Coatis (Procyonidae.Nasua) are.conside.e. the.only truly social m.so-carnivore.m.m.als in Ne.tropical fore.ts. In m.xico, white.nose. coatis (Nasua narica) are.suspe.te. to have.unde.gone.population re.uction due.to habitat loss and fragm.ntation and le. to a lack of ge.e.ic adaptability and ge.e.ic isolation throughout its range. We.e.am.ne. patte.ns of ge.e.ic dive.sity and conne.tivity of five.populations of Nasua narica distribute. throughout m.xico (n = 60) by se.ue.cing an ≈ 800 bp fragm.nt of the.m.tochondrial cytochrom.-b ge.e.and also by scre.ning 12 m.crosate.lite.loci. We.found m.de.ate.to high le.e.s of ge.e.ic variability for both ge.e.ic m.rke.s. We.re.orde. twe.ty-two diffe.e.t cytochrom.-b haplotype. throughout the.5 sam.le. are.s and found that e.ch of the.sam.le. population of white.nose. coatis in m.xico harbors unique.haplotype. and only thre. haplotype. we.e.share. am.ng two diffe.e.t populations that we.e.close. ge.graphically. All populations had high haplotype.dive.sity (h) (0.968 ± 0.008 (SD)) but lowe. le.e.s of nucle.tide.dive.sity (π) of 0.007 ± 0.001 (SD). All m.crosate.lite.loci we.e.polym.rphic in all of the.populations and the.m.an num.e. of alle.e. pe. locus was 5.033 ± 1.545 (SD) with e.pe.te. (He. and obse.ve. 从含铬废弃物提取的水解蛋白质与不同量的戊二醛 ,在不同的温度下反应。用聚酰胺凝胶电泳法 (SDS -PAGe.分析了改性蛋白质的分子量及分子量分布。用Canonm.nning粘度法测定了改性产物的粘度。实验表明改性产物的分子量随戊二醛的用量增加而增加。最佳的戊二醛用量约为水解胶原质量的 12 % ,反应温度大于 6 0℃。同时 ,用改性产物做了皮革的填充实验 ,用萤光标记改性胶原 ,通过扫描电镜研究了填充皮革的纤维结构。研究结果表明 ,改性产物具有较好的填充性能 ,采用适当的应用工艺 ,改性产物可能用作皮革填充剂。

从采自喀麦隆不同地区的芋艿(Xanthosom. m.faffa L.)病根及田土中分离菌株,分别从雅温得(Yaound(?))和巴马约(m.alm.yo)分离到的腐霉菌株XPm.和XPm.1,根据其形态学及生理学特征鉴定为群结腐霉Pythium.m.riotylum.用上述腐霉菌株的游动... 详细信息

从采自喀麦隆不同地区的芋艿(Xanthosom. m.faffa L.)病根及田土中分离菌株,分别从雅温得(Yaound(?))和巴马约(m.alm.yo)分离到的腐霉菌株XPm.和XPm.1,根据其形态学及生理学特征鉴定为群结腐霉Pythium.m.riotylum.用上述腐霉菌株的游动孢子悬液或菌丝体片断悬液人工接种,表现叶黄化及根腐等典型症状。用经常伴随群结腐霉的立枯丝核菌Rhizoctonia solani及茄镰孢Fusarium.solani人工接种后均未表现症状。研究结果表明:群结腐霉Pythium.m.riotylum.Dre.hsle.是喀麦隆芋艿根腐病的致病菌。
