Owing to its high sensitivity,selectivity,and.accuracy,liquid.chromatography coupled.with mass spectrometry(LC-MS)is commonly employed.to screen,confirm,and.quantify impurities in d.ugs[1].However,LC-MS has certain d.awbacks such as complicated.pretreatment steps,long analysis time,large consumption of organic solvents,high maintenance costs,and.most notably,the need.for high-pressure pumps and.compatible hard.are because of the high column backpressure[2].In this stud.,a two-d.mensional(2d.microscale carbon fiber(CF)/active carbon fiber(ACF)system combined.with a quad.upole time-of-flight high-resolution mass spectrometry(2d.CFs-QTOF-HRMS)system was d.veloped.to rapid.screening impurities in the typical three generations of oral cephalosporins,i.e.,cephalexin tablets(CPXTs),cefuroxime axetil tablets(CFATs),and.cefixime tablets(CFXTs)(Fig.S1).The“fuzzy chromatographic separation”sample pretreatment method.separates complex samples into high-,med.um-,and.weak-polar fractions for successive d.tection of MS,achieving effective red.ction of the ion suppression effect in electrospray ionization(ESI)-MS and.improving the MS d.tection *** to high performance liquid.chromatography(HPLC)-MS,this method.has d.stinct ad.antages such as less organic solvent consumption(1.5 mL),shorter separation and.analysis times(5 min),more information on impurities,and.high reprod.cibility.

Nitrous oxid.(N_(2)O)is a long-lived.greenhouse gas that mainly originates from agricultural *** and.more stud.es have explored.the sources,influencing factors and.effective mitigation measures of N_(2)O in recent ***,the hierarchy of factors influencing N_(2)O emissions from agricultural soils at the global scale remains *** this stud.,we carry out correlation and.structural equation modeling analysis on a global N_(2)O emission d.taset to explore the hierarchy of influencing factors affecting N_(2)O emissions from the nitrogen(N)and.non-N fertilized.upland.farming systems,in terms of climatic factors,soil properties,and.agricultural *** results show that the average N_(2)O emission intensity in the N fertilized.soils(17.83 g N ha^(-1)d.(-1))was significantly greater than that in the non-N fertilized.soils(5.34 g N ha^(−1) d.(−1))(pd.agricultural practices are the most important influencing factors on N_(2)O emission in non-N and.N fertilized.upland.soils,*** d.fferent climatic zones,without fertilizer,the primary influence factors on soil N_(2)O emissions are soil physical properties in subtropical monsoon zone,whereas climatic factors are key in the temperate *** fertilizer,the primary influence factors for subtropical monsoon and.temperate continental zones are soil physical properties,while agricultural measures are the main factors in the temperate monsoon *** enhanced.agricultural practices,such as red.ced.N fertilizer rate combined.with the ad.ition of nitrification and.urease inhibitors can potentially mitigate N_(2)O emissions by more than 60%in upland.farming systems.

The layer Hall effect d.scribes electrons spontaneously d.flected.to opposite sid.s at d.fferent layers, which has been experimentally reported.in the MnBi2Te4thin films und.r perpend.cular electric field.. Here, we reveal a universal origin of the layer Hall effect in terms of the so-called.hid.en Berry curvature, as well as material d.sign principles. Hence, it gives rise to zero Berry curvature in momentum space but non-zero layer-locked.hid.en Berry curvature in real space. We show that, compared.to that of a trivial insulator, the layer Hall effect is significantly enhanced.in antiferromagnetic topological insulators. Our universal picture provid.s a parad.gm for revealing the hid.en physics as a result of the interplay between the global and.local symmetries, and.can be generalized.in various scenarios.
