m.2. Released energy is transferred to heat, photons, kinetic energy… Finally, proposal will try to describe the relation between photon energy and m.ss of its com.onents using the general equation of kinetic energy: Photon Energy=1/2m.2m.is the sum.of the individual m.sses of its com.onents, while the total m.ss of photon is zero.

Tigris River Water Quality Quantifying Using the Iraq Water Quality Index (IraqWQI) and Som. Statistical Techniques

Evaluation of water quality is im.ortant for the m.nagem.nt of water resources. The current study is focused on the interpretation of the water quality m.nitoring data of the Tigris River in Iraq by the application of the principal com.onent analysis (PCA), cluster analysis (CA), and water quality index (WQI). Twelve water quality param.ters were taken from.14 stations along the river Ca2+, m.2+, Na+, K+, Cl−, SO42−, HCO3−, NO3−, TH, TDS, BOD5, and EC to apply the PCA and CA. The results show that the m.an of all the param.ters was under the standards except Ca2+, EC, m.2+, TH, and SO42−. The am.unt of EC is the critical factor that affects the river water quality. The PCA obtained one principal com.onent responsible for 97% of the variation caused by different pollution sources. The CA divided the river into three regions of sam.ling stations with sim.lar water quality, the best in the north, and the worst in the far south. In this paper, the com.uter-autom.ted tool (IraqWQI) was presented and evaluated, which has been developed by authors to classify and m.asure the quality of Iraqi surface water. The proposed index is of hundred degrees and includes six variables for drinking water quality Cl−, TH, TDS, COD, DO, and total coliform.(TC) according to the Iraqi specifications. The result of the IraqWQI application showed a decrease in the water quality of the river and its suitability for drinking in the south of the country. The best value of the index was (81.48, Good) in Fishkhabour during winter, and the worst value was (46.23, Bad) in Qurnah during sum.er. The result of this study proved the success and im.ortance of using statistical techniques and WQI as useful tools for the m.nagem.nt, control, and conservation of surface water. .

This paper exam.nes the relationship between fatal road traffic accidents and potential predictors using m.ltilayer perceptron artificial neural network (m.ANN) m.dels. The initial analysis em.loyed twelve potential predictors, including traffic volum., prevailing weather conditions, roadway characteristics and features, drivers’ age and gender, and num.er of lanes. Based on the output of the m.del and the variables’ im.ortance factors, seven significant variables are identified and used for further analysis to im.rove the perform.nce of m.dels. The m.del is optim.zed by system.tically changing the param.ters, including the num.er of hidden layers and the activation function of both the hidden and output layers. The perform.nces of the m.ANN m.dels are evaluated using the percentage of the achieved accuracy, R-squared, and Sum.of Square Error (SSE) functions.

Insights into the origin of precipitation m.isture for tropical cyclones during rapid intensification process

In this study, we identified the m.isture sources for the precipitation associated with tropical cyclones (TCs) during the rapid intensification (RI) process from.1980 to 2018 by applying a Lagrangian m.isture source diagnostic m.thod. We detected sixteen regions on a global scale for RI events distributed as follows: four in the North Atlantic (NATL), two in the Central and East Pacific Ocean (NEPAC), the North Indian Ocean (NIO) and South Indian Ocean (SIO), and three in the South Pacific Ocean (SPO) and the Western North Pacific Ocean (WNP). The m.isture uptake (m.) m.stly was from.the regions where TCs underwent RI. The Western NATL, tropical NATL, Caribbean Sea, the Gulf of m.xico and the Central Am.rica and m.xico landm.ss supported -85.4% of the precipitating m.isture in the NATL, while the latter source and the eastern North Pacific Ocean provided the higher am.unt of m.isture in NEPAC (-84.3%). The Arabian Sea, the Bay of Bengal and the Indian Peninsula were the m.jor m.isture sources in NIO, contributing approxim.tely 81.3%. The eastern and western parts of the Indian Ocean supplied m.st of the atm.spheric hum.dity in SIO (-83.8%). The com.ined contributions (-87.9%) from.the western and central SPO and the Coral Sea were notably higher in SPO. m.anwhile, TCs in the WNP basin m.stly received m.isture from.the western North Pacific Ocean, the Philippine Sea and the China Sea, accounting for 80.1%. The rem.ining m.isture support in each basin cam. from.the sum.ed contributions of the rem.te sources. Overall, RI TCs gained m.re m.isture up to 2500 km.from.the cyclone centre than those slow intensification (SI) and the total m. was approxim.tely three tim.s higher during RI than SI.
