In this paper,a survey of adaptive fuzzy for uncertain nonlinear systems is *** first part introduces adaptive fuzzy control emergence and some typical control methods for uncertain nonlinear systems with matching conditions(single-input singleoutput systems,multi-input multi-output systems).The last part presents the adaptive fuzzy state feedback and output-feedback control methods for uncertain nonlinear systems with non-matching conditions based on the backstepping technique,including strictfeedback systems,pure-feedback systems and non-strict-feedback systems.

This paper presents an adaptive human-machine interface(HMI)that can provide appropriate sets of digital maintenanceinformation and guidance to an operator during *** takes into consideration the expertise level of the operator and the maintenance context and *** proposed human-centric methodology considers the heart rate,intention,and expertise level of the operator,which can be captured using sensors during maintenance.A set of rules is formulated based on the sensor data to infer the state of the operator during a maintenance *** on the operator state,the adaptive HMI can augment the operator's senses using a scheme that combines visual,audio,and haptic guidance cues during maintenance to enhance the operator's ability to perceive information and perform maintenance *** schemes of visual,audio,and haptic cues are developed based on a comparison of the best practices obtained from experienced operators.

Mechanical properties and microstructure of multifunctional composites produced with palm kernel shell ash nano particle(PKsAnp)-A356 alloy composites was *** composites were produced using Double layer feeding stir casting method(DLF-scM) by adding 1 wt%-4 wt.% *** microstructure,density,electrical and mechanical properties were *** results shows that there was a uniform distribution of the PKsAnp in A356 *** mismatch at the interface between the PKsAnp and A356 alloy was 4.26%.Improvement of 30.47%,41.91%,49.52%,40.90% and 65.09% were obtained for hardness values,tensile,yield strength,%elongation and impact energy at 4 wt% *** work has established that the developed composites.c.n be used for multifunctional applications where combination of toughness and strength is vital.

The objective of this review was to summarize the evidence concerning the benefit of varicocele treatment to improve natural fertility in subfertile males. We also analyzed the effect of varicocele treatment on conventional semen parameters and sperm functional tests. An electronic search to collect the data was performed using the PubMed/MEDLINE databases until July 2015. Data pooled from a variety of study designs indicate that varicocelectomy improves semen parameters in the majority of the treated men with clinical varicocele and abnormal semen parameters regardless of the chosen surgical method. surgical varicocele repair was beneficial not only for alleviating oxidative stress-ass.c.ated infertility but also to improve sperm nuclear DNA integrity. However, given the low magnitude of the effect size in sperm DNA integrity, further research is needed to elucidate its.c.inical significance. conflicting results on the effect of varicocele treatment on natural fertility seem to be due to heterogeneous study designs and, more importantly, patient selection criteria. When these issues are controlled, current evidence indicates that treatment of subclinical varicocele is not warranted, as it does not seem to improve fertility. On the contrary, fair evidence indicates that varicocele treatment should be offered to infertile patients with palpable varicocele and abnormal semen parameters. This evidence supports the current guidelines issued by the American Urological Ass.c.ation and European Ass.c.ation of Urology, which state that varicocele treatment should be offered to male partners of infertile couples presenting for evaluation with clinical varicocele and semen parameters alterations.

Friction stir welding [FsW） has achieved remarkable s.c.ess in the joining and processing of aluminium alloys and other softer structural alloys. conventional FsW, however, has not been entirely s.c.essful in the joining, processing and manufacturing of different desired materials essential to meet the sophis- ticated green globe requirements. Through the efforts of improving the process and transferring the existing friction stir knowledge base to other advanced applications, several friction stir based daughter technologies have emerged over the timeline, A few among these technologies are well developed while others are under the process of emergence. Beginning with a broad classification of the scattered fric- tions stir based technologies into two categories, welding and processing, it appears now time to know, compile and review these to enable their rapid access for reference and academia. In this review article, the friction stir based technologies.c.assified under the categol^J of welding are those applied for join- ing of materials while the remnant are labeled as friction stir processing （FsP） technologies. This review article presents an overview of four general aspects of both the developed and the developing friction stir based technologies, their ass.c.ated process parameters, metallurgical features of their products and their feasibility and application to various materials. The lesser known and emerging technologies have been emphasized.

Meso-Neoarchean fuchsite quartzites are present in different stratigraphic positions of Dharwar craton including the oldest(~3.3 Ga)sargur Group of western Dharwar *** present study deals with the petro-graphic and geochemical characteristics of the fuchsite quartzites from the Ghattihosahalli belt to evaluate their genesis,depositional setting and the enigma involved in the ancient sedimentation *** major mineral assemblages include quartz,fuchsite,and feldspars along with accessory kyanite and *** geochemical com-positions are characterized by high siO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),low MgO,caO,strongly enriched cr(1326–6899 ppm),Ba(1165–3653 ppm),sr(46–210 ppm),V(107–868 ppm)and Zn(11–158 ppm)contents.c.mpared to the upper continental crust(Ucc).The Ucc normalized rare earth element(REE)patterns are characterized by depleted light REE[(La/sm)Ucc=0.33–0.95]compared to heavy REE[(Gd/Yb)_(Ucc)=0.42–1.65]with conspicuous positive Eu-anomalies(Eu/Eu^(*)=1.35–18.27)characteristic of hydrothermal solutions evidenced through the interlayered *** overall major and trace element systematics reflect a combined mafic-fels.c.provenance and suggest their deposition at a passive continental margin *** comprehensivefield,petrographic,and geo-chemical studies indicate that these quartzites are infiltrated by cr-richfluids released during high-grade metamorphism of ass.c.ated ultramafic *** sargur and the subse-quent Dharwar orogeny amalgamated diverse lithounits from different tectonic settings,possibly leading to the release of cr-richfluids and the formation of fuchsite quartzite during or after the *** sug-gest a pre-existing stable crust prior to the sargur Group and the link between orogenic events and various mineral deposits in the Dharwar craton.

The nodes in the sensor network have a wide range of uses,particularly on under-sea links that are skilled for detecting,handling as well as *** underwater wireless sensor networks support collecting pollution data,mine survey,oceanographic information collection,aided navigation,strategic surveillance,and collection of ocean samples using detectors that are submerged ***,congestion routing,and prioritizing the traffic is the major issue in an underwater sensor *** scheme differentiates the different types of traffic and gives every type of traffic its requirements which is.c.nsidered regarding network *** of localization error using the proposed angle-based forwarding scheme is explained in this *** choose the shortest path to the destination using the fitness function which is.c.lculated based on fault ratio,dispatching of packets,power,and distance among the *** work contemplates.c.ngestion conscious forwarding using hard stage and soft stage schemes which reduce the congestion by monitoring the status of the energy and buffer of the nodes and controlling the *** study with the use of the ns3 simulator demonstrated that a given algorithm accomplishes superior performance for loss of packet,delay of latency,and power utilization than the existing algorithms.
